According to all that the Lord had commanded Moses, so the children of Israel did all the work. Then Moses looked over all the work, and indeed they had done it; as the Lord had commanded, just so they had done it. And Moses blessed them.

God's Word
Our Spiritual leaders are God's representatives for us to do His will.
We saw that when the children of Israel finished the work that God had given to Moses, then, Moses blessed them.
We can make our leaders happy if we do what God wants us to do.
I have never stopped to win souls and making disciples for I know that it is God's greatest commission for us, and it will make my leaders happy.
And I do believe that the blessing that they will release to us is very effective. Because God has a promised.
I will bless those who bless you, And I will curse him who curses you; And in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.”
Genesis 12:3 NKJV
So that, as Christians, we must obey our leaders, because our obedience to them brings happiness, and for sure they will pray for us to be blessed.
Be someone that will make your leader proud of you. Be someone that will make your leader happy.
