Okay, so I gave a hint in the last chapter.. So, don't worry if you don't catch on to it because you won't.
You won't truly know what's going on until the sequel. That hint is like a sneak peek into the sequel. So, don't trip.
Katelyn Pov
"Come on, baby... I'm taking you somewhere special tonight."
I explain, as he begins to pout.
"But, Kate... Linn.. We just got back.. Back home."
He complains.
"Come on! It'll be fun!"
I exclaim. Tonight, I'm taking him to the beach. I don't know why I want to do it now, but I just do.
I tell him to get dressed again, so that he'll be more comfortable. I just want to see his face, his reaction when he sees the beach for the first time. I've only been there once, but I do know that it's peaceful, and just plain beautiful to watch as the sun sets.
I want him to hold me as we sit in on the crumbling sand. I want him to feel how squishy the sand feels between his toes.
He's just so special to me... He's more than special.. He's my life. He's the reason I live. He's withheld my heart, and I just don't see him giving it up anytime soon... Or anytime at all.
As I change, I make sure to place my swimsuit underneath my clothes.
Seeing Christopher walk into view, I grab my keys and walk out the door.
