NamJoon held Jimin's waist as the shelf closed behind them, Jimin silently thanking his boyfriend for the support.
They had just gone into the secret tunnel that led to the library Yang was so determined to keep hidden from others. They had gone in to try and find something about the phoenix for Jin, and to try and find something about witches in general. Jimin had insisted on creating the sound barrier, even if NamJoon didn't want him too, and was now feeling pretty weak from doing so.
Jimin hated it, because it made him feel useless to his lover and friends, he could barely do anything with his ability without feeling exhausted afterward.
"How are you feeling, Minnie?" NamJoon asked as they walked down, Jimin humming as he tried not to lean all his weight into his boyfriend.
"Fine, just tired, like usual," Jimin replied, sighing after he answered Joon's question.
The two hadn't been inside of the secret library in what felt like years, the place seeming foreign to them as they walked into it. The couple looked around the area as if it was their first time ever being in there.
"Can you believe it's been 8 months since the first attack?" Jimin inquired as he walked away from NamJoon and looked around the area.
NamJoon shook his head, mimicking his boyfriend on the otherside of the room, "Nope, and how long has it been since Yoongi and Hoseok got together?"
Jimin thought about it, tilting his head to either side before answering, "I don't know, either 5 or 6 months. It seems like they've been together longer, I feel bad, they've been through so much."
"Very true, though, they are shadow soulmates, so they've had a connection from the start." NamJoon stated while looking around the library, he walked up to Jimin, wrapping his arms around his boyfriend's waist, "we may not be soulmates, but I feel like we've been together for years."
Jimin smiled his mesmerizing eye smile as he wrapped his arms around NamJoon's neck, "We're soulmates in our own way, Joonie." NamJoon smiled at the comment, leaning in and kissing his boyfriend's plump lips tenderly.
They pulled away after a couple seconds, now looking around for books that had anything to do with the phoenix.
Jimin, as he was bent down looking at the lower shelves, said, "You know, we need to thank Ilsung for what he said at the assembly... you know-"
"Yeah," NamJoon agreed, Jimin not needing to finish his statement, "We really do." there was a small edge to NamJoon's voice, Jimin shaking his head with a slight smile at the familiar, yet not heard often, sound.
"You can't be jealous of him, NamJoonie, I'm with you, not him," Jimin stated, not having to look at his boyfriend to know NamJoon was clenching his jaw.
Ja Ilsung was the Earth elemental that defended them the day of the assembly, where Chaerin unfortunately died. The Academy has been on high alert, it's been about a week and a half since then and there has been no attack, which relieved the students and superiors, but scared them all the same.
Ilsung is also the person that once took Jimin to the Mystic fall, before he and NamJoon got together of course. It was around the time the two were too chicken to say anything about their feelings. It was Ilsung's first year and Jimin's second, they did have sex, and they did have a thing, but it didn't last.
Jimin is still good friends with Ilsung, the younger gave him no reason to not be friends with him. He was the same age as Jungkook.
NamJoon has been jealous ever since, even if he was now with Jimin and Ilsung wasn't.
"I'm not jealous," NamJoon denied, Jimin rolling his eyes at Joon's terrible attempt at lying but letting it go either way.
As they looked around, NamJoon finally noticed how different the shelves looked.
They looked, more vacant, not as full as when they were first there.
"Minnie," NamJoon called out, Jimin humming so NamJoon knew he was listening, "does it look like some books are missing to you?"
Jimin stood, looking around, indeed it did. Jimin lifted an eyebrow, his gaze meeting NamJoon's, "Do you think Yang knows-"
"How could she? It wasn't like we didn't put the books back-"
Jimin groaned, interrupting NamJoon's sentence. NamJoon was now the one raising his eyebrow, he was waiting for Jimin to explain why he made that sound.
Jimin sighed, shaking his head as he said, "Wind elementals can feel each other's currents, we can feel when there is another wind elemental around using their ability," NamJoon made the same sound Jimin did a few seconds before, "when we were hiding from her and Victor, I think she felt my current, which is why there's books missing, she knows."
NamJoon cursed under his breath, now seeing the empty shelves. One's that used to be full of books.
If there were ANY books about the Phoenix or why Hoseok may be acting the way he was, they sure as hell couldn't get them now.
Fuck.

"You want to what?" Fera inquired, almost spitting out her noodles at SeokJin.
NamJoon and Jimin had just told Jin about what happened with the library and how Yang took any books that would give them any answers about the phoenix, or answers in general.
So, Jin went to Fera, having a small idea.
SeokJin sighed, playing with his hands,"I, um, I want to talk to your mother. You said she knew about the phoenix thing, and I really, really, want to know what's going on with Hoseok. Do you think we could go to Tejomaya to talk to her and your father?"
Fera opened her mouth to speak, she blinked a few times as she processed Jin's suggestion. Fera had been eating in the room inside of the training room, and Jin had found her to talk.
After some torturous moments of silence Fera finally sighed, "Yes, we can. I understand your worry and I also want to know more about it, because Hoseok's experiences are getting worse than mine, so is his behavior."
Hoseok has been lashing out much easier than before, he couldn't control his emotions anymore, and when he tried it'd just be painful for him and result in him turning into a sobbing mess.
They had to do what they all wanted to avoid.
They had to keep him and Yoongi apart.
None of them wanted it, but they had too, because they couldn't risk Hoseok hurting Yoongi.
Though, before they were kept apart, Hoseok had told Yoongi about the nightmares and dreams that involved a white dragon with icy-white eyes and blue scales. In the dreams, he saw the phoenix with this dragon, though in his nightmares, he saw these two creatures fighting because one was out of hand, resulting in one of them dead.
They both scared him nonetheless.
The others also know about it, since Hoseok told them too.
Communication between the group had gotten better, since right now, they needed each other.
SeokJin hugged Fera, a smile on his face, "Thank you! Thank you! When do we leave?" he inquired, making a mental note to tell the others.
"Tomorrow, I'll tell Yang i'm leaving to see family and make an excuse for bringing you along. Make sure you tell the others, we should be back in two days time." she replied, sighing once more as she thought about seeing her mother and father.
They were both good people, they could just be much at times.
SeokJin stood, the smile still on his face, "Thank you again, Fera Noona, it means a lot."
Fera nodded, shooing him away, "Go! Tell the others, I want to finish eating, Jinnie." she said the last part with a small laugh.
Jin nodded, scurrying off to tell the others.

Anways, he becomes a bigger character later in the story.
