Ethan was in love.
Being in love was a rather peculiar feeling, not at all what he had been expecting. But that was possibly due to the fact that this love had snuck up behind him and gently caressed his shoulder. By the time he had turned to acknowledge the presence lurking in his shadow it was too late, for he was already flying backwards; tackled by love.
The love he was experiencing was similar to holding a warm cup of black coffee on a brutal winter's day, and it was similar to the magical fuckery of blankets.
Yet it also, in a funny way, hurt. If he let himself think of his love for too long, tears sprang to his eyes.
