(Chae pov)

She was pulling hard against the Thai. Trying her best to get it through, but she just couldn't. There was no way they were going to get to school on time if they kept this up.

"Lisa, I don't know what to tell you other than the fact they just aren't brushing through." She sighed, dropping the brush and putting her hands on her hips. "You'll just have to suck it up and go to school with your natural curls."

"But Chae!" Lisa whined. Looking to her reflection in the mirror in front of them. The Thai's body low in the chair compared to her standing one behind her. "I never go to school with my curly hair."

"And why don't you? It's not like your hair is super curly? It's reasonably, but not too much. You look cute."

"And how would you know? Huh?" Lisa stood. Placing her hands on her hips and mimicking her stature. "You never see it."

"Of course I do." She scoffed. "There's been plenty of mornings where we rush and you don't have time to straighten it. Stop acting like it's such a big deal."

"But it's a big deal to me." Lisa pouted. Letting her hands fall down.

She sighed and put hers on Lisa's shoulders. "You're beautiful okay? I like your curly hair, it's cute. Now can we please go down and eat some breakfast before Jensoo gets here?"

"Okay... okay." Lisa carefully nodded her curly head. "Let's go have some food, since it's obviously what's a big deal to you."

She smacked Lisa's arm and smiled as The Thai wrapped the arm around her. "I'm sorry. You're right, my hair's not a big deal."

"It's okay baby, I get you don't like your curls. But, you do look really cute. Your curls make you seem older."

"They do?" Lisa questioned with bright eyes.

"Mhm, they do."

Chaeyoung could tell Lisa's idea on her natural hair had shifted after that comment. And she was delighted by that.

Lisa was a quick type to get ready. She didn't need much makeup or really wanted it to begin with. And her outfits were always quick to put together.

It was her hair that took up some time.

Lisa would have to brush through her curls before straightening it, unless she wanted to straighten knots.

But Lis was still always so quick about it, and she admired her for that. But of course, with today being their first day back to school, Lisa had showered this morning.

And her hair really wasn't cooperating from it.

So now, they were eating a quick breakfast downstairs. Her long blonde hair paired with Lisa's long blonde curls with bangs, making them the perfect Blondies to attack Senior year.

Hopefully...

Because even with Lisa's attempts at making her feel more at ease these last couple of days, she still felt like Senior year would be more focused on attacking her instead.

Not the other way around.

The sound of a message tone brought her up from her cereal. Lisa reading it over and sighing. "That's Jennie, she says they're around the corner."

She nodded her head and finished off the last of her breakfast before lifting their bowls and putting them in the sink.

Two arms soon snaked around her waist and she smiled at the warm breath against her neck. "You ready?" Lisa spoke, before kissing her skin.

"Mhm. As ready as I can be... I guess."

"You're still nervous aren't you?"

"Of course I am." She replied softly. Turning around in Lisa's arms and putting hers around her neck. "I don't want this year to turn out like my others."

"But look at how you ended your last one." Lisa smiled warmly. "You finished all your work, totally aced your exam, and you got the hottest girl in school." Lis winked.

"Shut up." She shook her head. "And here I thought you were trying to make me feel better."

"What? I am! I'm totally not lying about anything."

Chaeyoung chuckled and leaned forward. Taking Lisa's lips in a prolonged kiss. "I hate you."

"You love me." Lisa grinned.

"No I don't." She replied. Removing herself from Lisa's grasp and heading upstairs to grab their bags.

"Yes you do!" Lisa retorted. "That kiss made sure of it!"

Roseanne rolled her eyes at Lisa's remark, yet smiled at the whole scenario as it played out over again in her head.

Entering their bedroom and lifting up their bags. Putting her own over her shoulder, holding Lisa's in her arms and catching the mirror on the wall as she turned to walk out.

It was like, the sudden sight of her with her bag brought her back to the unfathomable reality that, she was going back to school soon.

School, another place she had dreaded. Just like hospitals.

