A few days later

Again. I'm back into my funk. Sitting in my room, crying nonstop. Damn you, Ryan Sitkowski. I wish you knew how much pain you're bringing me.
I wish everything was how it was before the Apollo X Tour began. I wish I still hated Ryan with a passion. I wish I didn't have a broken heart.
Nothing could cheer me up right now.
"Mandy! Something came in the mail for you!" I heard my dad yell. I wiped my eyes and pulled myself together before leaving my room.
I walked to the kitchen, where my dad was. He handed me an envelope.
It was from a university in Virginia. In Richmond to be specific.
I applied to a few colleges in Pennsylvania but I didn't get accepted. I'm happy that I got accepted to one college.
I'm finally going to get my degree to be a neonatal nurse.
"What is it?" Chris asked.
"I got accepted into a medical school in Richmond" I said, with a grin on my face. This is the first time I've smiled in months.
"I'm so proud of you" he said, smiling.
"I leave in September" I said.
"My little baby is leaving the nest... You've grew up so fast" he said, hugging me.
"I have two weeks before I have to start school" I said.
"And we're gonna spend a shit ton of time together because I don't know when I'm gonna see my little girl again" he said.
I can't wait to start school...
