My name is (F/N) (L/N). When I was little, I had an imaginary friend. When I grew up, he came back. He calls himself the Doctor, and he has a blue box called the TARDIS that can travel through all of time and space. I ran away with him, and we've been running ever since.

(~The Doctor's POV~)

As these annoying daleks in front of us chanted loudly the news that I was there, other daleks heard and came to see if this was true. I glared at all of them that came in, with their gold armor and plunger and whisk hands that I recognized all too well. Of all of my encounters with daleks in the past, I wondered how long it would take before I never saw them again. I feared that day would never come. Eventually, the whole room was packed with daleks, as many that could fit into the room. Both (F/N) and I were cornered in the far back of the room, and I could see that there were still daleks outside of the room that couldn't fit inside with the rest.

After a few moments of loud, constant, and annoyingly not in unison chanting, it all stopped at the loud and deeper voice of a dalek far back outside of the room yelling "silence!". In a slow formation, all of the daleks left the room. In replacement, a black and slightly larger dalek came into the room. "Are you the Doctor?" The dalek asked, moving closer to us until it was only a few yards away.

I nodded slowly, knowing there was nothing I could do to get (F/N) and I away from this. I wished I would have left her on the TARDIS so she wasn't in so much danger. "Whatever you've got planned, forget it. I'm the Doctor. I'm 1200 years old. I'm from the planet Gallifrey in the constellation of Kasterborous. I'm the Oncoming Storm, the Bringer of Darkness, and you are only a dalek. I have defeated many daleks before, and I promise that you will be no different than the others before you."

Out of the corner of my eye, I could see (F/N) looking up at me. She seemed surprised, but also a bit impressed. In contrast, the dalek didn't seem affected at all by what I said. "You will come with me, Doctor and his companion, and our overlord Davros will decode what to do with you." I took a deep breath and held (F/N)'s hand, just in case she was afraid and so that she would be close to me at all times. A few daleks came in and escorted us out of the room, and I grasped her hand a little tighter as we began to walk with them. Knowing how unmerciful the daleks were.... I was terribly afraid of losing the most beautiful thing in the universe, who was walking right beside me.

(~Your POV~)

We were led to a large control room, where there were only a few daleks in front of screens, switches, and buttons. I wondered how they would be able to use some of these controls due to their strange plumber and whisk looking arms. The daleks weren't what I imagined them to be, from how the Doctor described them. They looked harmless, and they moved very slowly, but I didn't say anything because I knew that the Doctor was smart. If these things were harmless, we would have been out of there already, or they would've all been destroyed by now. But that didn't keep me from being curious about what sort of power they possessed to be able to destroy almost an entire race.

When the daleks beside us halted, we did as well. I watched as the large black dalek kept moving forwards towards the large screen on a wall in the room, then stopped not too far ahead of us. "Call Davros." It ordered, and after a moment of staring at the blank screen, a picture finally came up. A man, if I could even call him that, was shown on the screen. His skin was wrinkly and yellow and drooping under his eyes-though he didn't seem to have any eyes. He had a small blue glowing light in the middle of his forehead and cables attached to his head.

I looked up at the Doctor curiously, to see his reaction to this, and he was glaring at the screen. I don't know why, but I always found his angry face adorable. Though, I was more drawn to the strange alien man on the screen, and I looked back at it as 'Davros' began to speak.

"Well, the Doctor has finally come to surrender to the daleks.... I never thought I would see the day." Davros spoke in a robotized, though scratchy voice. He both looked and sounded old. "And who is that with you? A new companion?" He asked, and I could feel the Doctor pull me a little closer to him.

Then something surprising happened; he let go of my hand. "Yes, she is my companion, nothing more." I heard this and looked up at him. For a moment, I was surprised, shocked, and hurt that he would say this. I then realized.... He was only trying to protect me. If the daleks knew that I meant something to him, they would use me against him. I looked back at Davros, my heart pounding at the suspense I was experiencing. I hadn't ever been in such a situation, and it was very nerve-racking, but somehow I felt excitement as well.

The Doctor stepped forwards, clapping his hands together. He seemed happy and excited suddenly, and I could tell that he was about to ramble on and show off. I couldn't help but smile a little. "Well! Well, well, well... What are the daleks doing here? On planet Earth, millions of years before humans roamed, what's the point? Your goal was always to rule the human race, so what are you doing here now?"