Now school wasn't as bad as hospitals, not in her eyes anyways. But, it was still a place where she felt misunderstood, talked about, and shunned.

Where a lot of her flaws and past choices were knick picked out of her by students who didn't even want to attempt to figure her out.

Only people like Lisa, or who knew Lisa, were willing to give her a chance or stand by her side in defense.

At least she had them.

"Chae? They're here..." Lisa called upstairs. "You alright?"

"Yeah!" She came back to and gave herself one final look before walking timidly down to the door. "Sorry."

"It's okay." Lisa replied. "Come on baby, let's go."

Lisa opened the door for her and escorted her out. Thanking her for bringing her bag too when Jennie and Jisoo began calling out to them.

"Bitches! We've missed you guys!" Jennie yelled.

"Too long Limario. Too long." Jisoo shook her head as they got into her car. "Hi Chae."

She chuckled and spoke her 'hey's' to the girls, where Jennie corrected her name as 'Wifey', to Lisa's displeasure.

"Anyways." Lis rolled her eyes. "You guys saw us at my party. That wasn't that long ago right?"

"Still too long." Jisoo retorted.

"Jichu's right. We barely hung out this 'summer' break." Jennie pouted to them as they sat snuggled in the backseat.

"And we're sorry for that guys. Really." Lisa spoke. "It's just, I was so happy to be spending it with Chae and... and we did miss you. Time just, got away from us. That's all."

"Hey Lis, chill. It's okay, we're not actually mad."

"Really?"

"Of course not." Jennie smiled.

"Yeah Lis, we're glad you guys got to enjoy your break together. Jendeuk and I did too." Jisoo commented.

"What did you guys do for yours?" She questioned quietly.

"We went on dates with our dogs. Stayed up late watching shows. Or, just tried our luck at being a domestic couple you know? Best friends, dating, and waking up together."

She smiled at the way Jisoo and Jennie shared glances and rested her head deeper on Lisa's shoulder.

Domestic life...

Chaeyoung had never truly thought about her future in terms of having her own family. But she couldn't wait to wake up next to Lisa everyday in a home of their own.

Filled with things they picked out and purchased. And maybe even filled with, well... kids.

If her body wasn't too broken.

"So, did you guys learn what your exam scores were? Jennie and I got ours and let's just say, we're not going to say them." Jisoo chuckled as she drove them down the road towards their school.

She looked over to Lisa who was watching Jisoo's reflection in the mirror. "Um... well, no."

"No?" Jen questioned.

"Yeah..." Lisa continued. "I could have known mine, but Rosie's were never mailed to us by the administrator. I have mine in my bag, I'll read over the results when Chae is told hers."

"Told hers? By who?" Jisoo looked to her in the mirror and she just smiled shyly.

"By Principle Jeon." Lisa sighed. "He wanted Roseanne to be told in person."

"What a bitch." Jennie huffed. "That's an asshole move, making Chaeyoung wait. It's literally the first day of school."

"That was his point." Lisa clenched a fist. "I think?"

"What do you mean Lis?" Jisoo asked as she pulled into the parking lot. Roseanne feeling any kind of confidence she had immediately dissipate.

"Well, we have to go collect our schedules right? And we have a couple days to make changes to them before classes actually start. But, if the first day of school is already upon us, then whatever grade Rosie's placed in will be set in stone. She can only swap classes around."

"At least, that's Chaeyoung and I's theory." Lisa finished. Her girlfriend glancing to her and noticing her worry. "But don't worry baby, I know you're a Senior."

"Okay..." She whispered in response. Still having the gnawing feeling of discomfort in the unknowing.

Jisoo put the car in park and turned around to face them. "Well, let's head to the office then. And if that prick failed Rosie, I'll drop kick him."

"Me too!" Jennie agreed.

She shook her head at the gesture. "Thanks guys... but I don't think he's the one who graded my test. Our tests. The administration does."

"Like we care." Jisoo rolled her eyes. "I'll drop kick all of them too."

