ateez and loona are not underrated groups, atleast not as underrated as people make it seem. they debuted under 1 year ago, you can't expect them to be as popular as bts. they're doing quite well for such young groups tho, ateez sold out an entire us tour and loona's most recent comeback got 20 million views is just a couple of weeks. these groups don't have the type of music that appeals to the general public, so they most likely won't ever become as popular as exo, twice etc. but i think they're doing realy well for such young groups.
people tend to throw around the word 'underrated' too easily. just because a group doesn't have hundreds of millions of views on their mvs doesn't mean that they aren't popular. oh my girl has very little views on their mvs but they're doing pretty well in korea.
