As the Strawhats were trying to make their escape the marines surrounded them and started firing iron spears at them "Damn it shoot cannonballs i can't deflect pointy things!"Luffy said as the spears pierced their ship "Seriously! Give me a brake"Mr.2 said as he was still on board "If we take any more iron spears to the bottom of the sink it'll be just a matter of time before we sink"Sanji said as more iron spears were fired at them.
"Hey! I can't keep plugging these hole's you guys!"Chopper yelled from below trying to repair each new hole "Don't just stand there do something!"Nami yelled at the others "What more can we do? It takes all our effort to protect one side"Sanji said, Nicole once again had to restrain herself from not just dealing with them all, she hadn't used Haki yet and she'll be damned if the record brakes now.
"One ship vs eight isn't a fair fight"Sanji said "If this was hand to hand combat we'd have a better chance we're stuck, whether we chase them or runaway they won't change their formation"Zoro said "We're not dealing with an average marine here, whoever is in command they're good"Nicole said.
Anyway Usopp managed to sink two ships with one shot "That was amazing nosy, the ships in the south have sunk now nothing prevents us from braking through"Mr.2 said "Bon Clay we've got trouble!"one of his crew yelled "What's wrong?"Mr.2 asked "Blockage"his crew said "No!"Mr.2 said shocked.
"What's going on?"Luffy asked walking over "Blockage Hina she's a marine captain we're in her jurisdiction, she's a real pain we need to hurry up and fly the coop"Mr.2 said "You guys need to wake up we have to run if we can pass through that point in the south we can escape but if we don't change course immediately they'll take us down for sure"Mr.2 said.
"If you wanna go, go, we can't go that way"Luffy said "And exactly why not?!"Mr.2 asked "Noon at the eastern harbor, we've got an appointment there's no time to go around, we'll go straight through"Nami said "What?! Ludicrous! Is there some treasure you're not telling me about that's worth throwing away your lives?! Fine run up and die"Mr.2 said.
"We have to go get one of our friends"Luffy said shocking Mr.2 "So it's for your pal that you risk it all?"the ballerina asked "Of course, any friend is worth risking your very life for"Nicole said "Running now would go against everything Bon Clay stands for, if we abonden allies who are risking it all to pick up a friend could we live with ourselves tomorrow?"Mr.2 asked his crew.
"Listen guys, Strawhats too, what i must say is of great importance"Mr.2 went on a whole speech about friendship and stuff and his plan and stuff, anyway Mr.2 and his crew tricked Hina into chasing after them while the Strawhats escaped.

After the Strawhats fought off some marines they arrived at the stop where they were supposed to meet Vivi but there was no sign of her "Vivi"Chopper said "Forget about it, you heard the speech that was Vivi's voice without a doubt"Zoro said "They're just broadcasting the ceremony that's being held in Alubarna, Vivi's already made up her mind not to come here"Sanji said.
"No i don't buy it i say she's here, this is the place right?"Luffy asked "Yeah, that's it"Zoro said "Let's go it's past noon"Sanji said "There's no way she wouldn't have come she's definitely here, let's get out and look for her"Luffy said "Just drop it Luffy, she made her choice"Nicole told him "This is bad guys the marines are after us again"Usopp said "Exactly how many ships are out there?"Zoro asked.
"I see at least six"Usopp said "Damn it let's move"Zoro said "Give it up Luffy, Vivi's course is one far different from ours"Sanji said as Luffy still hadn't given up and just as he was started turning away from looking at the shore a voice called "Everyone!"it was Vivi "Vivi!"Luffy called to her jumping on the railing on the back of the ship "Karoo!"Usopp said coming over.¨
Vivi and Karoo were waving to them "Vivi!"Nami said getting to the back of the ship "See she came"Luffy said "Vivi!"Sanji said with heart eyes "We need to go back better hurry!"Usopp said running off to steer the ship "The marines are right behind us too"Chopper said and waved over to Vivi.
"I came to say goodbye!"Vivi called to them "What she say?"Luffy asked "Sorry but i can't go with you, thank you so much for everything"Vivi said her voice echoing through the speakers spread out across Alabasta "I'd like to go on more adventures but i can't ignore the needs of my country, which i love more then anything, even more then that stubborn fool Koza"Vivi paused to giggle, yes as she thought about what she should do she also thought about how she felt and remembered what Nicole said from what seemed like so long ago.
Meanwhile in Yuba, Koza was in a stun his whole face red. (yes i'm one of those shippers sue me)
"I have to stay, i hope you understand, thank you"Vivi said and started crying "I will remain here and fulfil my duty, if we meet again no matter how much time has passed will you still call me friend?!"Vivi asked still crying "You'll forever be!"Luffy was cut off by Nami as she covered his mouth "Idiot!"she said "Don't reply got it? The marines now know about Vivi and us if they can prove she has a connection to us it's all over, she'll be considered a criminal, turn away, not another word"Nami said.
As the Strawhats continued sailing away they all lifted their arms showing the mark on their arms which was a sign of their friendship.

