Everyone laid asleep in the courtyard after their evening of spook tales. Everyone was scattered around, Sokka and Suki cuddled up at the fire place. Aang, Katara and Toph slept along side Appa. Chit sang, Hakoda, Theo, Haru and The Duke laid with their heads together. Zuko rested with his head against Kasai and Lillian's head on his chest. Everything was so peaceful, nothing could go wrong.
Aang sat up and stretched out all his sleeping knots. The birds were dancing in the fountain and chirping. Aang gazed around at all of his friends... His friends that are now his family and his enemies who were now his friends. Everything seemed great...
Until...
There was a large explosion that shook the temple violently. Lillian sat up in an instant looking around her, "We're under attack! Aang close the doors!" Sokka ordered as the others began gathering their things. Lillian rushed to Kasai and packed his saddle as quickly as she could, "ahhhhh" Lillian heard the Duke yell. Lillian shot her head in his direction and notice a large piece of rubble had blocked him off from everyone else. Lillian rushed to his side and lifted the large piece of rubble basically over her head, "woah..." the Duke gasped. Lillian noticed an opening in the door way and spotted an airship, she launched the large heavy concrete onto the airship, "Lillian 10. Airship 0" the Duke cheered as he fist pumped.
"Watch Out!"Lillian heard Zuko shout from behind her, at last minute Zuko shoved Katara out the way and rolled onto of her sheltering her from the falling rocks, "What do you think your doing?"Katara growls, "Keeping rocks from crushing you!"Zuko states, "We'll I'm not crushed!" Katara hisses as she gets hastily and rushes away, "Your welcome I guess..."Zuko shrugs as he gets up, "We'll escape through the back!"Sokka said as he pulled Kasai and Appa along. Zuko walks up to the open gap and peeks outside, Lillian watch as Zuko's eyes widen. There is suddenly another explosion causing the floor to shake and everyone to loose their balance,
"Princess!"
Zuko turned and ran toward Lillian grabbing her by the hand and pulling her towards Aang, "We need to go NOW!"Zuko ordered. Sokka pushed and groaned as Appa refused to go into the tunnel, "What are we going to do? Appa hates Tunnels!" Aang sighs. Lillian pulls her arm free, "Sokka, attach the harness to Kasai. I will distract them outside, no matter what, just keep going!" Lillian orders before taking off, "Well? Aren't you going to help her???" Katara and Suki ask in union. Zuko nods, he grabs his duo blades and takes off behind Lillian, "The Slayer is here, we need to be careful."Lillian growled at Zuko as she gazed out at the fire zone outside, "Just be careful, I don't want you getting hurt." Zuko said. Lillian and Zuko shared a quick kiss before taking off in different directions. Lillian was going to face this Slayer and Zuko... Azula
Azula and Zuko were fighting each other on top of the airship and Lillian and the slayer were battling neck in neck along the mountain sides. Large explosions were heard each time the two tenshi fists collided, "You seem more focus Princess!"The Slayer growled as he swung his wings around at Lillian, "I am much stronger than you think." Lillian replied ducking and blocking his attacks. There was a rumble of earth and Lillian watched as the gang flew out and away from danger, "Now that I have nothing to worry about... time to finish this." Lillian smirked. The Slayer raised his brow but the look was knocked off of his face. Lillian's flames were pure white as she slammed her fists over and over into his face. With a quick movement Lillian spun her whole body around in midair kicking the Slayer thrice in the head. He fell unconscious onto the floor, "Lillian 20, Enemies 0" Lillian gloated.
Zuko and Azula ran at full speed towards one another, blue and orange flames collided and then there was a thick cloud of smoke. Lillian flew towards Zuko's falling form and swooped him up in midair. They hovered in place as the watched Azula fall, "Should we-" before Lillian could finish what she was saying, Azula had used her bending and hair piece to take hold on the mountain side, not wasting anymore time, Lillian took off before the Slayer could even regain consciousness. Lillian flew at full speed in the direction she saw Appa fly, "Woah! L-Lilly! Slow down!" Zuko yelped as he crossed both his legs around Lillian's waist and tuck his head in her neck, "Scaredy cat." Lillian whispered into Zuko's ear, "I am not scared, you just moving to fast and I had no reassurance of safety." Zuko growled.
