But, it does have to do with praise/compliments. The only kinky thing that happens is that someone gets kneed in the crotch (and that's not even kinky just funny). I've actually been dying to write this chapter. I've been dying to write a chapter about Gabe and Alec. I'll just leave it to the summary to explain lol]

[note: this chapter is set in the timeline of the Baystone Academy sequel. So Gabe and Alec are sixteen right now. And they're also in Baystone Academy, which means other characters from DGTBAS will not appear in this chapter (only mentioned). And this is set after Gabe confessed his feelings to Alec. The reason why I'm telling you that happened is because it's not really a spoiler and it doesn't necessarily ruin the story since we all know how Gabe feels about Alec. And just a quick note, in case you forgot, Baystone Academy is a boarding school. So Gabe and Alec share a dorm together. So enjoy~~]

OKAY. SO GABE WILL ADMIT it. He does have a crush on his best friend. Sure, it's completely fine. There's nothing wrong with that. Except that he feels he's going to explode every fucking time he sees Alec Bower's face.

His fingers always itch, dying to just touch Alec's soft skin and to just hold him close. Fuck. I'm in too deep.

It's been going on like this for awhile. Ever since he turned fourteen. So yeah, he's been crushing on his best friend for two years. It's completely fine.

Except he's constantly trying to take deep breaths when no one's looking, heart beating wildly. Alec shows him no mercy either. He's constantly popping up, coming over to Gabe, grabbing onto his arm, brushing their shoulders together. (What's worse is that they share a dorm. So Gabe has to constantly see Alec in his boxers or with bed hair and etc.)

To be honest, it's driving him insane. And his other best friend, Hunter Williams, seems to notice too, since Gabe constantly finds him snickering at his blushing face.

He sort of thinks he's finally got it in under control. He tries to think of disgusting things every time Alec talks to him, like Hunter in a dress or Gretal doing her victory dance. It seems to be working, he tells himself as he follows the rest of his classmates to the training room. At least their gym clothes aren't revealing. It's pretty standard for all genders. Just a black t-shirt with Baystone Academy's symbol (the letters B and A in white with a hawk across it) at the right corner of the chest and a pair of black sweatpants that reach the knees.

Though, that thought quickly leaves his mind when he sees Alec. It's not like he makes the clothes look revealing, he just looks good. Despite the fact that he's wearing all black like the rest of them, the color seems to bring out the blue in his eyes, making them seem brighter.

Gabe takes a deep breath. Just think of Hunter in a dress.
