Valentina and have been dating for a month. A whole entire month.
I didn't see her today because I left school before I had English, I left during maths but by the time therapy was over and we got ice cream, school was over.
I'm planning on giving her, her gift tomorrow.
Since we got home Kinsley has been playing in the playroom for a bit while Colton makes dinner and I try catch up on my missed work and study for Wednesday.
I have the stupid make up test in English.
I'm sitting in the kitchen because I know for a fact that if I'm upstairs in my room, I'd be lying on my bed watching Netflix or reading instead.
"How'd you find therapy Letty?" Colton asks from the stove while I sit at the table.
"It was okay, definitely something." I said as I continued to write.
"Do you think you'll continue or do you not want to?"
"I think I'd like to go again. She made talking really easy. I felt like I could confidently open up, and that isn't something I find easy to do." I said as I put my pen down.
"I'm glad, really glad." He smiled at me. "I think we should talk about something. A call I got." Colton washed his hands and came to sit down with me.
"Okay." I closed my stuff and put it to the side.
I know well enough that when Colton sits down in front of us to have a talk, it's generally a much bigger conversation.
"About your dad." He took a deep breath and I let out a sigh.
"He's coming back in a weeks. I haven't seen him Letty. I don't know how he's holding up. And to be honest, from the things you've said to me and Kinsley today, I'm considering not leaving just yet." He said.
"But you have a family?" I raised an eyebrow at him as he talked.
"Remember what I said, you two are my family. What happens outside these four walls is not for you to worry about." He said
"But Aaron—"
"Is staying with his mom when he's not at boardings school."
"And your wife—"
"And I are divorced. We have been for the last year. We're still good friends but there isn't a relationship there. And again I say, whatever is going on with me outside these four walls is not for you to worry about." He said reassuring me.
It makes sense now why he never goes home on holidays, never talks about his home life, he tells stories but very vaguely. It makes sense.
"So you're staying?" I question.
"Just to see if I can see you'll both be fine with him. And he is better." He says softly.
"Okay. Well we have the rest of January to enjoy without a worry right." I said with a smile.
He's only coming back at the end of January which means that there's three weeks left of a stress free life. Nothing to worry about for now. Time to find that new thing to do.
"In a week he'll be home. I got a call about it earlier when you girls were both in therapy." He said softly.
I hadn't anticipated this. I prepared for end of January. Not a week from now. I felt my ears start ringing, and a thump in my chest, it was louder in my ears.
"He's coming back at the end of January." I swallowed hard and shook my head to myself.
"I'm sorry I didn't tell you earlier, kiddo. You just seemed so light after you walked out of that room and telling you this felt like I'd set you ten steps back after you just walked twenty. I'm sorry." He said in a soft voice and placed a hand over mine in a soothing manner.
My ears are ringing at the sound of the news, my chest is beating but it sounds amplified in my ears. Everything was small and air was tight.
I wasn't ready. I don't want him home. I'm not ready.
"Hey, hey, Letty, breathe. I'm here, breathe." Colton took my hand off my chest and held it in his.
"I'm not ready." I said smaller than I'd like to.
"It's okay, name five things you can see. Breathe." He said softly still holding my hand.
I named five things, the lights, the windows, the table, my pen and kitchen towel on his shoulder.
"Good, good. Breathe with me, in for four and out for four." I copied his actions and it felt better.
I regained my normal breathing pattern as he moved to hug me close.
I'm not ready for him to be home. I don't want him here. That's the end of it. I don't want him here. I'd lose everything. Valentina, Colton, Zoë and Birdie too. Even if Birdie has been my best friend for so long, I wouldn't dare tell her what he does.
I'd lose everything and everyone.
"I'll only leave if you feel comfortable with him. Remember that." He said softly.
"I know." I said in return.
"Do you want to stay for dinner or do you want to go see Valentina?" He asked as he stood up and went back to the stove.
To be honest, I knew I should stay but I wanted to see Valentina. Just to be held by her for a bit. Forget this a little.
"I think I'll go see Val." I stand and he nodded as I packed up my stuff.
I said goodbye and headed out the door. I didn't take anything other than my backpack. No charger, no coat, no clothes or pyjamas for tonight and tomorrow. A stupid move but I felt like I still needed air. I needed to forget for a bit.
I wasn't ready and it was unexpected to hear. It's not Colton's fault that he heard the news while I was in the room. He didn't even choose a bad time to tell me. I was just so unprepared.
I drove with the windows down and let the cold air hit my face. It was nice. Refreshing, like a glass of ice cold water in summer.
I parked in her driveway and took my phone and got out after closing all the windows.
I know her door is always unlocked unless for when she goes to bed so I just walked in.
"Val." I called from her entrance hall way.
No answer.
I walked through her house but she was nowhere to be found. Artemis was in the lounge so I said hi to him before heading upstairs.
I heard her shower running and decided I'd just go in. Not a smart idea, but I didn't really care.
I closed her bedroom door behind and took all my clothes off and tossed them somewhere in the room.
Quietly opened the bathroom door and walked into it. Sliding the shower door open and stepped in.
"What the— Jesus Christ you scared me." She said as I stepped in.
"I'm sorry, I just...I wanted to see you." I said as my eyes caressed her glistening body.
"Come here, you should've texted me." She slid her arms around me.
"I made a rash decision and came here. No thinking needed." I said as my arms slid around her neck.