It took an hour but Lillian and Zuko finally caught up to the gang. Everyone were going through their belongings trying to make sure that grabbed what was needed and if they needed to make a stop into a near by village for supplies. Hakoda, the Duke, Theo, Haru and chits sang had gone their separate ways at the temple. Lillian and Zuko gathered wood and started the fire, "Guys, we have a problem." Aang said sheepishly as he walked towards everyone with three tents. Suki raised her brow, "What is it now?" Suki questioned. The others came closer, "we only have 3 tents. There's too many of us." Aang stated counting everyone, "there's 7 of us." Lillian stated with a shrug. Toph took a step back and bent an earth tent, "now there is 6 of you. Good luck." Toph smirked walking back to her camp duties. Aang was dumbfounded, "how about this. The girls share a tent. Zuko has his own and you and I Share one." Aang suggested at Sokka who seemed rather let down. Zuko huffed at the fact that no one was willing to share a tent with him. Everyone disagreed, "how about this. Aang and Sokka in one tent. Suki and Katara in the other and Zuko and I in the other tent." Lillian said in a matter of fact tone causing Zuko to blush behind her. Everyone nodded, "hands above the blanket Zuko!" Suki teased as they started setting up their tent. Lillian smirked, "no sneaking out of your tent tonight Suki." Lillian replied causing Sokka and Suki to blush. Katara seemed distant throughout everyone's conversation so Lillian decided to help her with her tent, "hey." Lillian smiled but Katara was cold, "Hi"
Lillian raised her brow and looked over at Suki who just raised her hands in a 'don't ask me' motion. Katara threw all her belongings into the tent before walking off to the cooking pot, "would you like some help?" Lillian offered, "no, I can do this. Help Sokka." Lillian stood staring at the water tribe girl, "Sokka does not need help picking his ears..." Lillian stated with her hands on her hips. Katara's face became annoyed, "Whatever, just leave me alone!" Lillian growled and marched over to Katara's, "Excuse me!" but before Lillian could attack Katara Zuko grabbed Lillian by her waist and lifted her up towards Kasai. Aang stood beside Katara and tried to calm her down, "what's the big idea! Put me down, she CLEARLY needs a slap across her attitude!" Lillian growled as she clawed the air in Katara's direction, "enough Lillian! She's in a bad mood. Even Sokka got a mouthful!" Zuko said gripping tight onto Lillian's waist.
Once everyone was done they all came together and sat around the camp fire, "camping... Sure feels like old times." Aang says happily as he gazed among his friends, "if you really want it to feel like old times, Lillian and I could chase you around and try to capture you." Zuko sighed sarcasticly. Lillian pecked Zuko's cheek, "look at you Mr comedian." Lillian grinned. Everyone burst out laughing, "To Zuko and Lillian. Who to think after all that time they tried to capture us, they'd be our heros."

Zuko wrapped his arms around Lillian shoulders, "ha-ha" Katara said coldly before glaring at the couple and storming off, "what's with her?" Sokka asked, "wish I knew..." Zuko said before going after Katara. Lillian remained behind as she knew Katara needed to sort out things with Zuko before she could interfere. Zuko and Katara were at the cliff side for a few minutes before Katara stomped past, "I guess it didn't go well..." Lillian suggested as Zuko walked towards her. Zuko had a determined look on his face, "I'm going to talk to Sokka." Zuko stated but Lillian remembered all of a sudden how Suki bragged that she and Sokka were going to reconnect after so long and that she couldn't wait to have that stud of an iceberg against her, whatever that meant, "NO!" Lillian cried as she pulled Zuko back, "What's the big Idea?" Zuko asked raising his brow... " You can't see Sokka, I mean not at this moment.. or this evening!" Lillian rushed. Zuko was really confused but when Lillian started blushing a deep red he wiggled his eyebrows in understanding, "oh... You can wait for me in the tent my little fire-cracker." Zuko growled seductively at Lillian.
