Tonight I was going in for a shift so I was currently lathering myself down with some senses lotion before grabbing my undergraments and slipping them on. I walked out into the connected bedroom but my ex stood there making me jump

"Hey hey, no you're not" Zion comforted as he pulled me into his chest.
I pulled away and looked into his eyes. A moment fell between us as Zion slowly leaned in, I put my hand on his chest, pushing him back a little
"Shit- I'm sorry- I don't know what got over me-
"Did you put Kai to sleep?" I asked clearing my throat
"Yeah" Zion answered looking away from me
"Well I guess I should get some shut eye. I have a shift early tomorrow" I said twiddling my thumbs
"Yeah sure" Zion answered getting up and leaving
"Hey and tell Sybil thanks for the clothes and sorry for ruining your night" I smiled
"Trust me with her, the night is never ruined" Zion smirked
"Nasty" I smirked "can yall love each other on mute we're tryna sleep here"
"We'll try"
I simply laughed and turned on my side, smiling to myself before going to bed
