Days before Valentine's Day Ball, Draven was still struggling with how he can uniquely ask Hermione to the event. He once tried writing a poem again, but he just crumpled and threw it. Theo saw how distressed his best pal is.

"What's the matter, Draven?" He asked him, and saw some crumpled papers on the floor and picked one of them. "Roses are red... Violets are blue... Hermione would you like to my—"

Draven looked at him as he laughed while reading the poem he had just thrown. "Alright, Nott. It's fucking ridiculous I know. Stop laughing at me."

"No..." Theo laughed again. "This is completely... not so you, Draven. Asking girls to be their date? Come on, before your lovely girlfriend came into the scene, girls are falling in line for you, dying to ask you if they can be your girlfriend. And now, it's only Granger who is making you like that."

"She's not just any girl, Theo. She's, my girlfriend. And I want to plan something special for her." He sighed and tossed the quill onto his table. "I suck at these things."

"Hey, look at me bud." Theodore tapped his shoulder which made the Malfoy boy look at him. "You planned her 18th birthday, by yourself last year. You also confessed to her that night at the tower, on your own. So, I don't think you suck at these things. You just needed a little inspiration."

"What do you mean inspiration?" He arched his eyebrow, eyeing his friend.

"From me of, course." Theo pointed himself as he sat down on Draven's bed. "Now let me tell you, my suggestion."

The two Slytherin boys almost had a 3-hour long discussion on what plan Draven should do. It was all full of jokes and banters between them before deciding to do one of their combined suggestions.

Hermione was at the library, and as usual, doing her thing which is studying. Draven told him that he would ask something about their Transfiguration lesson and that is one reason why she is also at the library. After a while, he arrived with his book clutched on his arm. Her eyes lit up when she saw her boyfriend walking toward her.

"Hi, love." She greeted him as Draven took a seat next to her.

"Hey." He smiled, but the Gryffindor girl noticed how he looked a bit peaky.

"Are you alright, love? Is there something that bothers you?" She concernedly asked him.

"Uh, nothing. Yeah, nothing. I'm fine." Draven quickly flashed her a smile. "I just wanted to ask you something about our topic in Transfiguration. I can't seem to understand it quite well from Professor McGonagall's discussion."

"Okay." She nodded and opened her book. "What topic is that?"

"It's a question." He told her and slid down his book next to her. "It's there in my book."

"Hm? And what about it?" She asked him again, glancing back at him. Damn, it felt like it was always the first time that he would get enthralled by her beauty.
