Against a backdrop of fear and distrust, Cassie (Chloë Grace Moretz) is on the run, desperately trying to save her younger brother. As she prepares for the inevitable and lethal 5th wave, Cassie teams up with a young man who may become her final hope - if she can only trust him.

Love y'all !
Thank you for visiting my profile. I'm around here almost everyday and if I'm not, something peculiar has happened.
High stakes romance or women's fiction is my preferred reading choice and I rarely venture into other genres.
There are so many unputdownable reads on Wattpad and their quality, originality and inclusivity never ceases to amaze me. Numerous stories here in my opinion surpass those with high price tags and glossy advertising campaigns in bookshops.
It's great to be able to give my thoughts about plot, characters or any aspect of a story through the comments. Before I discovered Wattpad, nobody I knew was ever reading the same books and I really wanted to talk about them. Now I can interact with friendly and perceptive readers/authors.
If there is a competition or writing challenge, I probably won't enter but enjoy supporting others from the sidelines.
I was fifty years old when I took up creative writing and it occured in a rather unusual way. To make sense of strange happenings around me, I decided to fictionalise the characters, events and timeline. My instincts about what was going on, the evil miscreants and of course, the discredited whistleblowers (including myself) were correct. During this process, I became addicted to everything related to fiction writing. And particularly Wattpad.
That investigative story was set aside while justice is in the process of being done (and there were crafting issues with it). But I wrote another one.
And kept going!
I have now posted five completed stories that started from various Wattpad writing challenges. They've all ranked in the Chicklit top fifty and one of them even broke into the top ten.
In September 2016, I became a featured author in Chicklit with New Year's Baby. I'm still stunned that I was included, given the high standard of so many stories.
I never thought I'd share my writing with anyone I didn't know personally. I'm not a professional writer. I'm not even a practiced writer. I'm an amateur storyteller at best. But my head is filled with stories and I find pleasure in sharing these tales with others.
I'm currently working on other stories that I hope to share in the near future. For more information feel free to contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org or follow my blog at www.byjlgetty.com

I write for the dreamers. ♡
When I grow up I want to be a mad scientist. Lol jk I'm 28 and a pharmacy tech. Most of the things I write about come from my dreams/nightmares.
Unnerving I know. I like to go against the grain and try not to end with the typical happy ever after, although sometimes it can't be helped.
I like to write dark dark things.
I update twice a week and my stories have endings. I don't leave you in the middle with no end.
