Okay, before we start. I have some good ass memes.
Like, I dunno, but I was cackling-

{ It's empty... That's good. Otherwise, it'd be too easy to find. }
I continued searching around, until Emma pulled out another board.
"Found something!"
She piped up.
"What is it?"
Lucas and I both asked, looking over.
"Oh! I know! The top of the pen!"
she said, taking out the one on our pen.
"But why would this be here?"
she muttered.
"Let's switch it out. This is probably a..."
Lucas trailed off as Emma did.
A screen popped up.
"This..."
I muttered in awe
{ A memory chip. }
"So this one is about the paths to cross over,"
I said, looking at it all.
"This one is about how to get in touch with the supporters. And this is the blueprint to Goldy Pond. And this is..."
I trailed off.
"Where should we start?"
I asked, looking at all the things.
This was everything we needed.
"I get it now. That's what they meant by the Seven Walls,"
Emma said, I turned to what she was looking at.
"There's one more file. Project Lambda 7214? I'm opening it,"
Emma said, pressing on the file.
I read it.
" "The project to build in the far west...A new... experimental farm"?"
I muttered.
"Is that all there is?"
Emma asked with confusion.
"Looks like it,"
Lucas and I said in unison, once more.
"But... Emma, Y/n, this information is great. If we have this... we can all run away! We can leave this place and really go to the human world,"
he smiled, I smiled back hopefully.
"Hey, Lucas. The Human Community Oliver mentioned is a lie, right?"
I asked, touching my amulet.
He was silent.
"You lied to them?"
I asked softly.
"Yeah. But that's... I didn't want to trick them... but I've also seen children who learned the truth and turned the weapons on themselves.
I was scared. I didn't want them to die. I just wanted to give them hope and to survive.
I don't have to lie anymore. It can really happen. I can really take them... to a world without man-eaters!"
He smiled happily.
"Thank you Y/n and Emma. It's all thanks to you two. You two arrived with the pen."
he said.
{ Compliment? }
"Oh, no no. We can't take the credit. It's because you two worked so hard for years. And because Mr. Minerva risked everything... to hide so many things for us,"
I said sheepishly.
"No, I still have to thank you. I'm really glad I met you both.
Let's get the future we want. We'll destroy the hunting ground. Get out of here... And head to the human world!"
~
Emma and I both let out a sigh.
"What's up?"
Violet asked us.
"We're just relieved,"
I chuckled.
"That you guys didn't' get angry when we revealed there's no human community,"
Emma finished with a sheepish smile.
"Of course not. We're happier that there is a human world without monsters instead of just a human community,"
Violet said.
So easy going... but at least they didn't react like... yeah.
"I was a bit frustrated... about the lie,"
Pepe said.
"Me too,"
Nigel added in.
"But in the end... We believe Lucas."
Paula said.
{ I want to escape with the family we left behind. And our new friends from the hunting ground. But that... choice won't... The Seven Walls. The future I want...
I need to speak with Ray... about this new information, and other things. }
"The time has come. Let's go ahead with the plan. We'll end everything during the next hunt,"
Oliver said.
I turned to him, snapping out of my thoughts.
"Four children got killed yesterday. If they follow the usual cycle, the next hunt will be in two or three days. We'll prepare what we need by then,"
Lucas said.
"I adjusted the strategy to include Emma and Y/n. So let's get together and go over it,"
Sonya said.
"Violet, don't we need to invite him?"
Emma asked, tapping my shoulder, talking about Adam, who wandered to the back.
"Oh, Adam? There's no need. He's keeping watch, and it doesn't seem like he understands words much. I'll explain it to him simply later,"
Violet said.
"He doesn't understand words?"
Emma asked.
"Well, he rarely talks. And we don't know where he came from. When he does talk, it's to himself, and he just repeats the same number over and over."
Violet cleared up.
"A number?"
I asked with curiosity.
"Maybe he's good with numbers. I forgot what he repeats..."
Violet said.
