While we were eating Errol arrived with our post, not forgetting to miss the open side of the window and bump into the closed side. We all winced at the thud
"That must of hurt" I whispered causing a snigger to the right of me, I turn around and see George laughing at me, I roll my eyes and smile looking away at Percy who's grabbing the post off of the poor owl
"Our Hogwarts letters, Harry's too Dumbledore must know he's here" Percy stated walking back after giving Errol a treat
"Doesn't miss a trick that man" aurthur replies
"This lot won't come cheap mom, the spell books alone are very expensive" George glumly stated
"We will manage" molly cheerfully replied
I loved that about molly, money never upset her she was always optimistic in front of her children but there has been times where I snuck out of bed late at night for a snack and I hear her and Arthur worrying about money.
"These are all Lockhart's books" I spoke to Fred rolling my eyes
"The new defence against the dark arts teacher must be a fan" he replied also rolling his eyes.
We all got ready and I was finished first, I started running down the hall to the twins room pushing the door open but came face to face with a shirtless George, I stopped in my tracks my eyes widened George doing the exact same movements as I was, blush was apparent on both of our cheeks
I stepped back and closed the door walking away bumping into Fred
"You alright, your face is bright red" he asks shaking me from my trance
"Oh erm ye i gotta go get ready" I walked past him
"You are ready" he yelled behind me causing me to wave my hand dismissing what he said
George's POV
Fred walked in saying something about violet but I was too unfocused to hear, I was shook from my thoughts quite literally
"What is wrong with everyone what happened" Fred huffed clearly annoyed
I turned to him "I was getting changed and she walked in" I said hardly above a whisper
Fred started laughing wildly
"What are you laughing at" I hit him
"The way you two both looked it's priceless" he finally spit out between laughs
I rolled my eyes and walked out the room walking towards the fireplace just wanting to get to diagon alley.
Violets POV
I walked down the stairs after calming myself down to find everyone waiting for me
"Sorry" I said while jumping from the last step walking over to them
"Harry why don't you go first" molly asked pushing the Floo powder in front of him
"But mom Harry's never travelled by floo powder before" Ron whined
"Oh right violet why don't you go first" molly turned towards me I nod and grab a handful of the powder stepping into the fireplace
"Diagon alley!" I clearly say throwing the powder letting the green flames engulf me travelling me out of the burrow and into diagon alley.
I was getting up when I got knocked back down by someone coming out of the fireplace. I look next to me and saw George lying there smiling stupidly
"You're a twat did you know that" I said crossing my arms getting up
"Yup" he popped the p and wrapped his arm around me "sorry about that I forgot how weird it felt"
We were joined by the rest of the family except for Harry which caused molly to freak out meaning we spent the next half a hour running around searching for him, we were all joined back together out of breath from the running when Fred spoke up
"He's over there with Hagrid"
Molly went running over wiping him clean asking him where he was and everyone followed
"You coming" George asked after noticing I didn't move I was hunched over still trying to catch my breath
"Hang on let me breathe man" I answered back panting heavily
He put his arm around me making me walk "you know for someone who's a chaser in quidditch you sure are unfit" he laughs causing me to give him a glare.
I was being pushed about trying to get into the bookshop resulting in George having to grab my arm so I don't get lost
"What is everyone doing here" I asked I looked at George who was pointing his finger towards a poster on the wall

I rolled my eyes I seem to be doing that a lot recently, I can't help it there's something about that Lockhart that doesn't sit right with me how can he have gone through so much yet still act like a complete jack ass.
After the whole paparazzi stunt Lockhart pulled with Harry we were trying to leave the store when Draco Malfoy decided to be the annoying git he is.
"Famous Harry Potter, can't even go into a book shop without making the front page" Malfoy spat
"Leave him alone" Ginny hissed
"Look potter you got yourself a girlfriend" he sniggered
"At least he could get a girlfriend and not scare people away with his greasy hair" I stepped in
"And who do you think you're talking to you orphan, you're probably a filthy little mud blood aren't you" he sprayed more than he sayed
George pushed me behind him getting into Malfoy's face
"Watch it Malfoy" he spoke anger seeping in his voice
"Oh ye or what Weasley" Draco answered smirking knowing he got under his skin.
George's first balled up ready to swing at Malfoy, I stepped forward grabbing his arm he turned towards me looking me in the eyes I smiled
"Come on he's not worth it" I whispered
He looked back at Malfoy then back at me, I lace my fingers with his holding his hand pulling him away just as Arthur came walking up to us.
Draco went to say something but was interrupted which I was thankful for but that relief soon dissolved when I saw his father was standing there
"Well well well Arthur Weasley" Draco's father snarled
"Lucius" Arthur replied
I zoned out looking and George's and I's hands still laced together but was pulled back to reality hearing Ginny's cauldron hitting the floor, George instantly pulled me behind him at the loud bang.
Arthur leaped onto Lucius pushing him back into a bookcase knocking dozens of books off the shelves a yell was heard from Fred and George
"Get him dad!" I slapped George's stomach as he was the closest to me glaring at Fred making them shut up while trying to hold back my own chants of encouragement.
"No Arthur no!" molly was yelling
The two men were pulled apart by Hagrid, Arthur with a cut lip, Lucius with a black eye.
We all started heading back, molly telling Arthur off like he was one of the kids but I wasn't listening my focus was on my hand still in George's hold
This crush wont go away as soon as I had hoped I thought to myself
