Ja'far gathered you to accompany him in greeting the Kou ship that was arriving in Sindrian borders, you had to get Sin first. You were a little nervous in facing him, especially since both Ja'far and Masrur new that you fancied Sin.
"Do you think he'll ask me anything? I wasn't really in my best mood the past couple days." You asked, fiddling with your thumbs as you neared where he was.
"He's too stupid to ask anything." Masrur began.
You sweat dropped, "Th-thanks."
"There's no need to worry, Jahanara. I think you and Sin go very well together, he'll come around." Ja'far smiled.
"I hope so." You sighed.
After we got Sin, we headed straight for the doc's, arriving just as the ship anchored.
A bunch of servant soldiers flooded off the boat and stood in perfect formation, waiting as their Prince walked slowly down to the stone ground. He had perfect posture and a large scar over his left eye.
"I am the fourth Prince of the Kou empire, Ren Hakuryuu." He introduced.
"His majesty spoke of you to me. Welcome to Sindria." Sinbad greeted in return, a small smile on his face.
"Even without my stepfather's command, I have long wished to meet with you, sir."
"I am honored, by the way, who is that lady behind you, Lord Hakuryuu?"
You perked up and looked behind the well mannered prince to a lady with an opposite aura to the prince's.
Ja'far screeched to himself and you swallowed hard. Is this the girl Ja'far asked about at the party?
"Oh, she's the one who had the hots for Sinbad!" Hinahoho announced.
"She followed him here!" Pisti commented as if it was the sweetest thing. You shot her a glare and she put her hands up.
"Thank you for the other day, it's a pleasure to see you again." The princess began, though there was an odd edge to her voice.
"Likewise." Sin nodded,
"Thank goodness, it looks like nothing happened." Ja'far sighed in relief.
"It's been a while, hasn't it? We never got a chance to meet while I was in the Kou Empire, did we? Well, I'm truly happy to be reunited with you now!"
"Did you just say, 'never got the chance to meet?'" The princess mocked.
The color drained from your face as the princess nearly sliced Sin's head in half,
"Curse you, Sinbad!" She growled, "I'd resolved to swallow my tears and endure it for the sake of my country, if you apologized, but I can't forgive you at all!"
Your eyes bulged as she pulled out a metal vessel, claiming Sinbad had violated her.
"I knew it!" Ja'far cried, "What did you do to her?!"
"I-I didn't do anything!" Sinbad defended.
"What is the meaning of this, Princess?" Ja'far asked a little harshly, probably more than he intended it to be, and the princess fell to the side crying like a child.
Jeez. Why would Sin ever want to be with a girl like her? You thought to yourself, crossing your arms.
A huge argument began, apparently Sin raped the princess in her sleep, and you stood the whole time in the same pose with a killer look in your eyes. you can't believe Sin would do such vile things, A freaking King, holding the alliance of the seven sea's on his shoulders. How could he be so stupid?!
"A lewd act by the King of Sindria." You grumbled,
"Followed by the princess' suicide." Ja'far continued,
"Leading to war with the Kou Empire!" You yelled together.
"Come to think of it, the king wasn't drunk at all that night." Sharrkan exclaimed.
The argument continued, the princess' head servant claiming that Sin needed to own up to what he did and marry the princess.
Marry her?! You almost choked on my spit, no way I'll let him marry her!
"He probably doesn't have a choice." Ja'far began.
You turned to him, "We- we can't just let that happen, I mean-"
"I'm sorry Y/N, but it may be the only way." He sighed, shrugging slightly.
Finally, Sin lost it and made Yamraiha show you all what really happened using her magic, and it turns out your king was right, Sin really didn't do anything.
You sighed in relief, more glad that he wouldn't have to marry the girl, your jealousy really had you on edge.
You looked to the king, he stood with relief in his eyes, his hair looked silky and you wished you could your hands through it.

Later that night, you walked into dinner, feeling a bit better at your chances with Sin.
You decided it was best to be in a good mood instead of a sad one, you had to earn Sin's love and you would.
You knew Yamraiha would help you as well, so that made things all the better.

You pushed open the doors, fiddling with a curled strand of your light pink hair, Ja'far had magically done it up into a bun, shocking you - you never new he was so talented at these types of things.
You smiled at the thought, but as you looked up towards the head of the table where you knew Sin would be sitting, your smile dropped and your heart clenched.
Two woman were sitting on Sin's lap in barley any clothes, makeup covered their faces and lustful looks in their eyes.
Your mouth dropped open at his content look, but you quickly shut it and regained your composure, stepping forward.
"What's going on here?" You asked, gathering the attention of the others in the rom.
"Oh, Y/N, welcome." Sin said, barley sparring you a glance.
"What are you doing, Sin?" You couldn't stop yourself from asking, anger over coming your senses.
"What do you mean? It's dinner, enjoy yourself."
"Your right, this is dinner - not some club. How could I enjoy myself when your grinning like a fool while you wear woman like clothes!" You clenched your firsts, the room went silent and everyone watched closely as they all realized you'd finally snapped.
Sin narrowed his eyes at you, "I don't think what I do is any of your concern." He said.
That's it.
"You ignorant asshole. You have no idea how it concerns me!" You hissed, "I've tried everything, with you. I've tried being cute, I've tried working hard, I've tried being the warrior, I tried being sexy- all for you, but I guess I'm just not worth it am I!?" You seethed, your hands flying into the air for emphasis.
"You know what... I'm just tired, of watching you flirt with all these dressed up sluts instead of me. Someone who knows you. Better yet, I just don't understand why I had to fall for someone like you, knowing that you were a womanizing air head!" You slammed your hands on the table and everyone jumped,
"But I thought maybe, because I knew you before any of this, because we had our moments, you would think of me a little higher than all the other girls. Guess that was just selfish of me, wasn't it, your highness?" Sin opened his mouth but you weren't finished,
"Well guess what? I'm done. I'm so done with you! I'm not gonna try anymore, at all, but what would you care? You already have a bunch of sluts at your feet anyways!
"Y/N that's enough!" Sinbad quickly interrupted, the girls jumped off of him as he stood.
"Your telling me that's enough?! You asshole! I have the right to be angry right now okay?! Ugh, you may be the greatest King alive Sin, but your hidden habits suck! And I just.. I... "
Your voice cracked and you swallowed, not having the strength to say the words that were screaming in your mind.
No, you didn't hate Sin. You could never hate him, you could never say it to him, no matter what.
You took a deep breath, blinking back your tears as you looked at his unmoving figure, like he was just waiting for you to leave.
I didn't hate him, You thought as you turned and ran out of the room, I hate myself for falling for someone I could never have.
