It was Monday, and I was looking forward to going to school. Everything is finally getting better.
I walked out of the bathroom fully clothed. I was wearing Archers hoodie because it was really comfortable along with some black jeans and some shoes my dad gifted me for my birthday last year.
I walked down the stairs with my school bag hanging from one of my shoulders, my dad was in the kitchen making himself some coffee.
"Morning" I smile and sit on the island counter.
"Morning...get off the counter please" my dad gives me a pointed look.
"Sorry" I say while grabbing and apple from the fruit basket and hopping off the counter.
"I'm heading to work, don't forget to lock the door when leaving" my dad says while kissing my forehead.
"Actually, I'm coming with you as well. I want to be in school early" I smile again.
"Oh...why are you so happy early in the morning? you're never so chirpy in the morning" my dad looks at me near the front door. His hand just resting on the door knob.
"I don't know" I shrug walking up to my dad waiting for him to open the door since his hand was just resting on it.
"And when did you get this hoodie?" My dad inquires letting go of the door knob to look at me.
"I got it a few days back"
"It's not yours is it?" my dad looks at me with a knowing look
"No...it's not" I sigh. I then open the door to the house and walk out.
"Bye dad, see you later" I smile and wave walking to my car.
I saw my dad laugh and shake his head walking out of the house as well, and locking it shut.
I back out of the driveway and drive myself to school. Looking forward to the day.
15 minutes later I reach school, I park my car is an empty spot and get out of the car.
I still had about 20 minutes before classes start.
I open the door of the school and walk in. The first person I lay my eyes on is Archer. He was talking to Owen, Brie and Cam.
"Hey guys" I smile and walk up to them.
"Hey" they all say.
Archer wraps his arm around my shoulder and kisses the side of my forehead.
"I literally am waiting here for this guy to come out of the stupid reception" Brie shakes her head.
"Which guy?" I ask, moving a bit closer to Archer just because I liked being near him
Call me weird. I don't care. Plus, my dad said the bond just grows from here...
"There's this new guy that joined school. And Brie can't take her eyes off him. But I'm not going to lie. He is really hot" Cam smirks.
Owen then rolls his eyes at Cams comment.
I've also started to realise that Cam has started to get...rather close with Owen. I'm going to have to ask her about it.
Honestly not going to lie. They would look cute together.
"Oh! Oh! There he comes" Brie smiles and stands straight.
I turn to see the door of the reception open, and out walks a pretty good looking dude—although in my eyes he wasn't as good looking as Archer but he definitely was good looking—he looks around the corridor and before his eyes land on us. He start to walk towards. Almost like he wanted to ask a question to all of us. But right before he could reach us Vera walks up and practically solves her boobs in his face. He looks down at her in shock and disgust before walking past her and continuing to walk up to us.
"Hey guys, quick question" he says before looking back to Vera. I did notice that he had almost had a very deep french accent.
"Yeah?" Brie smiles bright.
"Does anyone know where the French class is? I'm kind of lost. I would have asked the girl back there but...I don't want to take any chances with her" he smiles.
"Brie? Don't you have French right now?" I question her
"Yeah, I'll just take you there" Brie looks at him again.
"Thank you. And I didn't quite get your names" he says.
"I'm Brie" she smiles.
"Cam"
"Owen"
"I'm Xena" I smile
"Archer" Archer greets, since I was really near him I could here his body kind of vibrate when he talks.
"It's nice to meet you all, I'm Felix" he smiles.
"Let's go, I'll take you to class" Brie smiles.
Felix smiles before they both walk away to French class.
I look at Cam and she looks at me as well with a knowing look. We know by now that it's a fact that if Brie finds him attractive and that would just lead her to liking him.
"She's definitely going to start liking him" Cam nods her head.
I mean...She still has around 2 months left till she meets he soulmate. But if she meets him before that even, it'll be better.
Cam had 3 months left.
"Well...Cam and I and heading to Calculus" Owen says before grabbing Cams hand and pulling her down the hallway.
I didn't miss the blush that creeped up on her face.
She definitely likes him.
"And then there was two" Archer says from behind me before giving me a hug from behind. He pulls away, his hands still resting on my waist, and his head resting on my shoulder.
"You know I'm not supposed to tell you this but I'll tell you anyways cause I can never keep my mouth shut, but...Owen might have feelings for Cam. He hasn't told me but that's my theory because he can never shut up about her" Archer laughs.
"I think Cam has feelings for Owen too, they've started hanging out more and you should have seen the way she blushed" I laugh.
"Let's head to History, yeah?" Archer says.
I nod my head and Archer and I both walk down the hallway to our history class.
Seriously though, why do we need to learn about the past? It's not like we'll need it in the future.