Lillian stood more confused blinking her eyes, "EXCUSE ME!!!!" Lillian roared causing Zuko to step back against Kasai 'He's done it now. hehe Fire-cracker.' Kasai snickered under his breath, "your such a... a I mean! UGH!" Lillian clenched her fists causing sparks to escape from them, "Boys! Your all the same! Thick and only think with your Second HEAD!" Zuko's eyes widened at Lillian's tantrum. Lillian marched away towards their tent and settled herself down, "Dum dum.." Lillian said under her breath as she felt the heat rise in her face.

Zuko still baffled walk towards Sokka's tent but before he could step inside he bumped into Suki, "OOps! Wrong tent." Suki blushed, "Sorry, do you need to talk to Sokka too?" Zuko asked casually, "Nope, not me." Suki said sourly before rushing away. When Zuko stepped into Sokka's tent... Everything made sense. Sokka laid sprawled out with candles and rose petals around 'This is what Lillian was trying to tell me... stupid.' Zuko thought to himself, "Why hallooo-" Sokka choked on the rose he had in his mouth..
"z-zuko, of course... why would I be expecting anyone else... um what's on your mind?" Sokka asked but Zuko got right to the point, "Your sister..."

Lillian laid in the tent still mad at Zuko... Well not really mad, just well shocked that he made such a statement, 'I don't believe it, Its not that I don't want to but is that really what he though? Ugh what if he thinks now that I never want to go that far again or-' Lillian's thoughts were interrupted, 'Just kiss him and he'll forget everything.' Kasai whispered. Lillian rolled her eyes, 'Is that what Lucy would do to Natsu when they argued?' Lillian teased, 'Actually, The Prince and Natsu have more in common than you think... now hush, here he comes.' Kasai's voiced faded from Lillian's mind.
Lillian listened as Zuko's footprints approached the tent but he hesitated, "ugh... she's probably still peeved at me." Zuko whispered not realizing Lillian heard him, "Why don't you come in and find out." the words escaped Lillian's mouth before her mind could calculate what she had said. Zuko's hand slid between the tent sheets slowly, Lillian shuddered, 'what! why am I getting all warm with him just opening the tent?!' Lillian screamed in her mind. Kasai's voice entered in a sing song, 'you wanna love him, you wanna kiss him all night long!' Lillian blushed, 'thanks for nothing you stupid CAT!' Lillian growled with a blush. When Zuko finally entered the tent he sat before Lillian slowly removing his shirt silently. Lillian found the floor suddenly really interesting, "Lilly... I'm sorry about-" Zuko hesitated, "I just um..." zuko tried to finish. Lillian crawled closer towards him and pulled his head to face her, "its okay." Lillian smiled. Zuko nodded and then suddenly blushed... "I uh understand why and I promise to listen to you next time." Zuko rushed. Lillian rolled her eyes before cupping his face and pulling him in for a kiss, "your forgiven. And yes... I'm always right! Even when I'm wrong... I'm right." Lillian smiled.
Zuko and Lillian settled down with some tea, "I know how to gain katara's trust." Zuko said in a whisper, "but your not going to like it."
Zuko was going to take Katara to face her mothers killer. Lillian felt mixed emotions but she didn't want to shoot him down, instead she agreed. Zuko and Katara would leave early the next morning so it was best for him to rest early but yet... Sleep didn't come easy to either of them.

Lillian laid with her head resting on her arms and her back against Zuko's bare chest. She knew he wasn't sleeping his breathing was to harsh, "you okay?" Lillian whispered as she turned to face him. Lillian sat up slowly, "I didn't mean to!" Zuko panicked, Lillian kissed him again, "shhhh it's okay." Lillian whispered "Nothing should happen now. Besides, if it does oh well." Lillian smiled. Zuko pulled out and then pulled their covers over them... "it was amazing... I love you so much" Zuko whispered kissing Lillian's neck, "it was incredible. I love you so much too." Lillian replied with a small yawn.
