(Lisa pov)
"You're a hopeless idiot." Lisa huffed to herself as she laid in bed. "Legit clinically stupid."
Why would she have asked her that? Of course Chaeyoung would want to sleep in her own bed after Lisa molested her last night.
Even though Chaeyoung seemed to like cuddling? Maybe she had only put up with it for her and really doesn't like it.
Something had been off with Chaeyoung ever since they got home, or maybe it was from when Lisa kissed her cheek?
She really didn't know. All Lisa knew was she wanted to jump out of her bedroom window and hope the impact would kill her.
Not really, but she did feel like that. At least right now.
When she was just about to nod off, her bedroom door slowly opened. Lisa sat up and widened her eyes at the brunette who entered.
"Did you mean what you said?" She asked softly.
"What?"
Chaeyoung walked over and sat next to her. "That you sleep better when I'm with you?"
Lisa felt her cheeks getting warmer. "Oh, well... yeah."
Chaeyoung motioned for Lisa to move and she did, scooting to the far side of her bed.
A smile crept up on her face as Chaeyoung cozied herself into her bed. They both sat on their sides, looking at each other.
"Why?" Chaeyoung whispered. "How?"
Lisa sighed. "I'm not sure. I used to have bad nightmares as a kid, which I don't now, but I still struggle to stay asleep." She began.
"I toss and turn all night. Waking up at least three times and struggling to fall back asleep."
"But?" Chae questioned.
"But with you, I sleep all night. I never once wake up and I don't think I move around that much either." She smiled shyly.
"I don't know." She continued. "I'm just one of those people who likes contact I guess. It just relaxes me."
"Me too."
"Really?" Lisa questioned. "So you were okay with me being so close? Because I can just sleep on this side and-"
"Yes Lis."
"Yes to? Me sleeping on this side away from you? Or?"
"Cuddle with me." Chae whispered.
Lisa's heart did the biggest flip it had ever done in its life. So much that the flip never stopped and began moving from different parts of her body.
She scooted in closer to Chaeyoung, half expecting her to turn around so Lisa could hug her from behind again.
But Chaeyoung didn't.
Lisa slightly panicked seeing how close she was getting to the girl. She ended up getting higher in her bed and putting her left shoulder slightly under Chaeyoung.
It prompted the brunette to put her head into the space between Lisa's torso and arm, placing her hand on top of her chest and tangling their legs.
Lisa let out a breath. This was perfect.
Chaeyoung glanced up. Lisa looked to her too and smiled. "Thank you." Lisa whispered.
Chae nodded and returned her head to its original position, closing her eyes.
Lisa told her goodnight but felt that same urge she had been feeling all day and last night.
She leaned down and placed a kiss on her forehead again. Feeling Chaeyoung snuggle deeper into her after.
Lisa felt another smile form on her face. Chaeyoung liked her kiss.
One day, Lisa would grow a pair and kiss her. Like actually kiss her. Then she'd know.
Just like Jennie said, that would prove if Chaeyoung really did like like her back. Hopefully so, so Lisa wouldn't loose a friend.
She fell asleep pretty quickly with Chaeyoung in her arms. Lisa loved the feeling.
In fact, she was pretty sure she loved her.

When Lisa had woken up the next morning, Chaeyoung was no longer on her. But their hands were intertwined as Chae slept on her back as well beside her.
She must have gotten hot since the covers were kicked up. Lisa turned of her alarm and glanced at her.
Chaeyoung did have some sweat on her, more than the average person who overheats should. Lisa sat up with widened eyes.
Did Chaeyoung have a withdrawal? Did she sleep through it?
Lisa let go of Chae's hand and walked to her bathroom. She brushed her teeth and wetted a cold washcloth.
When she returned to Chaeyoung, the brunette was on her phone. She smiled when she saw Lisa.
"Oh, um. I brought this for you." Lisa passed her the washcloth. "You seem hot."
Chaeyoung took it and felt her forehead with her other hand. "I g-guess I am?" She answered.
"How did you sleep last night?" Lisa asked as she went through her clothes in her closet.
"I should be asking you that." Chaeyoung whispered. "But, fine." She said.
Lisa smiled after hearing her whisper. She grabbed an outfit and headed back out. "I slept like a cloud."
"A cloud?" Chaeyoung asked while using the washcloth on her forehead.
"Yes. I stayed asleep all night. But instead of being a 'heavy' sleeper. I was sleeping so easily, I just felt light."
Chaeyoung rolled her eyes and handed the washcloth back. "I see." She got up and made her way for the door.
"Thanks again Chae." Lisa said, slightly disappointed that Chaeyoung would be leaving so soon. But she did have to get ready too.
Chaeyoung nodded and gave her a warm smile.
Lisa replied with her own before their smiles soon dropped, but not their gaze. They looked at each other for awhile before Chaeyoung finally left.
Lisa missed her eyes already.

The ride to school was kind of awkward. Both of them didn't really talk.
Lisa ended up trying to break the silence by mentioning that she was glad they had first together. It was a good way to start the day.
Chaeyoung agreed too. But they both fell silent again until they arrived.
Lisa wondered what was on Chaeyoung's mind.
(Chae pov)
She couldn't stop re-living last night. Lisa truly wanted to be with her, hold her. And Chae liked it... a lot.
