2 Weeks Later
(Nash, Carter, and Cam went home already)
Prom. Something I never experienced. Something every girl dreams about. Something that happens only once in a lifetime.
I didn't get to experience prom, unfortunately. But it's prom season, and my friends that go to school, are sending me pictures of their dresses, their hair, their nails, their make up, their dates. Everything.
I've always wondered what a real prom would be like.
Getting asked to prom, picking out your dress, getting your hair, nails, and make up done, having your date stare at you in awe as you walk down the staircase, having your parents take pictures, having your dad warn him about not doing anything bad.
I sighed as I sat in my room video chatting Hayes and Jacob. (A/N s2g if someone comments #jox I will come to your house and rip out your eyelashes one by one. First, Mahogany isn't even here. Second, I hate Jox so don't say it. Like everytime Jacob is mentioned y'all feel the need to comment Jox. Like honest to god.)
I scrolled through instagram on my phone, seeing prom picture after prom picture after prom picture. It was getting on my nerves.
"What's with you?" Hayes asked.
"It's just.... everyone's posting pictures of prom on instagram and I never got to experience prom. It saddens me."
"I'm not old enough yet, so I wouldn't know" Hayes said.
"Same. I have it next year." Jacob said.
"Right, I forgot you both are younger than me. Sometimes you're so mature I forget" I laughed.
"Me? Mature? Please" Hayes laughed.
"Okay then. Just Jacob" I laughed.
"Can't wait for the next Magcon." Jacob said.
"I know. I'm glad you're going this time" I laughed. "Where is it?"
"San Diego" Jacob answered.
"Oh cool. I love California" I smiled.
"HAAAAAAS!" I heard a familiar voice yell. I laughed.
"WHAT?" Hayes yelled back.
Nash walked into Hayes' room and smiled when he saw me.
"Oh hey Hails" Nash said, waving. I waved back.
"Hey Nashley" I laughed.
"I thought I told you never to CALL ME THAT!!!" He screamed. It made me fall off my bed laughing. (A/N skyhigh reference though... UNCLE UNCLE UNCLE. You won't understand if you've never seen that movie.)
"Too bad" I sat back up on my bed.
"What are you guys talkin' about?" Nash asked.
"Magcon" I answered.
"Prom" Jacob answered.
"Maturity" Hayes answered. Of course he'd answer that.
"Why prom?" Nash asked.
"Because all of my friends are posting pictures of their dates and their dresses and stuff and it's makin me all upset" I said, sighing.
"You never went to prom, I'm guessing?" Nash said.
"Yeah" I sighed. "I was supposed to this year but I'm too well known to go to a normal high school."
"Mines this year too but I'm not going. I don't really care. Proms not my thing."
