While they were on their way to Ketterdam, Jesper had noticed Evangeline fidgeting uncomfortably. The ship moved slowly, carefully. Stirring her insides more than they already were.
She was nervous. Leaving her husband. Being with new people at a new country. Leaving her children in the hands of her mother and father.
The Zemini man moved over to her. "You alright, love?"
"Hmm? Oh. Yeah. Totally."
He hummed and leaned back. After a few moments he moved in again. "You sure?"
"Yup." She replied. She looked down to her hands again, playing with her rings that were clad on her fingers. Jesper's own ring clad fingers reached for hers.
"I'm here for you Evie. Truly. I know we just met but I'm gonna be here." He let go of her hands. She sighed contently, looking up for a split moment then back to her fingers.

"When we get home I can't wait to go my bed." Jesper said looking to Inej and Kaz. "Oh! And Angie, you're going to love the crow club! We have the best liquor. Better than anywhere in Ravka." He boasted to Evangeline.
"Shut ur Jesper. We're almost home. Get your stuff gathered. You two as well." Kaz said to Jesper before he told the girls to do so as well.
