Her POV
Oh no, it's the time of the month.
I checked myself up, quickly changing up to the easiest outfit presentable enough to be able to visit the convenience store to buy more pads.
Heading out quickly, I made sure to check if there were any stains anywhere. After a driving a few miles through a small road, I finally made it to the store.
Covering my face with the hood on my jacket, I walked over to the aisle where they sold the stuff. Taking at least two packs, in case I were to run out of pads the next time.
"Hyejin?"
Oh my god. No, no no no, why him of all people?
"O-Oh uHm hey, Hyukbin..what are you doing here?" I stutter a little as I spoke, my mind was blank and all I could think of was on how to quickly run away.
"I work here, part time, haha. So what are you buying today?"
Oh fadoodle.
"You know..just some gummy worms and chips and soda and pads and lots of courage."
"P-Pads? Are you on your time of the month? Because I could throw in a few painkillers for you if you want."
Hyukbin smiles, ever so sweetly, always so lighthearted. He walks out of the counter and starts taking up a few packs of pills, hands it's over to me and awkwardly smiles back at me.
"Um, Hyejin are you okay? You've been in the same position for a while..kinda like you're frozen or something."
"I'm fine. Really, and oh thanks for the painkillers. S-See you at school tomorrow."
