The Going Merry and her crew was dropped off at an altar in the middle of nowhere by the lobster that had dragged them away "Does anybody know where we are?"Chopper asked "One thing's for certain we're somewhere in the middle of upper yard"Nami said "This seems to be some sort of altar for sacrifices"Robin said "Altar? Wait sacrifices?!"Nami asked, Nicole made no comment looking around at the forest around them, she could sense it was full of creatures.
"Nami what's a sacrifice?"Chopper asked "You know like an offering to the gods"Nami said "Oh is that all? I thought it meant being boiled alive in a big stew or something"Chopper said "Actually that's about right but regardless of the method the thing being offered is generally someone's life"Robin said.
"Are you trying to tell me we're all gonna die here?!"Chopper asked and fell off the railing from freaking out and rolled down the stairs "Chopper!"Nami called "Damn it!"Zoro said going after him, Robin caught the reindeer with her powers at the bottom of the stairs when a couple of sky sharks jumped out, Zoro clashed with one while Nicole took care of the other.

"What happened to him?"Chopper asked watching the cloud sea, there was no sign of Zoro or the sky sharks while Nicole was using the skates she swiped to glide on the surface, Nicole was just as worried even though she could still sense Zoro was alive at least, then the sky sharks jumped out one had Zoro in their mouth while the other came up below Nicole.
Nicole dodged it however and cut down the shark just as Zoro punched the other one knocking it out, she skated over to the stairs just as Zoro started walking up them, Nicole kicked off the skates tossing them away, these were too big for her but she was at least glad to try them out, anyway she scurried up the steps catching up to Zoro, he gave her a quick smile as he caught his breath.
"I can tell you one thing we are not gonna make it across by swimming"Zoro said "What kind of swordsman punches a shark instead of using his blade?"Nami asked "The kind that can't manoeuvre as well underwater"Nicole said "Shut up, i'll get there sooner or later!"Zoro yelled at her taking off his shirt.
Then more sky sharks showed up "There's an entire school of them what are we gonna do?!" Chopper asked freaking out "I'm not sure but if those two first ones are any indication we're not gonna have much luck fighting them off"Zoro said "Yeah besides even if we could there's way too many"Nicole said "We've got to do something, we can't stay here forever"Robin said.
"Pfft leaving us here was that lobsters idea of a joke? It's not very funny"Zoro said ringing out his shirt "Perhaps this is the heavens judgment we've been hearing so much about"Robin said "Except you'd think this god would try something flashier you know?"Zoro said as Nami tossed him a shirt "Eh couldn't say never met the guy"Robin said "Well whatever his deal is we can't just stand around here"Nicole said.
"Yeah, i'm not sure what the solution is, we definitely can't set sail with the hull looking like this" Zoro said looking at the broken down side of the ship "Hey Chopper try to figure out a way to fix the ship"he said turning to the reindeer "Uh me? Oh okay"Chopper said nervously "Why should he fix it? Are you going somewhere?"Nami asked.
"I'm gonna find a way into the forest, we should probably make this our base of operations, you guys can keep a look out i'm sure Luffy and the others are headed this way"Zoro said "No doubt, Sanji would probably cross the whole world just to make sure his Nami swan is safe"Nicole said with a bit of a smirk as she noticed Nami blush, Zoro chuckled a bit.
"Like they say if you get lost you should stay where you are right?"Zoro asked, Nicole snorted a bit "Says the guy who gets lost all the time"she said, Zoro gave her a bit of a glare "Zoro if you wanna go into the forest i guess that's okay with me but you haven't really told us what for?" Chopper asked "There's supposed to be some sort of god on this island i wanna meet him"Zoro said.
"Wait that's a terrible idea i mean what are you gonna do when you actually find him?"Nami asked "I dunno depends on if he behaves himself"Zoro said with a smirk "Zoro you're the bravest person i know"Chopper said "What about his priest you're gonna beat them up too? Hello the last thing we need is you pissing off a god it's kinda not smart"Nami said "By the time i'm done with him, this god's gonna bow before me"Zoro smirked.
Until Nicole smacked his head "OW!! What the hell Nicole?!"Zoro asked turning to her "You're seriously delusional if you think you can beat god when you can't even beat me, you'll probably get lost on the way"she said "Why you!"Zoro growled before Nicole smirked holding up her hand "And that's why i'm going with"she said, Zoro chuckled a bit and smirked clasping her hand "As if i'd ever leave you behind partner"he said making her blush.