Lisa intertwined their fingers and brought her hand up to her face. Holding the back of her hand against her cheek. "Even if worst comes to worst, you're still mine. And I'll be here for you okay?"

Chaeyoung watched as Lisa kissed her hand and brought it down to her lap where she rubbed it across the base with her thumb.

She closed her eyes and nodded. Smiling at Lisa's words.

The random sincere and loving times like these were the times that she truly felt head over heels in love with Lisa.

The dumb and childish girl vanishes, just to be replaced with a selfless, caring, and devoted girlfriend.

She was her everything.

Even the childish and stupid Lisa. As much as she hated to admit that.

When she opened her eyes, she looked forward and released a snort seeing Jennie's and Jisoo's contrasting faces.

Jisoo looked in love with Lisa's short display of affection.

Whereas Jennie looked disgusted.

"Okay, now that... thats... over." Jennie chuckled, smiling at them towards the end. "Let's get going."

She sighed and opened her door. Lisa must have quickly rushed out behind her because soon, the Thai was in her face.

Helping her out of the car and taking her hand.

"I know you passed."

"I don't want to think about my scores Lis." She spoke quietly as they followed behind Jisoo and Jennie.

"I understand, but we are about to learn what it is. Do you think you passed?"

"I'm... not sure. When I took it, I felt okay. At parts."

"Well I believe in you."

She thanked Lisa and gave her a small smile before passing through the main entrance and stepping up to the office door.

"I will sue if we don't all have at least one class together." Jisoo spoke. "You know how boring this place is?"

"Yes, having all my girls with me would definitely make it a bit less." Jennie replied. Squeezing Jisoo's hand.

"Well, let's head in and see." Lisa smiled and went to push open the door in front of them.

Chaeyoung immediately felt like she was standing in a long hallway. So long you couldn't see the end of it. Her heart sinking down, deeper and deeper into worry.

Lis must have noticed this feeling by taking a glance at her, most likely scared demeanor, and wrapped both her arms around her.

Pulling her in for a hug Roseanne did not want to break from.

She stuffed her head into Lisa's neck as best she could with her glasses and stayed there. Silent.

Succumbing to her thoughts on how, if she didn't get to move up, she'd rather drop out of school than complete the previous year again.

"Rosie, it's okay." Lisa whispered while gliding her fingers through her hair gently. Chaeyoung feeling more relieved from the touch, but not enough to look up.

"You've got this alright? You're strong. The strongest of any of us." Lisa added. "Show me how brave you are. I know how much you can be. How about you show me?"

She didn't want to show her. She wanted to go home and lay with Momma Ami on the couch while Marco made them a snack.

She wanted nothing to do with this place no matter how well she was doing or how easy some answers would come to her.

Chaeyoung wanted to go.

She didn't want to think about how many students were probably passing by them minute by minute and staring her down. Wondering why she was so afraid to get her schedule that awaited her in the office.

"Roseanne Park." Lis whispered softly. "I know you're in there."

She felt some shifting by the Thai, then a poke on her head that made her smile. She finally lifted her head and Lisa cupped her cheek.

"You've got this. I know you do."

She just shook her head and went to look down. Lisa, raising her chin instead. "Don't be nervous, be confident. Confident in the fact that you are in your prime for this school year."

"Baby, you're so ready for this." Lisa held out her fist, a dopey smile on her face as she awaited her fist bump. "Come on Rosie, pound it."

She smiled lightly and bumped her fist to Lisa's. "You did mean your fist right?" She whispered. "I never know if you mean things like this, or you."

Lisa chuckled and grabbed her by her waist. Bringing her in close. "Of course I meant me silly." Lisa smirked. "But I'm still recovering so... guess my fist will have to do."

Chaeyoung gave a brief smile before looking back down. Lisa soon lifting her chin again and giving her a quick kiss. "I love you."

"I love you too." She replied softly.

"Let's go okay? There's nothing to worry about."

"Okay."

They turned around and Lisa guided her inside the office where several groups of students were either looking over their schedules or awaiting to receive them.

