you know when you're showing someone you're really excited about like a song or a music video or maybe even a weirdly long gif and you can feel them losing interest and kind of drifting away or eventually just taking the earphone out or walking away or talking during the song/vid/gif
bc yeah that's the worst
or when you're talking about something and you can tell the person doesn't care but you really want to tell them anyways and anyways you've started so you can't stop otherwise you'd look like an idiot and they're fidgeting and looking away
or, switching perspectives because that's good journalism, when you're trying to eavesdrop on someone and someone keeps talking to u and ur just like pls i don't care