"That goal has not changed. We are to rule the earth, starting far back so we have permanent domination over everything that lives and will live on Earth." Davros stated. "Beware, Doctor, and do not underestimate us. Time can be rewritten. Show them." I looked at the dalek leader, confused. Suddenly I heard a loud noise above me, and I looked up. My eyes widened as a part of the roof opened up in a spiral, showing us what was above the base. I saw hundreds of futuristic ships, golden and black flying saucers hovering high above us in the sky. Looking over towards the Doctor, I realized he wasn't beside me anymore.

Right after me, the daleks noticed that the Doctor was no longer right beside me. I then heard a loud and happy laugh coming from the very large control panel on an elevated platform in the room. "You should really watch where you put your self destruct button, it makes it pretty obvious when it's big and red!" He slammed his hand down on the button, red lights beginning to flash, illuminating the room with color.

The daleks began firing beams out of their whisk hands, and the Doctor ducked in time to avoid them. There was another control panel between us and the Doctor now, which was his shield from the daleks' beams. There were red lights blinking in the background of where Davros was as well, and he was looking around. "What happened?! Where is the Doctor?!" Davros exclaimed angrily, and shut off the video chat, making the screen go blank.

I gasped in surprise as I suddenly felt a hand grasp mine and pull me along. "Don't delay, just run!!" I heard the Doctor yell from beside me. I smiled brightly and the daleks began firing at us, causing me to yelp in surprise and duck my head. We ran, turning the corner and heading out the way we came in. When I tried to open the door but couldn't, I panicked. I sighed in relief as the Doctor took out his sonic screwdriver and unlocked it.

We ran out into the TARDIS and he immediately began to flip switches and do whatever he had to do to get us out of there. He turned on a setting that made the TARDIS invisible and we flew off into the sky. Out of the- well, I guess you could consider it a security camera, the small screen that allows us to see outside of the TARDIS while we're inside of it. I looked at this screen and saw all of the dalek ships, and small explosions could be seen on them. Smoke ejected from the tops, and some of them tipped to one side before beginning to plunge down towards Earth.

My eyes widened. "Doctor.... The ships. They're plunging towards Earth." I said, and looked over towards him. He sighed softly. "Another part of history that everyone messed up on... The dinosaurs weren't killed by an asteroid, (F/N). They were killed by dalek ships crashing into the Earth." I was shocked by this, and I looked back at the screen. "Oh my god..." I said, then couldn't help but laugh. "I can't imagine what anyone at home would say if I told them that! They'd think I'm insane!" I laughed loudly and the Doctor turned his head and looked at me with a smile. He then stepped down and walked towards me, taking both of my hands in his.

"You're very happy.... But are you sure you're alright? After all, we were just captured and shot at by the most dangerous species ever." He said, looking down at me with a warm, gentle, and comforting smile. I couldn't help but smile back at him. "Yes, I'm perfectly fine. That was honestly pretty exciting. And now their race is gone... Aren't you happy too?" He sighed softly. "I know you heard me mention.... I've defeated the daleks before, many times. They're sure to come back sometime in my future."

I looked at him with a bit of concern and sadness, before smiling a little. "Then I guess we'll just have to kick their arses again, won't we?" A bright smile grew on his face, and I couldn't help but smile brightly in return. He held my cheek with one of his hands, looking down at me happily. "Oh, (F/N).... You are surely one of the best things to ever come into my life." He said, leaning down and kissing me softly.

Hello everyone! Not quite sure how long it's been since I last updated, but I'm really proud of this chapter! It took me quite a while to write this out, I was taking all of my free time in school to write this chapter. Overall, it took me a few hours. And I'm writing this before I edit it, so.... I have even more to do. XD I've been watching more Doctor Who lately, it's another form of inspiration. It also gets me into character. Although.... I watch Doctor Who on Netflix, and it's being taken off in a few days! I'm so sad! Although, I need to catch up on the new series on television. I haven't recorded them, though, so I don't now how I'm going to watch those. But, enough of my rambling, how have you guys been? And how did you like this chapter? Please tell me in the comments, and make sure to vote for this story and share with your friends! Last time I checked, I had 20.8K views, 1K votes, and 406 comments. Do you have any idea how insane that is?!?! I'm so happy that this story is so successful! But for it to continue to be tat way, I need you to tell me what you want to happen. I won't keep this as long as it usually is, so goodbye, and I'm off to editing! Thanks, Lovelies!! ^.^
