Grimm Foxy is like a Jack O'Foxy. He was created for the Halloween DLC for Help Wanted, "Curse of DreadBear." He is similar to Nightmare Foxy, he has a giant scythe as a hook and is on fire, he appears very similar to the Jack O' Animatronics but much more scarier.

Grimm Foxy appears when you lose a minigame. The screen will say, "don't look behind you" and when you do, he will be there behind a gate, scrapping his hook against the wall.

Grimm Foxy appears in the Princess Quest 3 minigame. When you go into one of the doors, you will arrive in a maze where you have to get the treasure chest in the middle, and he will try to attack you. This section is similar to the maze from Help Wanted.
