Jena's POV
"Excuse me, but I did not order this" the customer called my attention
For this past few days, i've been stressed out lately. As for Jay, I haven't see him yet. Sir Louie hired a temporary waiter that will replace Jay for the meantime.
"My apology, sir" I said
I think I need to freshen up a bit, so I decided to go to the employee's room for a short break
I spotted Sir Louie sorting some papers.
"Are you okay, dear?" He asked worriedly
"To be honest, i'm not okay sir" I bowed my head
As much as I wanted to be brave, I just can't.
"Take a seat. I'll just tell Charles to do both jobs for now" Sir Louie said
I took a seat and started to wipe my tears away. Damn, those tears sure wants to fall.
"What is your problem?" Sir Louie stood up and patted my back
"H-he's back" I was having a hard time composing myself, as more tears are going out from my eyes
"What do you mean? Who's back?" Sir Louie looks confused now
"Dylan" I managed to say his name
Shock was written all over Sir Louie's face.
"Dylan Smith? You're ex fiance?" It looks like Sir Louie is having a hard time absorbing what i've said earlier
I just nodded my head in response
"Oh my" Sir Louie heaved a sigh
"Did he say something to you?" I can see how Sir Louie is concerned. He sat on a chair and waited for me to speak up once again
To be honest, I don't know where to start. I decided to give the pictures to Sir Louie
"He was the one looking for you?" Sir Louie asked, as he was examining the pictures one by one
"Yes" I answered
"Jena, does Jay know about this already?" He asked worriedly
I shooked my head as a response
"Listen to me , Jena. I've treated you as my real daughter. I don't want to see you getting hurt" he comforted me
"Thank you Sir Louie. I've treated you as a father and I owe you a lot, for everything you have done for me" I hugged Sir Louie
"Do you still have feelings for him?" Sir Louie suddenly asked out of nowhere
I paused for a while and looked at Sir Louie
"I love Jay" I said
"You did not answer my question. Do you still have feelings for Dylan?" Sir Louie asked once more
"I don't know" I covered my face
"It's only you who can answer that" Sir Louie said
Sir Louie is right. It is I who can figure out what i'm feeling right now
I started telling the story to Sir Louie , from the moment Dylan kidnapped me until our last conversation
"Dylan must have gotten hurt too. All we thought is that he cheated on you. What are you planning to do now?" Sir Louie asked
"I really don't know" I sighed
"Listen to your heart and mind, dear. And i'm sure you'll find the happiness that you deserved" Sir Louie cheered me up
"Thank you so much Sir Louie" I sincerely said
"I also advice you to tell this to Jay. He deserves to know it. Afterall, he's your boyfriend now" Sir Louie added
"I will Sir" I said
Thank you God, for giving me a person like Sir Louie.
