Spencer's POV
I wake up to see his face looking down on me.
I smile. "Morning pretty eyes."
He laughs. "Pretty eyes?"
"It's your new nickname. Do you like it?"
"Not really but I'll think of a better nickname for you." He says, pulling me up into his arms.
I giggle before he kisses me. I love these moments. When its just us and we can be ourselves.
"Hey, I never completed the list. I need to get a tattoo."
He sighs, he obviously thought I'd forget.
"I-I'm saving that for another time."
I raise my eyebrows. "Really, when?"
"Soon." He says quickly, pulling me in for another kiss.
As I pull away, a sharp pain stabs through my stomach. I fall back onto the bed screaming in pain.
Toby's POV
I don't know what's just happened. One minute we're kissing, the nest she's lying on the bed screaming in pain. I comfort her as nurses rush in and hurry me out and pull the curtain shut. Oh god what's wrong with her? Please let her be ok.