"You're here now." She placed a kiss on my lips and I deepened it.
My tongue ran across the bottom of her lip asking for entrance but when she gripped and pulled me closer I gasped causing her tongue to slide into my mouth instead.
I could feel her smirk into the kiss as her knee moved between my legs to spread them apart as she moved to kiss along my neck.
"I think I'll need more." I whispered to her.
"There'll be more baby." She kissed along my neck sucking and biting where she could.
Her knee moved further into me and it felt good. I leaned up so I was on her thigh. Her hands grabbed my waist to stabilise me as I rode back and forth on her thigh.
Soft moans fell from my mouth as her lips latched to neck sucking and biting leaving small marks as I moved back and forth on her thigh.
"Fuck." I moaned out and moved.
"You're doing so well, darling." She said into my ear that made me pick up my pace.
I moved back and forth, grinding into her thigh letting the feeling of pleasure course through me.
"Fuck Val, it feels so good." I moaned out softly.
She pulled back from my neck and watched me as I ride her thigh like she was in a trance. Just like she had the first time.
I held her tighter as her overwhelming feeling of pleasure took over me and I grew close to my climax.
"I—I'm gonna come." I said in a whimper and moan all together.
Her thigh pulled back and her hands gripped my waist as I jolted up at her.

"Turn around. Hands on the wall." She said turning me around.
I smirked and put my hands on the wall. Her knee slid between my legs drifting them further apart.
Her two fingers ran along my hot and wet slit before she pressed her palm to my entrance. I let out a moan.
"I haven't even touched you yet." She snickered.
"Be a big girl and give me a reason to moan then." I said before I could even think.
I just realised, I'm either not walking tomorrow without help or would have to take ibuprofen for the rest of my life.
She laid a kiss to the back of my neck. "Alright then." She whispered and I could tell she was smirking.
She pushed two fingers inside of me, hard making me gasp but also moan loudly.
Her fingers moved in and out of me fast making let out loud moans and whimpers. Her past e was fast yet not too fast and just perfect. She slammed her fingers into me three times and then stroked perfectly for a few seconds, a rhythm i didn't even know I liked.
She held onto me firmly because I could feel my knees were going to give out soon. She began curling perfectly inside me. And my fingers were turning white from gripping the shower wall.
"Val I'm gonna come, fuck." I moaned out.
"Not yet. Not until I say so." She said.
"I can't." I whimpered as my legs shook.
"You can. Be a good girl and hold it. No coming." She whispered into my ear only making it harder.
"Okay." I whimpered as I grew quiet trying not to release the built up pleasure she caused inside me.
She curled a few more times in me and I couldn't help but let out whimpers and moans.
"Now, be a good girl and come for me." She said pressing a kiss to my neck.
I finally let go of the release she'd built up and came all over her fingers but she didn't stop her curling pattern. I was going to come again.
"One more time baby, I've got you." She said and I was already going to come.
"Fuck I'm coming again." I moaned loudly to her and had to reach over to her hand inside of me and pull it out as I came.
She held me firmly as I came and a stream of liquid came out of me. My legs shook as I shut them and leaned into Valentina.
"You're okay, I've got you baby." She kissed me softly.
"I know." I shut my eyes and came down from my intense high. "What was that?" I asked as I leaned my head back in her shoulders.
"What?" She asked softly as she adjusted the temperature of the shower water.
"Did I piss?" She laughed a little at me.
"I made you squirt darling." She kissed my neck again.
I looked blank for a second before a smirk appeared on my face. "Really?" I asked with a smirk.
"You told me to be a big girl and give you a reason." She smirked back at me.
"Whatever." I tried to lean out of her grip but realised my knees had officially given up on me.
"I've got you baby." She said as I stumbled back into her arms. "Let me help you shower yeah." She said and I nodded.
After twenty minutes we finally got out and my knees had somehow regained some strength. Val I went out before Val and just sat on her bed wrapped in a towel for a minute.
Next week, everything changes. Maybe for the better, likely for the worse.
I don't know that for sure but I have a pit in my stomach, like something is going to go beyond wrong.
"What's on your mind love?" She asked as she walked out of the bathroom.
"Nothing." I shook my head.
"Don't lie to me. Not again." she stood firmly in front of me.
I took a deep breath. "My dad is coming back next week." I sighed.
"I thought it was at the end of the month?"
"Me too, but I found out earlier, it was next week." She took me into her arms and just held me close for a moment before she spoke.
"That's okay, I'll be here if you need me baby. Both you and Kinsley." She kissed me softly and then I leaned my head on her shoulder.
"Is your bed warm?" I asked her just wanting to lie in bed for a moment with her.
"You didn't text me, I couldn't put the blanket on." She said
"Can I turn it on."
"Of course, I'm gonna grab us some clothes." She stood up and headed into her wardrobe and grabbed us some warm clothes. She opted for shorts but I couldn't, I was freezing.
We got dressed and then she blow dried my hair for me while her remained wet. And in that space of time I told her about how I ended up here and she was sure that she needed to make me dinner even if I didn't want any.
"No you have to eat, I've got something simple you can eat or we can order in." She said putting things away.
"Im not hungry though."
"But I am, so we'll eat together." She took my hand.
"I thought you said you already ate?" I smiled at her.
"I'm hungry again." She said with a smile before she kissed my lips and took us both downstairs.
