*Juliet's pov*
"That was fucking bizarre." I said as I took a bite of the pizza Michelle ordered.
"Do you think Hayes is cheating?" Lesley asked.
"I don't want to think about that." I said.
"Then what do you think it is?" Michelle asked.
"I don't know. I have to call him tonight too." I said.
"Just ask him tonight, then." Lesley said.
"I don't know if he's lying or not." I said.
"Then FaceTime him." Lesley shrugged.
Huh, I would have never thought about that.
How stupid am I?
I sat up and walked up to my room and sat on my bed. I decided to text Hayes.
Me: hey, can you FaceTime?
Hayes: yeah! Can't wait to see your face <3
My phone was ringing and my face appeared on the screen. I answered it and his beautiful face appeared.
"Hey Juliet!" He smiled.
"Hey Hayes!" I said.
"How is everything back home?" He said, he ran a hand through his hair.
"Fine. It's lonely without you here." I sighed.
"I heard that!" Lesley yelled.
"You were meant to!" I yelled back.
Hayes and I were laughing, but when the laughter died down, we didn't know what to say.
"Hayes, do you remember when I called you earlier today?" I asked.
He nodded.
"Who was that girl on the phone?" I said.
"Oh, the one who said 'who is this?'" He said, I nodded.
"That was just Mahogany. We were playing a game where she had to wear headphones and we were using my phone as music and she noticed it stopped when you called." He said.
"Really? Mahogany's gone too?" I said.
"Yeah.." He sighed.
"Why won't you take me with you..?" I finally got the courage to ask this.
"Juliet..it's not that simple..."
"Hayes, tell me what's going on." I said.
"I can't." He sighed as he rubbed his temples.
"What? Why can't you?" I asked.
"Because it's so complicated and you'll get mad-"
"I'm getting mad now." I said.
We stared at each other for a while, there was a lot of sighing involved and the tension was thick.
"Bye Hayes-"
"Wait! Juliet I'm sorry I-"
I hung up and threw my phone across the room. It landed on my rug but it didn't break. Thank god.
I left it there and got up and walked back to the living room.
Michelle and Lesley looked at me.
"Juliet, I'm sorry. We heard. Most if it." Lesley said.
"It's okay. I'm okay." I smiled.
Michelle turned off the TV.
"Let's just go to sleep now." Michelle said. We all agreed and we went back to my room.
When we walked in and Lesley picked up my phone.
"Juliet this could've cracked!" Lesley said.
"I don't care." I sighed.
"By the way, you have a lot of texts from Hayes." She handed me my phone. There were about 10 texts from him. They all said either to call him, him apologizing, and one even said that he loved me and he misses me.
Then I realized he's coming back home tomorrow night, at 4am.
I had enough. I laid down on my bed and stared at the ceiling.
"Juliet, maybe you should call him." Michelle said.
"I'm just going to go to sleep." I said.
"Yeah, I think we're going to need it for tomorrow." Lesley said.
And with that, we closed our eyes, and drifted off to sleep.
****next morning****
We all woke up at one.
"Guys, the plane will be here in 15 hours." I yawned.
"Then we'll just sleep until that happens..." Michelle said as she shut her eyes and went back to sleep.
I grabbed a pillow and threw it at her.
"Alright! I'm up!" She yawned.
I looked at Lesley and she was already awake.
"Do you guys want to grab something to eat after we get ready?" I asked.
They agreed and I got up to grab some clothes.
I went to the bathroom and took a shower.
After the shower I blow dried my hair and I put on my outfit which consisted of black leggings, a light wash jean jacket, a maroon top, and my maroon vans to match.
I straightened my hair and went back to my room.
They went to separate rooms to get ready. I finally decided to text Hayes.
Me: I'll be at the airport tonight. We'll talk then.
Hayes: okay. I miss you.
Me: miss you too..
Once Lesley and Michelle were ready we grabbed our coats and went to the subway.
There wasn't a lot of people because it was Sunday, and most people were off.
We made our way to the Coffee Corner and ordered our food.
They were selling lunch instead of breakfast, which seemed weird for me.
We ate our food and drank our coffee and we walked back to my apartment.
"Do you think we should take a nap before we pick them up?" Lesley asked.
"It's an hour away. I think we should just stay awake." I said.
"So what are we going to do until then?" Michelle asked.
"Well, maybe we can just watch movies." Lesley said.
So we had a Disney movie marathon, which consisted of Toy Story, Princess and The Frog, Frozen, etc.
Up until it was 2am.
Ashley was going to take us, and we waited for her so that she can take us after a nap.
The car ride to the airport was long and quiet. At this point, everyone was tired and anxious to see our guys again.
Ashley turned on the radio and Pressure by the 1975 came on.
It was a mellow song, but it kept everyone awake.
We finally made it to the airport and waited at the entrance from San Diego.
After a while of waiting, biting our nails, and looking around to see if they came out, the doors opened.
We searched and searched until we saw a few familiar faces.
And then I saw him, my beautiful boyfriend.
My one and only.
I was pulled into his embrace and I held on tight. I should've been mad, or angry about our fight.
I regret saying this, but I was happy to see him.
"Juliet..I missed you." He said as he crashed his beautiful, plump lips on mine.
