Makoto Tachibana!!!!

-

Makoto Tachibana was known for being a very kind and humble teenager, who everyone expected to grow up to be an amazing dad and a very successful man.
Y/N L/N on the other hand was known for pulling a lot of pranks, having a tattoo and for being very bad at taking tests. She was expected to grow up working at a fast food restaurant, but if she's lucky, a simple office job.
Luckily, you were okay with those standards. As long as you had a job and we're making money it was okay. As long as you had your rock, it was okay.
Makoto so happened to be your boyfriend, and when people started to figure it out rumours went haywire.
Even though you could care less, Makoto was very agitated and would constantly tell people that the rumours weren't true.
When he introduced you to the swim team, everyone - especially Rei - was very against the idea of having you.
"Look at her! She isn't beautiful at all! She's the definition of danger!"
"I heard that you asshole!"
"See what I mean?!"
"Awe I'm sure Y/N-chan isn't that bad!"
"Don't call me 'chan' blondie."
"Oh..." Nagisa laughed lightly, Haruka didn't seem to mind you as long as you weren't being too annoying. You yourself wondered how Makoto had managed to fall for you, especially how you managed to fall for him.
You suppose his stupidly award winning smile trapped you in some kind of fish net.
You looked away from the window as the teacher walked by, frowning like she always did she handed you your test.
C-.
Again.
Well, at least I passed... You thought, your shoulders slumped slightly. Makoto had helped you study, you tried so hard to do well. Why was it that you still got such a bad mark?
Why couldn't you be good at anything?!
You sighed as the bell rang, and decided it be best to avoid Makoto the rest of the day. You didn't have the energy to tell him you didn't and couldn't do any better on the test he helped you study for than on the last one when he wasn't there to help as much.
He even gave you a good luck charm.
What a joke.
Luckily, you were very skilled at avoiding people, and new every place you could go where Makoto couldn't find you. By the end of the day, you were the one watching his saddened face from behind, listening to him wonder where you were aloud.
"She's probably cheating on you."
"What?! She'd never do that Rei!" Makoto quickly defended.
Your right Makoto, I'd never cheat on you. I really do love you... And I'm sorry that I failed you.

"Y/N?" Makoto called out. You sat in the kitchen, staring at your test, trying to burn all the red x marks in your mind.
This is what you were. This is what you deserved.
"Y/N are you alright? I didn't see you at all at school today."
You sighed, flipping the test over. You walked out of the kitchen and towards Makoto, who still had his uniform on and was just stepping up into the living room after taking off his shoes.
You slowly began unbuttoning your shirt, "Hey Makoto, how long have we been together?"
"U-uh, six months now w-why?" He stuttered out.
You let the white shirt hang loosely as you walked up to the taller brunette, his green eyes widened fearfully and he backed up as you approached him, falling right onto the couch.
you chuckled slightly, sitting over his lap you watched him swallow hard.
You quickly kissed him, trying to forget - trying to make him forget. He kissed back with just as much passion as you gave him, groaning into the kiss he clutched onto your hips.
You ripped off his blazer and undid his tie as he hesitantly slipped off your unbuttoned shirt, revealing your black bra.
You slowly moved onto kissing his neck, unbuttoning his shirt as he moaned lightly, feeling all of your bare skin.
"W-wait a second-" He breathed as you finally got his shirt completely off, kissing over his collar bone.
"What is it, Makoto?" You asked gently,  trailing your hands delicately over his abs he inhaled sharply.
"What's going on? W-what's wrong, Y/N?"
"Nothing's wrong." You quickly said, grinding lightly against him he gasped.
You giggled lightly, "Your too tense Makoto..."
"Y/N..."
You licked delicately up the side of his ear and he shivered as you brought your hands up to his head, fingers getting tangled into his hair.
You tugged lightly as you pushed yourself against him again, harder, slower.
"Ah- hold on, Y/N!"
You finally ceased to a stop and you both paused a second to catch your breath and find the right words.
"I'm sorry if-"
"No, Y/N. I just want to know what's wrong, okay? You avoided me today, and now this?"
You frowned, slowly getting off of him you picked up your shirt and slipped it back on. Makoto stood from the couch, grabbing his clothes from the floor.
"It doesn't matter." You tried.
Though Makoto being the motherly one he was, knew exactly when you were lying and when you were trying to hide something from him.
"Y/N. Please just tell me what it is. I want to be able to help."
You paused, trying to figure out how you were going to tell him, you slowly opened your mouth and took a breath, keeping your eyes on his bare chest instead of his beautiful green orbs.
"I got a C minus on my test." You whispered.
It was silent, and you wondered if you were going to have to say it again.
Though when you finally looked up to Makoto's confused and disappointed face, you knew he heard you.
You knew he was disappointed in you.
"I'm sorry." You mumbled, tears welled in your eyes and you clenched your jaw to try and keep them back.
You never cried. Crying was weakness and you weren't weak. You wouldn't let all this get to you, you wouldn't show them that they had finally beaten you!
You were smart, you were strong and brave.
But no matter how strong the chain around the steel box protecting your heart, it will always rust and crack.
"Y/N..." Makoto's voice was gentle, though it sounded surprised in a way.
You clenched the shirts sides in your fists and brought them farther over your body.
"Don't cry." You finally looked up, Makoto's face was blurred, and as you blinked your cheeks got wet, and his face became a little bit more visible.
He was smiling.
His smile was so bright and so beautiful. His smile would light up Tokyo after dark, his smile could stop wars, his smile could make anyone smile back.
You wished you were like him.
You wished you could be as amazing as someone like Makoto.
He placed his arms slowly around you, and you laughed lightly at the image of the happiness in his eyes - it made him look more like he was proud.
"You did your best right?"
"Of course I did." You hugged the male back, praying he'd never leave you.
"Then that's all that matters. And next time maybe you'll do a little better. Baby steps alright?"
"You don't think I'm stupid?"
Makoto laughed and you tensed slightly, "What's gotten into you? Where did my bad little Y/N go?"
You smirked in return, "Don't worry Mako-Kun, she'll come back when you give me another one of your kisses." Your grin grew as you trailed your hands up his chest, Makoto only rolled his eyes with a cheesy smile of his own.