The marines continued to chase the Strawhats "Whoa those marines are fast"Luffy said "Or rather we're beginning to slow down"Sanji said "We're not gonna make it much further like this water's flooding in from the holes"Nami said as Usopp and Nicole were trying to keep up with repairs below deck "Here they come"Zoro said "We gotta fight"Sanji said "Let's go!"Luffy said before the three of them tripped on some iron spears "What's this?!"they asked.
"Oh that Usopp said to hold on to them in case we needed them for something, who knows" Nami said "Come on"Zoro said "They're in our way!"Sanji said "I'll get rid of them"Luffy said and threw the iron spears at the marines giving the Going Merry a chance to finally shake off the pesky marines.
"Looks like the marines have stopped following us"Zoro said however the others weren't in a good mood still moping about having to leave Vivi behind, Nicole rolled her eyes a bit at them, she had a hunch Vivi probably wouldn't join them to begin with "Stop it, what's with the pathetic groans?"Zoro asked "I miss her!"the others cried.
Nicole sweatdropped at them "That's enough whining, if you wanted her to join that bad then you shouldn't have let her leave"Zoro said, the others insulted him except Luffy who really didn't know how to insult, Nicole sighed "Come on, i miss her too but you gotta keep your chin up"she said, the others just continued to cry, she sighed turning away as did Zoro.
Behind them the door to the cabin opened "Looks like we finally escaped the firing squad"a voice said "Yeah"Zoro said "Excellent work"Nico Robin said as she appeared from the shadow of the cabin, immediately Zoro went on guard "Here to avenge your friends? Just try it!"Zoro said while the others were freaking out.
"Who's she?"Chopper asked "I don't know but she's so damn beautiful"Sanji said, Robin used her powers disarming Zoro and Nami "Didn't i tell you before don't point such dangerous objects at me, are you always so slow?"she asked "How long have you been on our ship?"Nami asked "Quite a while, these are your clothes right? I'm borrowing them"Robin said "Sure, make yourself at home why don't ya?"Nicole asked sarcastically but that's exactly what Robin was doing grabbing a folding chair.
"Monkey D. Luffy it hasn't been so long that you forgot what you did to me has it?"Robin asked, Sanji got angry at Luffy with that shaking him around "Wait a minute stop lying you know i didn't do anything to you"Luffy said looking over to Robin as she set up the folding chair.
"Wrong and what you did to me was unbearable go ahead admit it"Robin said "You're not making any sense what do you want me to do?"Luffy asked "I want to join you"Robin said "What?!"the others except Zoro and Nicole asked.

"I wanted nothing more then to die at that very moment but you forced me to live that's your crime, there's no place for me to go or to return to so i decided that i'll join you"Robin said "I see your problem guess there's no other choice welcome"Luffy said "Luffy!"the others growled at him except Sanji who was elated to have another lady to spoil on board.
"There's nothing to worry about trust me she isn't a bad person"Luffy said with a grin, the others were still uneasy however, again except for Sanji, after that things settled down a bit as Robin entertained Luffy and Chopper with her powers while Usopp questioned her only for her to scare him, Nami was easily bribed with some jewelry and even Zoro was taken off guard by Robin's charm, Nicole watched her like a hawk the whole time.
"If you keep staring at me like that the others might get the wrong idea"Robin said approaching her not much later after easing the others to her presence "I don't care about that and i certainly don't care for the way you smiled at Zoro"she growled a bit before looking away with a blush as she realized what she let slip "Jealous?"Robin asked leaning on her arm.
Nicole huffed turning to focus on her one remaining sword, she didn't get a second one in Alabasta because as she said she never needed a second one to be strong, she needed a second one she could rely on if the first broke, see some swords just couldn't handle her strength "I can see why you would be, he is quite fetching, however you needn't worry, my heart has belonged to one man since long ago"Robin said.
Nicole looked back at her and saw the wistful look in her eyes as she watched the sea "The others might be taken in by you're charm but i'm not that easy, you'll have to earn my trust" Nicole said "I take that means you're at least willing to give me a chance?"Robin asked "You're my crew mate whether i like it or not right now doesn't matter, so yes"Nicole said and focused on maintaining her sword.
