"Good morning sunshine!"

Your eyes fluttered open groggily. You sat up on your elbows to see who interrupted your sleep. Demyx stood in the doorway besides Yuffie. Yuffie bounced onto your bed, narrowly missing your sprawled out legs, and Demyx walked over to your bedside.

"It's 10 AM in lovely Hollow Bastion! A beautiful day filled with promise!" Yuffie said in her best news anchor voice.

Demyx joined in, "The temperature is comfortable with a springtime breeze in the air! Perfect for any outdoor activity such as swimming."

"Or shopping." Yuffie added.

"Or swimming."

"Or running."

"Or swimming."

"Or a picnic!"

"Or swimming."

"Or-" Yuffie began another one, while you contemplated jumping out the bedroom window, when Sora jumped into the doorway. He held a dark blue and white soccer ball above his head.

"Or Soccer!"

He ran off with the ball and Yuffie chased after him. Demyx laughed and turned back to look at you.

"Cloud said to get dressed. We're gonna have a day out at the park." He left the room and you remained in your bed for a moment. You let a small smile slip onto your face. It was time you got over the 'repeating 12th grade' thing. Was it still depressing as ever? Yes. Did it still make you want to scream? Yes, but there was nothing you could do about it. So the new plan you put in your head was to put it behind you and focus on the here and now.

Quickly, you sprang out of bed and grabbed your clothes. You took off for the bathroom and began to get ready. After you had finished you walked downstairs to see a large mass of people. Demyx, Yuffie, Sora, Leon, Tifa, Angeal, Zack, Terra, Xion, Zexion, Riku, and obviously the Strife brothers were all downstairs talking. As you stepped down off the last step they all greeted you separately.

You grabbed yourself a light breakfast as they talked around you.

"Where's everybody else?" You asked.

"They're going to meet us there." Angeal was the one who answered you. You nodded and bit into your food.

"Hurry [Name]!" Sora yelled by your ear, making you nearly choke. Roxas beat on your back lightly as Riku scolded his best friend. After you finished eating everyone left the house and headed towards the park. It was about 11:15 AM now. At the park waiting was the rest of the group. Even Lauren and Big C.

Axel and Reno were throwing a baseball back and forth. Namine, Gabe, Lauren, and Big C sat in the grass by a large picnic basket talking. Cid and Auron were talking to each other casually as well. Yuna, KK, and Paine were lying in the grass. Even Alice was there lying in the grass beside the Yuna, KK, and Paine. The only people you didn't see was Olette, Hayner, and Pence.

"Hey guys let's play!" Sora yelled as he rushed up to the group. Everyone turned and noticed the others. Everyone exchanged greetings when Sora spoke up again. "So who's team leaders!?"

"Eager aren't you?" Axel asked as he tossed his glove aside. Reno did the same.

"I say we make captains Riku and Sora." Xion suggested. It was agreed and the two guys stepped aside to pick their teams.
