Title from My Chemical Romance

Fate’s POV

“So, that’s about it.” I said, as excited as ever, even with Gary in tow.

He shrugged, “Yes, Miss Fate.”

“Fate...” I said, “how hard is it for you to call me Fate?”

“Fate.” Chance warns.

I rolled my eyes and slumped back on my seat, looking out the window.

Chance the goody two shoes. Well he isn’t that good, really, he’s a jock after all.

He’s been in enough trouble to almost get kicked out of the team and not to mention the school.

He is sweet and has the looks of an all American kid. Except when it has to do with me and Hope crying, especially Hope, he’d probably kill for our baby sister.

So would I if anyone ever did hurt her.

Let’s just say that they’ll have to deal with the 2/3 of the Pierce siblings.

Perfect example was a few months after we turned fifteen.

“I swear Fate, that brother of yours?” Katy gushed and melted into her seat as she told me about the night she had with my brother. “God like.”

I rolled my eyes as I put my books into my locker, “Katy, I told you not to go that far with him.”

She shrugged, “I know, but c’mon, you’ve seen your brother.”

I gave her a disgusted look, “Not like that.”

She giggled, “Thank god.” We both giggled.

For some reason, I’m not really sure why, but since he joined the football team, he has been more in demand by the ladies in school.

Is that why my mom didn’t want us in a normal school? I thought.

“Anyway, he was that good, and I don’t really care if he do give me a second look or not,” she gave me a smile, “I got to taste Chance Pierce first.”

I raised a brow, “And how sure are you that you were the first?”

She frowned, “Don’t rain on my parade b*tch.”

I laughed and shook my head and looked ahead. I frowned seeing my little sister pinned between her locker and the idiot of the school, Dan.

To make matters worse, he was my ex.

The guy who broke my heart, in exchange I broke his nose and arm.

“… I never noticed that.” I heard him say.

“Please Dan.” I hear my sister whimper, trying to move away but he blocked her path with his arms.

I saw him smirk and ran the back of his hand on her cheek making her whimper.

“That’s what your sister was saying when I had her pinned on her bed.”

To my surprise Hope looked up at him, surprised.

“Liar.” She said. “My sister might have made a mistake dating you, but she wouldn’t make that mistake.”

I smiled, somewhat proud of the sudden burst of bravery from my sister all because she was sticking up for me.