But she still couldn't shake that feeling she's had since seeing how well BamBam and her were together.
Not to mention how close Ami was with him as well. I guess Chaeyoung wasn't jealous anymore.
She just felt out of place.
Originally, she enjoyed being with them. It's was weird of course, and it's only been several days, but now she's starting to see how different she is.
Chaeyoung didn't belong with them.
She was shaken from her thoughts when Lisa and her arrived at their classroom door.
"Chaeyoung? Are you alright?"
She nodded. Slowly looking to Lisa.
"You sure? It just feels off."
God was Lisa a fucking mind reader or something?
"I'm okay."
Lisa looked at her knowing damn well she was lying. She placed a hand on her shoulder and gave it a squeeze before opening the door for them.
"Hey guys."
"Hey Bam." Lisa said sitting in front of him.
"Hi." Chaeyoung whispered, sitting down and glancing over.
She then turned her head and faced forward.
The class went by like it had every day. Lisa and BamBam talked quite a bit. But he also addressed both of them a lot.
Chaeyoung started to feel like herself again, not with whatever jealousy or sadness she had earlier. It was kind of hard with how nice BamBam was trying to be.
"You know you swallow spiders while you sleep."
"Bam why the heck would you tell us that?! I'm scared of spiders." Lisa put her arms up in agony.
"That's exactly why I did." He laughed.
Chaeyoung smiled and flipped to another page in her journal. The class was almost over and so was her drawing.
When the bell did ring. Lisa told her goodbye with a hug and then walked off towards her second.
Chaeyoung did too.
When she entered her class, a girl was walking around from student to student. Clipboard in hand.
When Chaeyoung sat down, the girl glanced to her. Chae had a feeling she would be skipped over, but instead she wasn't.
"Um hi." The girl said. Chaeyoung knew she looked confused. She nodded to her with a half hearted smile.
"I was wondering if you would mind signing my petition? If you could that is?"
Chaeyoung looked at her then her petition.
"It's about the music program. It was taken out but I'd like to bring it back. I'm having any student that can play an instrument sign."
The girl held the petition out to Chaeyoung. She skimmed through the couple pages of names. Immediately noticing Lisa's on the front.
"S-Students that can play?" She questioned.
"Yes, if you can play anything, then please sign." She smiled.
Chaeyoung couldn't believe Lisa could play something. She wondered what it was or why she's never seen the instrument before.
Before her mind would overthink itself, she took the pen and signed her name.
"Thank you, um..."
"Chaeyoung."
"Chaeyoung, I'm Wendy." She smiled. "Also, if I may ask, what instrument do you play?"
She waited a moment. Of course Wendy was just being nice and was curious, but she also felt a sting of not being believed.
Wendy had all the right to not believe her though. Druggies couldn't be talented, right?
"Um... I would play the guitar and piano a lot." Chaeyoung tried to smile but it faltered fast. "I-It's been a while."
"Well hey I play the guitar too! And several other instruments including the piano. If you want, I can let you play it. I have it with me." She smiled.
"N-No thanks." Chaeyoung shook her head. She actually did really want to. But she was nervous.
It's been so long, she'd probably suck and embarrass herself.
"Well, anytime okay? And thanks for signing." Wendy said before returning to the other students.
Chaeyoung settled in her seat and still couldn't believe Lisa could play something.
Music was the one thing she was passionate about and knowing Lisa could take part in that made her happy.
When second and third finished, she walked into the lunchroom. Smiling as her eyes landed on Lisa and her friends.
BamBam wasn't present this time.
"Hey Chae." Jisoo said giving her a smile.
"Hi Jisoo, hi Jennie."
Jennie gave her a nod and smile while Lisa gave Chaeyoung her complete attention.
"Hey." She beamed. "How were your classes?"
"Okay. I learned something."
Jennie let out a laugh. "No shit you should, we're in school Chae." She joked.
Chaeyoung rolled her eyes playfully and turned back to Lisa when she heard her.
"Shush Jennie, what did you learn?"
"Nothing." Chaeyoung huffed in a joking tone.
Every girl chuckled a bit but Lisa asked again what it was. Chaeyoung wouldn't tell her though.
She wanted Lisa to show her.
Lunch was pretty fun that day. Chaeyoung was actually participating in the conversation.
Even when Lisa and her had gym, they both participated in the activities. They didn't do anything strenuous today, just playing a sport of their choice.
Lisa had taught her how to kick a soccer ball. That was fun, until Chaeyoung nearly slipped on the grass and Lisa had to catch her.
"Woah." Lisa said as she grabbed Chaeyoung, holding her up from behind.
"I'm okay."
"Yeah, because I caught you." Lisa joked. "Be careful. I don't know what I'd do if you got hurt."
"Cry?" Chaeyoung said, turning around in her arms to look at her.
"More than cry." Lisa said holding her tighter.
Chaeyoung suddenly blushed and stepped back. Lisa noticed and grinned.
Both girls smiled sheepishly before Lisa went around to grab the ball. "Okay, let's try again Chae."
Now they were back home. Lisa was in her bedroom while Chaeyoung was trying her hand at making them a snack.
It was going to be shit but Lisa said she'd like it either way.
