Spring Days *3*

This one is short b/c it's just a filler. I wanted to get this little part outta the way so I could make all of chapter four the school day (: Anyways! Leave me a message about what you think so far and stuff like that.

Leon stepped into your room and you glanced up at him. You had finished packing and had just plopped down on your broken bed frame. Leon held a tight frown on his face. "Come on [Name]."

You stood up and grabbed your light suitcase. There hadn't been much you were able to save. Most of your toiletries you savaged, but clothing wise you were sunk. Leon took the suitcase from you in a gentleman like fashion. You walked beside him down your destroyed hallway and you couldn't help but remember that it had only been this morning when you yelled at Cloud and Ven to clean up their mess.

"It's going to be ok." Leon reassured. He set his hand on your shoulder. You nodded and gave him a forced, pathetic smile.

Sora stood in the middle of the living room waiting. He offered you a wide grin in hopes to cheer you up. You let out a small chuckle.

"We're taking you to Cloud's house. We figured you could stay in your old room. Is that alright?" Leon questioned.

"Yeah that sounds fine." You nodded, "Where did the others go?"

"They wanted to...umm..to.." Sora stumbled over his words. Leon sighed and finished his sentence, "They had a few errands to run."

Sora grinned and nodded sheepishly. The two brothers led you out of your house. Sora stopped and stooped down in front of you.

"What are you doing?" You asked.

"Come on! I'll give you a piggyback ride!"

"Sora, it's fine. Thanks and all, but..."

Sora rolled his eyes, "You know you wanna! Now hurry!"

You reluctantly jumped on his back, but Sora easily held you in place. After a moment you gave into your weariness and laid your head down on his shoulder.

"Does anyone know who did it yet? Who left the note?"

You could feel Sora tense. Leon coughed and shook his head. "No they haven't. We're looking though [Name]. Don't worry."

You sighed and closed your eyes for a moment. Sora's rhythmic steps were soothing and before you could stop yourself you fell asleep.

ZOOM POV

The doorbell rang loudly. Ven was sitting on the couch lazily watching the highlights from an old baseball game. Roxas was on the opposite couch reading a book. Cloud had run out of the house about 20 minutes ago after a call from Auron and hadn't returned yet.

"Get the door Roxy." Ven commanded his brother.

"Why can't you?" Roxas asked though he was already heading for the door. "You're so lazy Ven."

Roxas opened the door and Sora stepped in with you fast asleep on his back. Leon followed in behind Sora. Ven sat up curiously.

"What's going on?" Roxas asked.

"Someone destroyed [Name]'s house and left a threatening note. She's staying here until we can find out who did it." Leon explained.

"What?!" Roxas and Ven chorused loudly.

"Shhh!" Sora shushed them. "[Name]'s sleeping."

"How come we're just now finding out about this?!" Ven angrily whispered.

"Auron called your house nearly half an hour ago."

Ven cursed and crossed his arms as Roxas sighed. "Cloud never tells us freaking anything!"

Leon handed Roxas your suitcase and stepped behind his brother. Sora realized what Leon was doing and gently leaned you back so you fell into Leon's arms. You continued to sleep.

Roxas led Leon upstairs to your old room. "Why is her stuff so light?"

"Most of it got destroyed." Leon replied as he set you in bed softly. He covered you with your blanket. He sighed and turned to leave. Roxas gave you one last look before setting your suitcase by the foot of your bed and following him out.

"Ventus, Roxas, keep an eye on her. Cloud will be back later." Leon said swiftly as he left the house. Sora followed him out.

Ven shut the door behind him and grumbled to himself.

"Who do you think it was?" Roxas asked as he sat back down on the couch.

"Who knows? It seems like all we do these days is make enemies. [Name] especially."

Roxas sighed and set his book aside. The room was silent except for the announcers on TV.

"Find anything suspicious yet?" Auron asked as him, Cloud, Cid, and Gabe met in the middle of the street. Basically the entire group knew what had happened and everyone was searching the streets for anything out of the ordinary.

"Nope." Gabe popped his p, "The city's quiet tonight."

"Maybe whoever did it already skipped town." Cloud suggested.

"Of course the punk freakin' did! You think he'd stick around and wait for us to kick the crap outta his lazy good for nothin' as-" Cid's rant was cut short as Zack jogged up to the group with Angeal.

"Did you guys find anything?" He asked.

"No. How about you?" Auron replied.

"Nothing." Angeal answered, “We just talked to Zexion, Demyx, and Riku too. They came up with nothing as well."

"This sucks." Zack sighed, "Why can't they just leave her alone."

"They?" Gabe questioned.

"This has to be a Rufus lackey or maybe one of the King's minions! Who else who do that to her?" Zack pointed out.

"Puppy does have a point." Angeal nodded.

"I told you not to call me that."

"Sorry Fair. I forget." Angeal shrugged.

"Again, do you even know my first name?" Zack cried.

"Will the two of ya shut yer traps? We got bigger fish to fry." Cid snapped at them.
