Scott knew he had to go home. It would just be for a few days, then he could come back to the Swamp Empire for Jimmy's official coronation. And, plus, it would be good to see his mom and dad, and Xornoth.
"Are you sure you'll be safe on the way back?" Jimmy asked Scott.
"Yes, I'll be fine," the elf responded.
"And you brought enough supplies?"
"Yep."
"And you-"
"Jimmy! I. Will. Be. Fine. Just relax. I'll be back before you know it!" Scott reassured the blond.
"I know, it's just... I don't want you to leave," Jimmy said, staring at the floor. His tail was swishing nervously behind him.
Scott tilted his boyfriend's chin up and gave him a little kiss, "Like I said, I'll be back before you know it."
Jimmy gave a small smile. Scott walked out of the fish boy's cabin and flapped his wings. He saw Jimmy waving at him while he flew up, and Scott waved back."Love you!" he yelled at the blond boy. Jimmy nodded and Scott disappeared into the clouds.
