Zion's hand made slowly trailed up my thigh as he took a hand full of my ass into his hand making me moan into the kiss as I bucked my hips up in need.
"Mmh, impatient now are we princess" Zion smirked as he caressed my stomach
"More like needy daddy" I smirked looking at him through my eyelashes
"Well then, it's time I satisfy that need" Zion smiled devilishly
Just as he was about to kiss me his phone went off, signaling a call. Zion looked over at the ID before jumping off me and walking out to answer it, leaving me frustrated
He came back in a few minutes, an expression of sorry written all over his face making me collapse into the bed and sigh
"I'm so sorry baby, honeslty I tried-
"Just go Zion" I waved off
"But-
"No excuses just go" I said shooing him. He gave me a kiss on the cheek before jumping out into his car and speeding off
I looked at his car as it disappeared into the day, as I sighed and walked back into the house.
Zion worked as a mob-boss. It wasn't a job I entirely hated, because it had some perks, like safety and money but the downside of it was seeing Zion leave everyday and not knowing if he would come home safely. I tried to talk him out of it multiple times but he was set on doing this for the rest of his life.
I sat on the couch, mindlessly watching my catchup service of CSI as I ate my chips

6 hours later
I woke up to the buzzing of my phone, making me groan and wake up. The ID flashed "Big Toni" making me roll my eyes before answering it
"Hey Big-
"Listen Y/N! We have a problem, there was a drop off Zion was supposed to make and an altercation happene-
"What kind of altercation?" I asked worriedly
There were only two types of "altercations" that transpired in this business. The type where you walk out alive and the type where they wheel you out in a body bag and I hopped for option one
"They got into a fun fight" he admitted
"Is Zion okay!" I asked frantically
"He was injured" he confesses
"Text me the hospital" I said before hanging up
I grabbed my jacket, phone and bag and dashed out to my car, throwing them carelessly into the passenger seat before fumbling with the keys. I started the car and sped off into the night on my way to the hospital