Chaeyoung watched as Jisoo and Jennie were both being handed theirs after waiting and the girls immediately began dissecting them.

She was about to walk over to them when Lisa gave her hand a small tug. Making her look to her, then to where Lisa was looking.

There, in the hallway, Principle Jeon was talking with an officer goer before noticing them and excusing himself.

"Hello girls." He spoke in a mellow tone. No smile to his face, but no sign of disappointment either.

"Hello Principle Jeon." Lisa replied carefully.

"Why don't the two of you step into my office? I will retrieve your schedules, just head on in." He pointed down the hall to his opened office door.

Lisa and her bowing before shifting past him and making their way down and into the room.

She could sense that even Lisa had became a bit nervous, but her girlfriend soon kissed her forehead and sat her down in one of the chairs.

"Be brave baby." Lisa spoke to her. "Remember, you've got this."

She nodded and smiled to Lisa as the girl sat down in the chair beside her and they waited for Principle Jeon to return.

Her mind was still racing by the time he arrived and shut the door. Walking past them to his seat behind the desk.

"So, how was your break? I'll assume you spent most of your time together?" He questioned.

"Yes, we did. And it was nice." Lisa smiled.

"I'm guessing you can't wait until the next one? Then again, this year is your last year."

"For the both of us?" Lisa asked. Sitting up in her seat.

Chaeyoung studied Principle Jeon's face as he looked down at the two papers in his hand. Before opening his desk drawer and pulling out, what she could only assume was her exam results.

"Lisa, did you happen to check your scores? I know you received them."

"No, I wanted to wait until Chae got hers."

"So you have them with you then?"

"Yes."

"Why don't you bring them out." Principle Jeon replied before looking to her. "And Park Chaeyoung..." he began, looking her dead in her eyes. "How are you?"

"Hm?" She hummed. Confused by his sudden question and not any type of statement in regards to her results, like she expected.

"How are you? Keeping well? Staying... clean?"

She just nodded her head before she noticed his displeasure by it. "Oh... sorry. Um, yes. I have been s-staying clean."

Chaeyoung gulped, always being one to feel so intimidated by others. Especially ones like Principle Jeon who always wanted her to reply in words.

"Mr. Choi had discussed some of the events that the both of you had undergone during the break with me. And, I'm sorry for those."

She looked over to Lisa, at her still busted lip and eyebrow. The bruises that had dotted her face finally fading.

Her own fading too.

"We're okay." Lisa replied while glancing her way as well.

"Well, that's good to hear then." He stated before returning his attention back to the papers in his hands. "So, Chaeyoung, in reference to your scores..."

She closed her eyes and took in a breath before opening them and resting her eyes back on his gaze.

That was suddenly a smile?

"... I was pleasantly surprised."

She looked over to Lisa then back to him. Surprise of her own on her face. "P-Pleasantly?"

"Yes, pleasantly. Your scores were... well, how about we hear Lisa's before yours hm?"

The sound of Lisa quickly ripping open her envelop captured her attention. Making her look to the Thai who was opening the paper and peeking at the contents inside.

"Well?" Principle Jeon spoke.

"I... uh. I scored fairly well in literature and history. My math could use some work but my science was also good. I am in the 75th percentile, so I'm doing pretty good right?" Lisa looked up from her paper and Principle Jeon nodded.

"Yes, your scores equal plenty past the needed mark to continue on. So you are indeed in your final year. And the 75th percentile is a good place to be, but you can still advance further. Our school may be weird in dates, but we strive for having highly educated students."

"75th percentile means you scored better than 75 percent of the students who took those exams with you." Principle Jeon continued. "You can improve, but overall, I'm happy with your accumulated percentage and you should be too."

"Thank you." Lisa bowed.

She smiled at Lisa who was smiling happily herself, before Principle Jeon cleared his throat. "Now, Miss Park."

Her eyes fell back onto him as he held out her envelope. "I'm able to pull up your scores, and when I peaked at yours, I was taken back."

She took the envelope into her hands and held it in her lap. Looking over the information on its front.

