Next day. Night/morning.
I was sleeping next to Lydia.
Suddenly i jumped up because i heard scream.
Lydia.
I looked at her shocked "" Lydia!!"
Then I turned the lights on.
Nathalie stormed in "Lydia? Corina ?"
Lydia asked breathless "Did you hear that?"
I raised an eyebrow "you screamed"
Lydia shook her head "no. it was the sound of a train passing through my room."
I shook my head "Nothing was passing through your room, Lyds. "
Nathalie sighed "oh honey, you were having a nightmare."
Lydia shook her head "no it wasn't. i was no-"
Nathalie "Well, there wasn't a train and we haven't had an earthquake, so ...must have been a bad dream."
Then she left and closed the door.
I eyed Lydia " It wasn't a bad dream, was it?"
She looked at me "I wasn't asleep, Cori"
I sighed.
Next day. At school.

Lydia and i walked into the building.
Lydia "See you later, hon"
I nodded and hugged her.
The bell rang and i walked to my next class.
I walked in and sat down.
I was sitting in the first row.
Sydney came in and sat down next to me.
Me "Hey, Syd"
She smiled "hey, Cor"
I smiled back. Then the door opened and my smile faded.
Mr. Douglas walked to the table and looked at us "Ms. Tanner is ill so i'm taking over. "
