(Lisa pov)

Lisa was on her way home after dropping Jisoo off. Her hand gripping the wheel as she thought back to Jisoo's 'wise' words.

"Honestly Lisa, just tease her, with whatever you can. Your tongue, fingers, body, you name it. Because one of those things will always lead to another without even thinking."

"You'll end up having it with her and not being able to even process what happened because it will feel like such a dream. Like it wasn't you doing it. Because love changes you."

"But then you'll probably do it again. And again. Maybe even that very same night. Because you'll find it pleasing, even more so if it's with her."

Lisa would be lying if she said she didn't feel any better. Even though she didn't hear exactly what she wanted to, Jisoo did help her feel more relaxed about it.

It was okay that Lisa gets hot while looking at her girlfriend, because she should. She doesn't like that she wants to rip off her clothes and attack her with her lips though.

That feeling she'll have to keep locked up. A secret.

When she finally pulled into the garage and stepped into the home, it was oddly quiet.

There were empty bowls on the table in front of her, but the lights were all dimmed. Lisa couldn't even tell what they ate.

"Mom?" Lisa asked when she noticed a figure coming towards her from the living room.

"Hey Lis, be quiet will you?" Her mom greeted and asked with a whisper.

"Why? Where's Chae?" She whispered back.

"Your girlfriend fell asleep on the couch." Ami smiled with a smirk tugging at her lips.

Lisa smiled and walked passed her, towards the couch. The brunette was breathing lightly with her rose blanket draped over her as she rustled in her sleep.

There was an empty space in front of her since she was so petite. Lisa sat there and slowly put her hand on her girlfriend's cheek. She looked adorable.

That's when Lisa noticed how puffy her eyes and nose were. "Mom? Why does she look like she's been crying?"

"Because she has."

Lisa stood up and immediately went to her mom that was still standing. "Why?" Lisa asked curiously. She was a little on edge knowing Chae had been crying without her present.

"It's alright sweetie." Ami assured her. "It was about us, or more so, me."

"What do you mean?"

"Chaeyoung started crying after we talked about you two because she couldn't believe how nice I was and how good of a parent I am to you."

"Oh." Was all Lisa said. Chaeyoung was too kind and sweet that she would of course start crying thinking about Ami and their relationship.

"We talked for awhile before eating dinner. Then talked for awhile again after." Ami smiled, looking off towards Chaeyoung.

"She's really heartbroken." Ami sighed. "Anything that has to do with family... it pains her."

Lisa frowned and looked at her feet.

"She opened up a bit to me though."

Lisa looked back up after hearing that. "She did?"

"Yeah. She told me her father and older sister were gone. That she's never seen her mother again after being kicked out."

"Kicked out?"

"Yes. She didn't tell me why... but only said that it was because her mom blamed her."

"For something she didn't do?" Lisa questioned.

"I don't know Lis. It was hard enough for her to even tell me this." Ami frowned.

"Well then I'm glad that's why she was crying, instead of something else."

"There was one other thing. Chaeyoung said I was amazing."

"That's because you are." Lisa smiled and pulled her in for a hug.

"But that's not just it." Ami said. Making Lisa leave the embrace and stare at her.

"Chaeyoung said I was amazing because I was so loving and accepting of you. That if her parents were still around, you two couldn't be together."

"What?" Lisa asked quietly.

"She said her parents would have sent her away for loving you this way."

Lisa's heart dropped. Chaeyoung's parents wouldn't let her date her? Send Chae away? Where? Why? "Mom, why would they?"

"My best guess from what Chaeyoung was saying would be it's because they don't accept same sex couples."

"What?" Lisa felt water tugging at her ducts. "They would send her away for liking a girl?"

"That's all I can assume Lisa. That's something you would need to talk to her about on your own."

A tear escaped Lisa's eye. She wiped it away and felt her mom embrace her.

"It's sad I know." Ami whispered to her, rubbing her back. "But you are together, she's safe, that's all that matters."

"Thanks mom." Lisa hugged her tighter and buried her head down into her mom's neck.