"I didn't want you to review this without me present. So please, take a look." Principle Jeon stated.

Her eye could catch Lisa in the corner, looking at her as her fingers broke the seal on the envelope and dove in to retrieve the paper.

Taking it out and filling her lungs with a deep breath before opening it up and letting her eyes scan the information presented.

And, slowly, she felt her eyes widening.

All the subjects she tested for, they were all fine? Good, actually. But her math... holy shit.

Lisa shifted beside her, probably straining to read her page. She just simply looked to the Thai then to Principle Jeon who was smiling softly.

"Well Chaeyoung? Why don't you tell Lisa what percentile you landed yourself in?"

"I... I..."

She turned to Lisa and swallowed. Her girlfriend already smiling with soft, warm eyes. "I knew it... you did it right?"

She smiled in reply to Lisa and found herself looking back down at the paper in disbelief.

"I... I'm in the 97th percentile?" She questioned. As if it wasn't real. Or a joke. Looking to Principle Jeon for an answer. "I'm... smart?"

Principle Jeon almost laughed at this, yet gave her a smile instead. "It appears so. I'll be honest and say that I personally did not expect such a high score from you."

"I... I didn't either." She replied lowly. "I thought I wasn't wasn't good at, well school... anymore."

"Well Chaeyoung, even with the extra time I gave you to complete the exams, your scores are... perfect." He admitted. "You've really helped change my point of view."

"Point of view?" Lisa questioned while reaching a hand out and placing it on her thigh. Giving her a congratulatory squeeze.

"Yes. As much as I don't like to admit it, I heavily doubted students who lacked motivation and attention. Ones who struggled but never seemed to want to apply the effort. I simply believed they were all born incapable of reaching the standards we desired."

"But..." He continued, looking to her. "You proved to me that even if you fall behind, lose focus... you're still very much capable of being a top student. And Chaeyoung, you are as of now, one of our highest scoring students."

"I'm glad, that you've been making healthier choices and are on the mend. I hope that you only get better and further exceed my expectations from here."

"Thank you." She dipped her head in a bow while remaining in her seat.

"Of course. Now, moving past your scores. You're both officially last years." Principle Jeon spoke whiling handing them their required class schedules.

"Now Chaeyoung, you do still have credits to make up so I will require an after school curricular activity or sport of any kind. Just select something and take part in it as well as the both of you choosing your usual electives."

"You'll have the next couple of days to make those changes. Classes start officially after. I'll be watching you both." He stood up and gestured them to the door. "Don't disappoint me now that I know what you can do." He added after Lisa and her got up and walked to where he waited.

"Of course." Lisa replied. "We won't disappoint."

"Good." He nodded. Letting them out of his office and closing it softly behind them once they'd left.

"Well? What did I say huh?!" Lisa laughed light heartedly while lacing their fingers and walking her towards the main office. "A 97 percentile... holy."

"Don't say it like that." She shook her head and leaned against Lis as they entered the space and noticed most the students were gone, especially Jensoo.

Lisa shrugged and simply walked her to the doors instead. "I'm sure they're at the lunch table reviewing schedules. Let's go see."

They walked towards the lunchroom hand in hand. Noticing there wasn't as many students as they had anticipated there to be in building.

Then again, it was only first of a couple open campus days before the real work began.

They assumed it was due to that fact. And it proved right, as even when they entered the cafeteria, there was a buffet in its center instead of the several court ladies behind counters.

Jensoo of course, we're seated at the table like Lisa had thought. And were talking to one other about their papers in hand.

"Hey guys." Lisa spoke warmly as they took up the seats across from them.

"There you guys are! We didn't know where you went." Jennie replied. "But we assumed it was about Chaeyoung's scores. Right?"

"Right." Lisa smiled while squeezing her hand. "And... someone passed..."

"We knew it!" Jisoo exclaimed. "Congrats Chae!" Both girls spoke in unison.

"Thanks Chu. Thanks Jen." She smiled shyly.

"Not to mention..." Lisa began.

