LEVITICUS CHAPTER 23
Memory Verse
And you shall take for yourselves on the first day the fruit of beautiful trees, branches of palm trees, the boughs of leafy trees, and willows of the brook; and you shall rejoice before the Lord your God for seven days.

God's Word
Our God wants us to be rejoiced for He is a God of Rejoicing. So that, as Christians, it is not true of what we hear from someone that our life is boring. Christian life is a joyful life.
Even though there are hardships, we shall rejoice before the Lord, for we knew what He can do upon us. He is our Strength in the midst of the trials.
Though the fig tree may not blossom, Nor fruit be on the vines; Though the labor of the olive may fail, And the fields yield no food; Though the flock may be cut off from the fold, And there be no herd in the stalls -Yet I will rejoice in the Lord , I will joy in the God of my salvation. The Lord God is my strength; He will make my feet like deer’s feet, And He will make me walk on my high hills.
Habakkuk 3:17-19 NKJV
Rejoicing is not about our happiness, it is a gift from God that we can calm ourselves even there is a bad situation, it is a way of trusting and believing the victory of God in our lives.
Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice! Let your gentleness be known to all men. The Lord is at hand.