"Of course Lis." She hummed. "Now why don't you take Chaeyoung to bed?"

"Okay." Lisa pulled apart and smiled. "Goodnight momma."

"Goodnight Lisa. Sweet dreams baby."

Ami walked up the stairs while Lisa made her way to Chaeyoung. Slowly putting her arms under her back and legs, lifting her and her blanket up.

Lisa quietly carried her up the stairs and laid her on their bed. She tucked Chaeyoung in, and to her surprise, the brunette stayed asleep through it all.

She escaped to the bathroom, rinsing her sweat off and brushing her teeth and hair. Taking some time to do her skin care routine before heading back out, to her bed.

Lisa crawled up beside Chaeyoung, not taking her eyes off her.

She was so beautiful. Every day Lisa swears she just looks prettier and prettier. She leans up and pecks Chaeyoung's cheek.

Lisa would be lying if she said she didn't feel a little selfish wishing that Chae would wake up. So she could kiss her more.

But she didn't. Instead Chaeyoung hummed and leaned into Lisa's side.

Lisa pulled her closer, wrapping the girl in her arms. Letting sleep take her and her worries away.

(Chae pov)

Chaeyoung woke up to the feeling of Lisa letting out a breath on her chest. She looked down at the girl.

Lisa was clinging to her waist, snuggling deeper into her. Chaeyoung smiled and felt those butterflies in her stomach.

Why did Lisa like her so much? How could she?

Chaeyoung would have thought about it until she cried, but Lisa hummed and rubbed Chaeyoung's side.

"Morning baby."

"How'd you know I was awake?" Chaeyoung chuckled lightly.

"I just know." Lisa smiled, lifting her head and looking to her. "Hi."

Chaeyoung smiled. "Hi."

Lisa crawled up to her and cupped her face, leaning in and connecting their lips.

"Mmm." Chaeyoung chuckled as Lisa bit her bottom lip softly.

"I'm sorry, I'm just very much in love with you." Lisa pecked her lips again, giggling.

Chaeyoung just looked at her. She really couldn't find the words. Lisa was just too perfect.

"Chae?" The blonde questioned, seeing her face.

"I love you."

Lisa smiled and ran her hand through Chaeyoung's hair. "I know." She kissed her again.

She then slowly crawled off her. Chaeyoung watched as Lisa began her morning routine, before she too slipped out to begin hers.

They each got ready and met up in the kitchen. Eating some heat up waffles before school. Lisa had just fed Chaeyoung her last bite when shuffling could be heard coming down the stairs.

"There's my babies." Lisa smiled seeing Leo and Luca running down to them. "It's been awhile. You guys always hide from me." She pouted.

Leo immediately started brushing up on Chaeyoung's leg. She bent down and pet him while Lisa smothered Luca.

"How?" Lisa scoffed. "How can he hate everyone except you?"

Chaeyoung smiled and shrugged.

"Guess you have that effect on him too." Lisa told her and leaned in, waiting for Chaeyoung to give her a kiss. Then another.

"Okay let's go now babe." Lisa smiled, setting the Luca down and petting Leo before putting their plates away.

On the car ride to school, Lisa kept a hold on Chaeyoung's hand. Every now and then, she'd raise it up and kiss the back of it.

Chaeyoung would blush every time Lisa's lips would brush against it and her heart would flutter a bit too.

"You know... my mom told me about last night." Lisa told her quietly. Tightening their intertwined fingers.

"Oh."

"I just want you to know that I love you and I'm glad that we're together. Because you have only made me happier."

Chaeyoung was taken back by her words, shocked even. No one has ever been this loving to her. Not even her family when she had them.

"I... I don't know what to say."

"Say you'll stay with me." Lisa said looking at her. She quickly looked back to the rode and pulled into the parking lot.

"Of course I'd s-stay with you." Chaeyoung mumbled. "I love you."

Lisa parked the car and looked over to her again, this time reaching around Chaeyoung's neck, pulling her over.

