Short Bio:
Phantom Foxy isn't a physical animatronic. He is a hallucination of the night guard caused by the ventilation in the attraction. He is a ghostly version of Withered Foxy, he is green with dark eyes and looks like he was burned, this time around he's missing his hook arm. Interestingly, Foxy's hook arm appears in the trash can, which is possibly why the nightguard's hallucination of him has his with no arm. Phantom Foxy was revealed in a teaser for FNAF 3, alongside Phantom Chica with the words, "it's all in your mind."

FNAF 3:
Phantom Foxy is random in this game. He will appear on Night 3, and will surprise you. When you turn to the left, he will sometimes be standing near the toy animatronic trash can and then attack without warning. On other instances however, he will still appear, but just...stand there. Which is how he's mostly suppose to work. You have to look away from him, which could cause problems if you need to reboot things, and wait for him to leave, or else he will attack and jumpscare you, causing you to black out temporarily and cause ventilation problems. He and the other phantoms cannot kill the night guard.
