I was exploring a little bit of Jump City.

As I strolled along absentmindedly, my mind focused on current tasks - finding a place to live, enrolling in a GED program, and keeping a low profile. It should all work out accordingly.

I checked my watch when I arrived at a beautiful park.

Sitting down underneath a tree, I quickly scanned the area for anything suspicious, making sure I was clear to sit for a moment and relax. When I felt and saw nothing out of the ordinary, I sighed in relief.

I closed my eyes after a little while, letting my mind drift. The trip here caught up to me just a bit.

(Robin's POV)

I led the way to the park in a calm stroll, letting my mind focus on her.

"Hey Robin, who was that girl back at the shop?" asked Cyborg. The guy has officially read my mind. She didn't look familiar. We never really interact with citizens and kept to our group, so she was a surprise.

"I have no idea. She's probably new to the city. Never seen her before," I muttered, remembering everything about her that I had quickly noticed in my time with her.

That girl was definitely striking in appearance. She was overall short, about Raven's height, but with a slightly different build. Her build was curved and carved to perfection.

Her skin gave her an appearance resembling a porcelain doll's, accompanied by large, light brown eyes, followed by gradient rings of darkness.

Her hair stood out the most. Her hair was deep auburn, a hue mimicking the fall season, a dark fire.

That stranger is captivating.

We finally made it to the park. Cyborg, Beast Boy and I were playing catch with a football, while Starfire and Raven sat down on the grass. Today is definitely a good day.

We were about twenty minutes into our game when I saw her underneath a tree, relaxing. She appeared to be asleep. I wonder what type of motorcycle she has. She seemed pretty frantic about losing that key before I gave it back to her.

I was about to approach her when I heard screaming.

I turned to see Cinderblock terrorizing the park. The team rushed over and we all knew the fun in our day was going to have to wait.

"TITANS GO!!" I yelled.

(Amber's POV)

I was scared awake by screams and stomping. I searched around for the problem and realized it was a huge cinderblock looking thing that was scaring everyone to death. I was about to charge at the thing, when I looked down at myself and remembered I was only dressed in civilian attire - my suit was packed away.

"TITANS GO!" screamed a familiar male voice. I turned sharply to see Robin and the Teen Titans. They charged towards the cinderblock thing and engaged in combat with it.

The cyborg guy made his right arm retract into a cannon. He shot at the cinderblock, only to be back handed hard. And because the cinderblock thing was twenty times the team's size, he was flying in the distance.

The little green guy turned into a dinosaur and used his tail to hurl the evil cinderblock. One by one, he along with the two females in the group were attacked.

Robin seemed to be the only one standing. He leaped small but forceful leaps onto the cinderblock, using a staff to hurt him. Unfortunately, the staff broke in half.

Robin was suddenly punched and flying to the ground face first.

Well, there goes my attempt at keeping a low profile.

My feet quickly took off and then flew into the air, catching Robin just in time. Letting my flight quicken with velocity, I set him down on the ground and quickly turned back, using my super speed to approach and fight the cinderblock thing.

My eyes heated up, shooting my heat vision towards his chest. I flipped over him, using my strength to pull him by his shoulders with my hands. He fell to the ground, and tried to get up. Need I say, tried, not did.

I shot into the air and shot straight down, landing on top of him hard. I stomped hard with my feet, using my super strength to hurt him until he was unconscious. I jumped off, landing on my feet and examining the damage. Doesn't seem like he'll wake up anytime soon.

What does one do with a a criminal made out of bricks?

I was walking away, ready to find the nearest hotel when I heard the Titans' commotion, mostly Robin's voice.

"Hey, wait!" he called after me. I swiftly turned to him and the rest of the team. My nerves began to fire away.

"Who are you?" he asked. I opened my mouth to speak, only to close it back up in sudden fear. The familiarity of tightness in my chest came forward, suddenly making it difficult to speak or breathe at all.

Breathe, Amber. Just breathe.

"I...I'm n-nobody," I stuttered quietly, in hopes they wouldn't notice my panic. My breath quickened just as I tried to fight against my body and get in control.

"Nobody? Come on, you did us a favor by helping us take down Cinderblock and we really appreciate the help. What's your name?" Robin looked at me with genuine curiosity, trying to solve me.

"My name's...Oh would you look at the t-time! My g-goldf-fish is drowning! I s-sh-should go n-now. Bye!" I tried to wave myself off, and turned to sprint out of there, but when I turned to run the opposite direction, the cyborg guy stood proud and tall, blocking the direction I intended to leave through. I was cornered.

The tightness in my chest felt like a vice - an anaconda holding me tighter than any embrace I've ever received in my entire life.

The power struggle in my body was ceasing. The burning in my lungs became obvious as I stopped fighting against the pain, against my anxiety, and let my breath come out too quickly. Darkness made its presence known in my vision, as well as the familiar dizziness I couldn't fight off.

I wanted to explain the pain inside me, but he seemed to already have it figured out.

"Miss? You're having a panic attack, now if you can just listen to my voice, you need to calm down. Control your breathing, otherwise you'll-"

The last voice was too distant for my sensitive ears to strain for clarity as the darkness became everything around me. The ringing in my ears became much too loud as I felt myself fall to the ground, hugging myself tightly as I fell apart in ruthless anxiety.

(Robin's POV)

Cinderblock honestly wasn't the easiest to take down. I made an effort to try, only to have my staff crumpled. I felt an extremely painful blow that sent me towards the ground, but I never felt it.

I looked up to see the girl from the pizza shop.

How on Earth did she just-

She seemed to have several abilities. She ran with super speed and shot heat vision at Cinderblock's chest, and flipped over to push him down with her arms. Super strength...

She shot into the air with graceful flight, then went straight down, like a dancer gone mad. She landed several stomps until Cinderblock became unconscious.

She began walking away and I knew I couldn't let her leave like that. She just saved the city for a day.

Once I noticed she was consumed with a panic attack, I couldn't turn away.

She hugged herself tightly as she fell unconscious from the attack. I scooped her into my arms, wondering why encountering us brought her to this state.

Raven helped me set her station up in the infirmary. A part of me oddly wanted to stay with her, worried that there was more to her that caused to her react the way she did.

"We should wait in the living room and give her some space," said Raven. She's right..

We headed to the living room, only for my conscience to fill with worry.