They shared a kiss and Lisa rested her forehead on Chae's. "I'd never let anyone take you away from me." Lisa whispered.

"I..."

"Don't say anything. It's okay." Lisa kissed her slowly again. "Should we got to class now?"

"Do we have to?" Chaeyoung pouted.

"Yes we do." Lisa chuckled. "Come on baby."

They got out and walked hand and hand to their class. Chaeyoung walked close into Lisa's side as several students would stare at them.

"Ignore then Chae. It doesn't matter if they stare." Lisa whispered to her.

Chaeyoung nodded her head but just kept walking. They hadn't talked about what they were going to do at school in regards to them.

But Lisa seems to be proving that she didn't care what people thought of them. If they were just best friends or happened to be a couple.

They walked into their first and Chaeyoung got a bright smile and wave from BamBam. Lisa on the other hand, was given the cold shoulder.

"Wow Bam. Little angry are we?" Lisa questioned.

"Chaeyoung? Will you please tell your girlfriend that I am not talking to her."

Chaeyoung giggled and looked to Lisa. "You heard him."

"Then can you please ask BamBam why he isn't talking to me?"

"Well?" Chaeyoung asked him.

"I'm sorry, what?" He smirked.

Chaeyoung rolled her eyes. "Why aren't you talking to Lisa."

"Because she wouldn't let me eat with her and Jisoo."

"Wow! So petty!" Lisa said looking back at him.

"Am not!"

"Are too!"

Chaeyoung chuckled throughout most of the period as they bantered back and fourth.

BamBam ultimately gave up being petty when Lisa started making jokes. He ended up laughing more then he wanted too.

When first ended, Chaeyoung and Lisa bid their farewells and Chae made her way to second. When she entered, Wendy was waiting for her near her seat.

"Hey Chae." She smiled.

"Oh, um hi Wendy."

"It's a beautiful day out today right?" She asked her.

Chaeyoung nodded and sat down. Watching as Wendy crouched near her seat so Chaeyoung wouldn't have to look up at her.

"Want to do me a favor?" Wendy said. "Since it's so pretty out?"

"Uh... sure?"

"Play guitar with me today? In the courtyard after school?"

"Oh uh. I d-don't know..."

"Please? I can play a little then let you play it. I want to hear you, even if you're rusty."

Chaeyoung was nervous. It was impossible not to be when you haven't touched an instrument in nearly three years. But Wendy's soft smile and excitement of a possible yes was starting to persuade her.

"O-Okay."

"Really? Thank you Chae! I know you'll do great! Can't wait!" Wendy beamed and practically skipped over to her seat.

"God... what am I doing?" Chaeyoung whispered to herself.

Now she had to worry about playing in front of Wendy. And possibly anyone else in the courtyard later that day.

(Lisa pov)

Lisa was yawning in third. Like she always does. But luckily after third was lunch and that's all that mattered.

She finished her work and waited impatiently for the bell. When it did sound, she shot up and skipped out the door.

A couple different students waved to her as she speed walked down the hall. Lisa would smile and wave back.

She wasn't 'popular' but people knew who she was. Either from her dances or posts on social media. Or just from hearing she was nice.

"Sup guys." Lisa smiled happily as she finally reached her friend's table. Sitting down and giving Chae a kiss on the cheek.

"Ah my eyes!" Jisoo whined.

"Yah! You blinded Jisoo! Get a room you two." Jennie chuckled.

"It was just a kiss on the cheek..." Lisa pouted. "And who are YOU to tell me to get a room?" Lisa retorted.

"Ohhh." Jisoo laughed.

"You okay Jennie?" Chaeyoung asked her.

"Yeah, why?"

"Just wondering if you needed some ice?"

"Burn!" Lisa shouted and high fived her girlfriend and Jisoo. "That was a good one babe!"

"Thanks." She said sheepishly.

"I am shocked. Chaeyoung? I liked what we had going here. What happened?" She teased.

"She chose the winning side Jen." Lisa smiled.

"No she chose her girlfriend that's what." Jennie huffed. With a smile of course.