After that Zoro and Nicole looked around for a bit to cross over to the jungle "That vine looks pretty sturdy"Zoro said spotting a vine up a tree, Nicole walked over and had a look too "Yup seems perfect"she said "Excellent idea mind if i tag along swordsmen, miss Hawkeye?"Robin asked.
"Sure as long as you promise not to slow me down"Zoro said "I don't mind"Nicole shrugged "Wait a minute where to do you think you're going?!"Nami asked Robin "Look at this"the archaeologist said turning to the tablet on the altar "At least a thousand years have passed since this altar was build"she said.
"A thousand years?!"Nami and Chopper asked "The sense of history here is amazing it gives me chills you feel it? An ancient place like this is sure to be filled with all kinds of old relics imagine all the valuables we could discover just think the possibilities are endless"Robin said, Nami got intrigued by the word valuable even though Robin meant it in the sense of valuable knowledge.
"In that case i'll join you"Nami said "Nami i thought you were too scared?!"Chopper asked "It's for history"Nami said with beri signs eyes, Robin used her powers to grab the vine and swing it down, Zoro caught it and cleared his throat before swinging across with a yell, Nicole sweatdropped at him as the vine came back to her, she grabbed it and swung across, she landed next to Zoro and wobbled a bit "You okay?"Zoro asked helping her steady herself "Ugh i hate swings"she muttered.
Robin swung across next totally flawlessly, Nami swung across last freaking out the whole way and how she was gonna crash but Robin caught her, "Okay Chopper you're in charge of the ship!"Zoro called back over to the reindeer "We're counting on you!"Robin called over as well "We'll be back soon!"Nami called waving back "Try fix the ship while we're gone!"Nicole called over too.
"Bye everyone be careful! Don't take too long okay?!"Chopper yelled back and watched the group leave into the giant forest leaving him all alone to defend the Going Merry.

"Enough is enough where is this god?"Zoro asked looking around after the group had traveled for a while "It may not matter if he really is god chances are he knows exactly where we are" Robin said "Well if he would just come to us i could get this thing over with"Zoro said "You say that cause you haven't seen the things i have there is someone or something on this island with the ability to destroy us"Nami said.
"Well what exactly was it that you saw?"Nicole asked "Well there was this flash of light that tore a chunk off the island"Nami said "Uh huh, yeah totally believable"Nicole said not believing it at all, Nami ignored her falling on her knees as she prayed "Oh powerful one we're but simple sailors please leave us in piece and also please help us find lots and lost of treasure"she said.
"Nice prayer Nami"Zoro said as Nicole was sweatdropping at the navigator "Look you can sit around on your knees all day but that's not gonna get us out of here, i say we cross the river and see what's on the other side"Zoro said "Yes i agree"Robin said and Nicole just nodded in agreement.
"And how do you plan to get across this time? I don't see any vines handy hey Zoro maybe you can throw Robin across and she"Nami was cut off as the ground under her started to crumble but Nicole pulled her back on safe land before she could get eaten by a sky shark which Zoro kicked away "Those things are everywhere"Zoro said.
"If you think i'm crossing that now you're out of your mind, we might just hop in and give the sharks a free snack"Nami said "Calm down it'll be fine we just keep walking up stream and hope we find a safe place to cross over"Zoro said "Give up i'm not going! If you wanna go so badly just leave me here"Nami said with tears in her eyes.
"I just might if you're so scared why'd you even come in the first place?"Zoro asked and the two got in a growling match, Nicole sweatdropped at them "Hey guy look at this"Robin said picking up some dirt "Look at what exactly?"Nami asked "It's dirt"Robin said "Yeah am i missing something?"Nami asked "Yeah you're missing the fact this is supposed to be a sky island"Nicole said.
"You're right the grounds not fluffy"Zoro said taping his heel "Huh? Right i almost forgot i noticed that the first time i saw this island sky islands are made of clouds it feels like it's been a year since i touched dirt"Nami said picking up some dirt "So why is this island different from the others?"Nami asked.
"Not sure but it might be the fact this place is different is what makes it different, at any rate it's reason enough to start exploring"Robin said and the group started exploring "I don't know about you but i can only think of one way this place is here in the first place"Nicole said as they walked "What do you mean?"Nami asked "Think about it, the same we got here"Nicole said.
"The knock up stream? Are you sure?"Nami asked "Well no but it's the only logical thing i can think off, although the force of the stream had to be absolutely enormous to send an island into the sky"Nicole said "Yes but the question remains, what island"Robin said "That's anyone's guess"Zoro shrugged.

"Hey uh did something just move over there?"Nami asked as the group came to another stop "It was probably nothing to worry about"Nicole said "Oh and did you see anything Robin?"Nami asked "Nope sorry can't say i did"Robin said.
"You sure it wasn't a monkey or something?"Zoro asked "A monkey? Yeah i guess"Nami said "So what do you think maybe we should check out the other shore "Forget it i told you i'm not getting attacked by those sharks again"Nami said "Ugh here we go again"Zoro grumbled.

The group heard a distant sound "Hey you hear that what do you think that was?"Nami asked "Quiet don't move"Zoro said as he and Nicole drew a sword looking around, then a gator like thing popped out of the river above them going straight towards Nami "I've had enough!"Zoro yelled punching the thing as Nicole sliced it while Robin closed its mouth with her powers.
The sky gator crashed into the river "What a day huh?"Robin asked "Try to be more careful"Zoro told Nami "Yeah uh sure thanks"Nami said the group continued their way following a cobblestone path Robin had discovered.
