You were ashamed that you didn't trust the sweet and happy skeleton. He didn't even turn you in to the queen because he felt bad for you. He gave up his dream for you. "I'm...I'm really sorry Sans..." you said and he looked down sadly. You saw that he was a bit heartbroken by your words so he sat you down on the ground again while he continued doing his work. You walked away from him and stayed away from him. You walked to waterfalls and sat down by the many echo flowers. You sighed a bit and started to talk to one of the echo flowers that were infront of you "I...I know that he means well...I know he's nice... So why can't i trust him...? I hate this..." you mumbled and you cried just a little bit untill you looked at the watch you had and saw how much the clock was. You walked to the brothers house and walked straight to your room. You didn't eat your food that Papyrus had made. You told him you were not hungry and he saved the food so you could it later. Night finally came but you couldn't sleep at all. You sat on the bed and hugged your knees while you looked at the wall infront of you. You liked Sans, he was nice, caring and he just wanted the best for you. You remembered when you showed him all the cuts and bruises to him. He was heartbroken and he started to cry. You asked yourself why he was crying. Was it because it looked scary? Was it because he thought it looked ugly? Or... Was it because he felt sorry for you? At that time you shook the last thought away. In this world no one cared about anyone. At least that was what the world have shown you. When you meet Papyrus and Sans they were nice to you that you started to question if they just wanted to earn your trust so they could hurt you. That was the other humans did on the surface... You sighed and stood up. You walked out of your room and knocked on Sans door. "Come in" Sans familiar voice said and you got suprised that he was awake at this hour. You shrugged it off and opened the door softly. He sat on the bed and looked at you. "Y-Y/N...?" he said surprisingly and you looked at the ground a bit "I'm sorry" you said and he looked at you while he tilted his head a bit "I'm sorry i don't trust you... I-It's just people weren't nice to me and..." he saw your eyes started to fill with tears and he felt his soul break once again. "H-Hey don't worry" He said and you feel onto the floor and you started to cry heavily. "I-I just can't!" You exclamied and he rushed to you and he took his arms around you. He knew you started to have a mental breakdown. He knew it all to well. "shhh...Take it easy... it's okay..." he said softly and you took your arms around him. You cried onto him and he took his fingers though your hair while he rubbed soft circles on your back. His pupils were a shape of a broken heart and he felt his own tears threaten to spill but he refused to let them fall. He knew your pain all to well. "Don't worry...Just take your own time... okay, sweetheart?" you nodded a bit and he carried you up. He walked up to his bed and laid you on his bed under his covers. Your tears stopped to fall and he were about to walk out untill he felt you grab his arm "Can... Can you sleep with me tonight?" you asked softly and he looked at you and nodded. He laid down next to you and he hesitantely took his arm around you which you in response cuddled closer to him. "Is this okay for you?" he asked and you nodded "it feels...nice" you said and he smiled "....Sans....?" you said nervosuly and he nodded "C-Can...i maybe call you...big brother...?" he stiffened a bit and looked at you with widden eyes which you thought was a sign that he was mad but soon his pupils changed to stars and he hugged you tightly forgeting everything that happened before "OF COURSE YOU CAN!" he exclamied loduly and you stiffened but smiled and hugged him back just as tightly "Thank you big brother!" you said and he looked down at you "Your welcome" he said softly and kissed your head softly "Now...Let's go to sleep..." he said and you nodded. He turned of the lights and you both were now laying in darkness

his eyes now turned into hearts and he held you closer to him while he nuzzled his face onto your hair