After their lunch, Lisa walked Chaeyoung to her fourth period class. Spending every second she could with the brunette. "I'll see you in gym okay?"

"Okay."

"You're working hard right?"

"Mhm."

"I feel like you're lying." Lisa smiled.

"I am." Chaeyoung smiled back.

"I mean it Chae. Let's start working hard okay? Fighting."

"Okay."

"Love you."

"Love you too."

Lisa gave her a brief hug, pulling the girl into her neck before making her way to fourth.

When she entered, she took her seat and brought out her paperwork. Tapping her pencil lightly on her notebook, awaiting the teacher to start.

Wendy came in and took her seat. Lisa noticed her and smiled. "Hey Wen."

"Oh hey Lisa. What's up?"

"Oh nothing much. What about you?"

"The same, except I am pretty excited for later."

"Yeah me too." Lisa smiled, she couldn't wait for fifth and whatever Chaeyoung and her could do during their time.

"Oh, so you know huh?" Wendy smiled at her happily.

"Hm? Know what?"

"She didn't tell you?" Wendy asked, a little confused.

"Who didn't tell me what?" Lisa replied even more confused than her.

"Oh um... nothing."

Lisa watched Wendy as she took out her stuff. She wanted to ask her what she was talking about but just let it be.

Instead, she changed the subject and asked Wendy how her petition was going.

"I actually think I have enough signatures to make a real difference. I'm so happy." She smiled. "I'm posting it today on the board."

"I'm happy for you Wendy. There deserves to be a music class."

"I know. There really does."

Both girls shared conversation until the end of class. Lisa saying goodbye and continuing to fifth. She took her time, knowing Chaeyoung always takes hers.

And Lisa was right. She walked up to the locker room door and waited a minute to see a long haired brunette making her way towards her.

"Good day ma'am." Lisa said, holding the door open for her.

"Stop." Chaeyoung chuckled while walking in.

Lisa smiled and followed her in, changing fast then walking over to Chae, standing beside her to help guard her from prying eyes.

"You don't have to you know." Chaeyoung whispered to her.

"Oh so you're okay with people looking at your gorgeous body?"

Chaeyoung blushed and looked down. "I... uh..."

"Didn't think so." Lisa smiled. She took up Chaeyoung's hand as soon as she finished and they walked out to the gym.

Their teacher noticed them and waved them over. "So, you may not like this." He started. "But I'm having the class split into two teams for a basketball match, and I'm going to need you to join Lisa."

"Oh, okay."

"Chaeyoung, you may join as well if you want but if not that's okay. You can come sit with me and we can keep score together." He gestured to the bench.

"Um...." Chaeyoung bit her lip.

"Babe, I'll go play. You watch me okay?" Lisa smiled and squeezed her hand.

"Okay." She agreed.

Lisa bowed at the their gym teacher and headed off to the other students that were splitting into teams. Suddenly she found herself being tossed back and forth.

Both teams seemed to want her. Finally after much debate, Lisa was put on the blue team. Which was cool because Lisa liked the color blue.

They dove into a heated basketball match. Lisa scoring a couple shots buts mainly being a point guard, since she could actually see what was going on verses the other, more shorter students.

She would steal glances at Chaeyoung every now and then, smiling seeing her watching her or talking to their teacher.

Lisa was starting to see a sort of father figure in him. Even though she still had her stepdad. He was just away from home a lot.

When the game came down to its last final seconds, the ball was thrown to Lisa. She quickly went to throw the ball, but didn't let go, tricking the student guarding her and running past instead.

She laid it in the hoop perfectly.

"Did you see that Chae! I made the last shot." Lisa beamed happily when she and the other students made their way into the locker room.

"Yes you did Lis. You looked... h-hot."

"Oh goodness." Lisa smiled. "So do you." She winked.

After delivering Chaeyoung to her sixth. Lisa went to her own. Jennie started conversation with her about some beauty guru drama, and Lisa tried her best to stay attentive.

At some point her phone vibrated. Lisa pulled it out and looked at the text she received. Smiling at it's contents.