Chaeyoung quickly removed her hand from the Thai's and squeezed her girlfriends leg instead. "You don't have to tell them." She whispered. "It's fine."

"But... I want to." The Thai pouted. "My girlfriend is a genius."

"Hm? Genius you say?" Jisoo raised a brow. "Is this about Chaeyoung being good at math? You mentioned her being good before."

"Oh no no no." Lisa smiled. Disregarding her whispers. "Chaeyoung is amazing at math AND great at everything else."

Both Jisoo and Jennie looked to her and she looked down. Tapping her foot on the ground.

"Well?" Jennie spoke. Her voice sounding like it was aimed at her. "Hubby?"

Yup. At her.

"Oh uh..." She looked up and sighed. "I... I'm in the... 97 percentile. But it's no-"

"97 percentile!" Jisoo stared with wide eyes.

"Chaeyoung! What the hell?!" Jennie stated with a raised brow.

"I know right!" Lisa laughed. "My baby is freaking Einstein! She's so smart! And I thought I was being the helpful one with assisting her on homework."

"You were baby." She assured Lisa while wrapping her arms around hers and tangling their legs under the table. "It took me awhile to get back into things. Thank you for helping me."

"Of course, anything for you." Lisa blushed.

"Awe, Jendeuk... look how cute they are." Jisoo pouted while leaning her head against Jennie's. "I'm soft."

"You and me both baby." Jennie smiled to them. "You and me both."

They sat quietly for a moment before Jennie began to chuckle.

"What's up Jen?" Lisa questioned.

"Oh nothing..." Jennie's lips perked up in a smirk. "Just thinking about you."

"Me?"

"Mhm. And how Chaeyoung obsessed you were becoming actually making a move."

"Jennie." Jisoo smacked her arm. "She was just
being sweet and caring. With a small crush."

"A small crush she wouldn't stop talking about."

Chaeyoung smiled and looked over to Lisa who was pouting in pink.

"I just... liked her, and didn't like how people saw her." Lisa admitted. Looking over her way.

Chaeyoung found herself admiring the big, bright eyes that seeped into hers.

"I wanted people to see Roseanne the way I saw her. And I think I may have finally achieved that. Hopefully." Lisa smiled softly. "And I got to love her in the process."

"Save me... in the process." She corrected, while leaning forward.

Lisa's smile grew as she leaned forward as well, putting a hand on her cheek. "I'm glad I could."

"Only you could."

"God, just kiss already. I'm gagging." Jennie huffed from across the table.

"Jen!"

"What Chu? I'm not a big fan of fluff. You know that..."

Lisa and her both chuckled before closing the gap and connecting their lips for several kisses.

Something about kissing Lisa at the beginning of a new school year filled her with confidence. Instead of only having her in the end, she'd have her at the beginning too.

She'd have her through out everything now.

If she wasn't thanking God enough now, she truly would be thanking him more. Lisa really was her gift.

Now, she just needed to be the kind of person deserving of it.

"Well, now that that's out of your system." Jennie chuckled. "School, classes, what we got?"

She widened her eyes and looked to their papers. "Oh, we haven't checked..."

"Yeah, I just skimmed through mine." Lisa added while adjusting in her seat. Lifting her schedule up. "Are you guys together in any?"

"Yeah!" Jisoo smiled. "We're in two."

"Which ones?"

"Civics and Statistics. So second and fifth."

"Wait! I'm in civics second!" Lisa exclaimed happily. "Chae?"

She looked down at her paper. Her eyes falling to the list of pre selected, required classes. A curve forming on the corners of her lips. "I have civics... second period."

"Yes oh my god!" They all began cheering together. Clapping their hands. "The whole crew!" Lisa smiled. "Civics isn't gonna know what hit it."

"Obviously, it's gonna get hit with Jensoo and Chaelisa." Jisoo chuckled.

Lisa and her both looked to one another and smiled.

Chaelisa.

It had a nice ring to it.

"Alright so we have civics." Jennie spoke up. "What are you guys thinking for electives?"

