Randell's POV

This Is It...I'm back

As I entered the building, employee's started greeting me and welcoming me. It's been a long time and I can say that there's been a lot of changes since I left.

The building Is simple yet elegant...It has 18 floors and my new office Is located In the 6th floor.

As I go inside my office; I was shocked when I saw my older brother there as well as Connor and my dad.

I looked at them one by one; waiting for them to say or do something...

"I'm glad that you showed up son..I thought--" dad suddenly said; he wasn't able to continue because Marko's phone suddenly ring

He then accepted the call, went out of the office without saying a word...

"Don't worry dad..I am true to my words" I managed to say

"Uhmm..I don't mean to say that youre not true to your words...I --"
Dad was interrupted again; His personal assistant came In and gave some papers to my dad

"Sir, everyone Is waiting In the conference room now"

"We'll be there by 10 minutes" dad assumes to his assistant

The assistant left; and Marko came back

"This Is It..I am now going to announce the big news to them" Dad said as he was looking at me and Marko

"Connor..join us" Dad added

Connor nodded In response

We went to the conference room; I must admit..there are a lot of employees In this company..about a hundreds I guess

I was able to see different faces; which I believe are the new ones

Everything was set accordingly: the chairs, foods, the stage, the room Is fully air conditioned. It was just perfect

Dad went up the stage first

" First of all, I wanted to thank all of you for being here today. I'm very blessed to have good employees like you guys. We've been through a lot and I'm glad that despite the hardships that our company faced...we were able to pull ourselves up. Today , I called all of you for a special announcement.I will no longer work--" Dad wasn't able to continue his speech; because all the employees started panicking

" But sir..how about the company?"

"Sir..we can't afford to lose our jobs"

"You are the best boss anyone could have"

Those were some of the things I've heard from the employees..

"I want to make things clear...I am not shutting down this company" Dad added

The employees got relieved upon hearing those words from Dad

"I want to present to all of you...the new CEO of Neville's Design Incorporation...Marko Neville!"

All of the employees started clapping as Marko went up the stage to join Dad

Everyone was quiet..waiting for Marko to speak

"I know all of you don't know me yet...but let me introduce myself to you guys..I am Marko Neville; and I promise to all of you...that I'll be fulfilling my job with the best of my abilities"

Woahh..he nailed It!!...he's really good

The employees clapped their hands once again

Marko smiled In return..

"Now...I want to present to all of you the new boss of this company...he was your former CEO...Randell Neville!" I can see that my dad Is very glad..and It makes me happy too

Connor shook my hand " Congratulations bro"

I went up the stage...I am now standing near Marko..and I can feel the tension all over my body

"For some who don't know me yet..I am Randell Neville. I used to be the CEO of this company. And It's been a great honor...knowing that I'm the new boss of this prestigious company. I promise to fulfill my responsibilities whole heartedly.Together, we can make this company one of the best here In New York" As I ended my speech...the employees gave me a standing ovation

I was about to go down the stage; suddenly, Marko whispered something Into my ear

"Don't mess up again"
