Randell's POV
"Here's some halvasi for you and your family as well" I handed the container to Jena
"Thanks" she smiled
"Come, let's eat outside. Besides, we still have one hour remaining for our lunch break" I offered
"Jay, I want to meet your family" she said out of nowhere
"Uhmm." I just scratched my head
"I think it's time that I meet your dad and your brother" She looks serious
"But..you see, I still haven't seen them for a while" I reasoned out
"Why won't you fix your misunderstanding with your dad?. No matter what happens there still your family" She looked at me directly
"How I wish It's easy." I said softly
"Why?. You know what? I can help you." She insisted
"Not now. I'm not still ready to come back to them"
To be honest, I'm not enjoying our conversation right now. We can talk about anything, except for my family.
My family that doesn't love me.
"I just don't want you to regret in the end" She patted my back
"Come, let's go eat now" I changed the topic
"Why are you so mad to youre family?. Do you really hate them that much?" She asked
I didn't answer her questions. I'm trying my best to avoid talking about my family, and she won't just stop asking me questions about them
"Now what?. You're not going to say anything?" She asked impatiently
"Not now, Jena. Please" I emphasized the last word
She shook her head and left the employees room.
Wait. Is she mad?
I want to follow her, but I can't.
I'm afraid that if I follow her, I might tell her the truth.
The truth that concerns my real identity.
The truth that might make her hate me forever.
I rather not tell anything. I don't want to lose her.
I don't know what will happen to me if she goes out of my life.
I love you Jena.
