Dean: You wake up to him poking your side or him jumping on you.
Sam: He'll kiss your face or tickle you till you wake up
Castiel: You normally wake up to him scaring the crap out of you but other times you wake up to him trying to make breakfast
Crowley: You'll wake up to screams and Crowley yelling then him coming up and kissing you then going back to torturing
