Short Bio:
Phantom Chica isn't a physical animatronic. She is a hallucination of the night guard caused by the ventilation in the attraction. She is a ghostly version of Chica, she is green with dark eyes and looks like she was burned. She was revealed in a teaser for the game with the words, "It's all in your mind" alongside Foxy. She along with Phantom Puppet seem to be Scott's least favorites as she only ever appeared once. Weirdly, even though she looks like FNAF 1 Chica, she looks bigger.

Phantom Chica, like the other phantoms, is a secret character. Her face will randomly appear on an arcade machine on Camera 7, and if you encounter it, that means the next time you put down your monitor, and look to the door, she will come in and jumpscare you, causing you to black out temporarily and cause ventilation problems. She and the other phantoms cannot kill the night guard. There seems to be no way to avoid her unlike the others.
