Polestar vs Kirkwood

"Uh, Luke?" James started, "hm, how do I put this. What were you doing with Michelle yesterday?" 

"She just wanted to ask about Raimon and she was asking how to become a better manager," Luke lied, he started sweating.

"Liar, I know you inside out, you have a crush on her." James stated, "but we don't have time to dwell on that, let's go see Polestar vs Kirkwood." (It was the end of the school day and they met outside the gates.)

"Can I come too?" Michelle asked as she approached them.

"Sure," James answered, so the trio went by bus to the fixture venue, both teams were already in starting positions when they arrived and all 3 of them were shocked to see Elliot Ember in goal. When the game started, Kirkwood were passing the ball a lot, and eventually the ball was near the goal so Axel did "Fire Tornado" but two Polestar players stopped the shot with their bodies. "They're lucky that wasn't at full power," James commented as he heard Basile (Kozomaru) from Raimon make a similar comment. Jude now had the ball and was dribbling forward, but was faced with Axel, Jude made a couple of feints, Axel slid in but Jude flicked it up and got past, he made a pass but it was intercepted, he smiled and congratulated the way they were set up. Malcolm passed to Axel, who started passing it between himself and the triplets. The triplets used "Triangle Zeta" but it was shot upwards, people thought they missed but it was overriden with "Fire Tornado" to make "Fireball Storm" and the ball went in, 1-0 to Kirkwood. Elliot was enraged, he pelted the ball towards Jude who didn't move which shocked the Polestar players, but he easily controlled the ball with the side of his foot. When Kirkwood were next on the attack, two of Polestar's defenders marked Axel. Bad move, now the triplets are free, but what other option do they have? James thought, the triplets smirked and used "Triangle Zeta", it swerved near Axel who faked shooting and it swerved into the goal, making it 2-0 as the half-time whistle blew. In the 2nd half, Elliot rushed out of goal and tackled a Kirkwood player, he went into their half, but three defenders surrounded him, setting up Malcolm's "Spinning Cut", he kicked it in the air for Axel, who did "Fire Tornado", this time, the-usually goalkeeper used his body to block it, he was supported by three other players and they just about blocked it as the ball went out for a corner. Their captain was having words with Elliot, and Kirkwood took the corner, but the ball was headed out. Axel had the ball and the triplets were making runs, Elliot stormed out of goal and tackled Axel, knowing that the triplets were decoys. Elliot then started ordering the defenders and telling them where and who to mark. One of the triplets were about to shoot, but Polestar's captain used "Zone of Pentagram" to deflect it. The ball went out for a goalkick, Jude made his way towards Elliot. "You finally noticed," he smiled, Elliot went back to forward and the keeper was back to normal. 10 minutes left and two goals down, can they do it? Did The Genius Playmaker leave it for too long? James thought. Jude got the ball passed to him from the goalkick and he made a one-two pass with Elliot to get past Axel and the triplets. Jude gave it back to Elliot, who was now passing and cooperating with his teammates. Elliot drew in four defenders in when he next had the ball and then passed it to their forward, who was now free, they used "Specter Magna" to make it 2-1. The Genius Playmaker, The Absolute Commander of The Pitch, he has really lived up to those names, Axel thought. Later on, one of Polestar's players intercepted a pass to one of the triplets, but Axel took it back right away, only the goalkeeper was in his way, he used "Fire Tornado" and scored, making it 3-1. 5 minutes left, maybe the game is done now, James thought. Polestar were advancing up the pitch, one of their players took a shot and scored to make it 3-2. Soon enough, Polestar made it 3-3, thanks to Elliot's "Overhead Penguin", it was now additional time, 1 minute left. One of the triplets used "Back Tornado" but it was stopped by "Moja Catch". The goalie passed it to one of the players and Elliot was open, he passed it to him, but Axel came running by his side, luckily, Jude got the ball before it reached them, he passed to Elliot but it seemed to be going out, everyone was shocked that Jude miskicked it, but Elliot sped towards the ball and got it before it went out, and everyone realised that it was apart of Jude's plan, Elliot, with two other members used "Death Zone" to win them the game at the death as the final whistle blew. Elliot was displayed on the screen as Man of The Match. The real men of the match were Jude and their coach, Coach Travis, only a tactical coach could have approved Jude's plan, though Elliot played really well, he's rapid, James thought.