"Oh... right." Lisa hummed. Looking at their paper.

"You didn't grab a class roster did you?" Jisoo chuckled to them.

"Were we supposed to?" Lisa asked.

"Mhm. Here, have mine."

"Thanks Chu."

Lisa put the page between them and both their eyes began scanning the list of available classes to take along with their required.

She noticed one class and tapped her finger by it. Lisa immediately noticing it and acknowledging the fact, a certain musician got her wish.

"Hey! They brought back music! Wendy's petition worked... good for her." Lisa smiled. "And... good for us! You can take music Rosie!"

"Yeah... I can..." She whispered. Thinking about the different instruments she could play. But... the people that could also be there playing too.

Hearing her too.

"Hey..." Lisa spoke. "I can take it as well. So I can be there for you. With my ukulele." The Thai smiled.

She smiled briefly and looked down at the roster again. As much as she wanted Lisa there with her, another class had caught her eyes that she thought Lisa would like better.

Since she had noticed the school didn't offer a dance class of its own.

"I'll... I'll be okay. Wendy will most likely be with me. I'll be fine."

"But Chae? I can."

"I don't know if you would like music as much as I do. Or, maybe as much as this class." She tapped her finger on the page again. Lisa looking down at it. "Photography... they offer it."

"Photography?" Lisa questioned. "No, I'm sure I'll like music just as much."

"But Lis, you like taking photos?"

"Well yeah, but it's just a hobby."

"And what makes my hobby of music any different?"

"Well, it's just... you're in the class. I want to be with you."

"I've been getting into photography lately too Lisa." Jennie spoke up. "I could take that class with you."

"And I can take music with Chaeyoung instead!" Jisoo smiled.

All three of them looked to Jisoo with puzzled gazes.

"What? I play the drums guys. Remember?"

"Oh please." Lisa rolled her eyes.

"Here we go again." Jennie sighed.

"What?! What's the deal huh?" Jisoo asked. "I can!"

"Don't listen to her." Lisa shook her head, then held it. Chaeyoung putting her hand on Lis but her girlfriend signaled she was fine.

"Yeah Hubby, Chu's idea of 'playing the drums' is very... different." Jennie spoke.

"I can play them." Jisoo assured her. "I can take music too."

"Thanks Jisoo." She smiled. "I'm sure you can. And it'll be nice having class with you."

Jisoo smiled brightly before giving the other two glares.

She closed her eyes and took in a breath. Everything was going to be alright this year. Unlike others, she was prepared for it.

Clean and... happy, for once.

This final year, was going to be her year.

Chaeyoung found herself leaning on Lisa the rest of the time they spent at the table. Chatting about their schedules and figuring out their remaining classes.

The topic of her extra curricular activity or sport was indeed brought up at one point.

And Lisa's idea of her joining cheerleading with Jennie was immediately put into motion. Jennie hopping onto the idea like a cat on a mouse.

Claiming she'd show her all her moves and help get her mind less restless to the idea.

Luckily, Jen said cheerleading was easy. Painless.

They didn't do any big tricks or stunts so it was to be a breeze, with some easy to do dance moves and power stances.

She wasn't excited for it, but she wasn't loathing the idea either.

So while Lisa would be having her dance practices with her troupe after school, she'd be having cheerleading practice with Jennie.

And Jisoo, would be watching either them, or Lisa.

It sounded nice. A perfect way for them to all stay together throughout the year. And of course, Bam would most likely still be dancing with Lisa.

He was someone she still hoped to get to know better. He was Lisa's best friend anyways, the bestest as the Thai would say.

The conversation at the table soon turned to food as all their stomachs began to ache.

She debated going to the buffet. But when Jennie mentioned the four of them going out to eat, they all definitely agreed.

But they were going to make sure to drop off their schedules at the office first. Glad that they were all fairly happy with what they had, and with what they chose for electives.

The days they could have used to come back and schedule revise more, now a perfect opportunity for them to all get together before the actual hell of school began.
