Shield jet, on it's way to
New York
Y/n pov:
We're all on our way to New York, all except Tony. He's gonna get there directly.
I'm sat in one of the seats wrapping my hands in case it's not needed that I shift but still need to fight.
Suddenly someone kneels in front of me making me stop my movements and look up seeing a pair of green eyes looking back in mine.
She gives me a smile taking one of my hands and helping me out.
"You were doing it wrong"
"That's not true"
She shakes her head smirking.
"It is. You're still not capable of wrapping up your own hands"
I roll my eyes and just lay against the jet wall behind me
"Or maybe you just wanted an excuse to take my hand in yours"
"You wish"
"I do..."
After I say this she looks up at me. We stare at each other for a few seconds before she goes to respond, but just then Steve speaks up.
"We're landing in a minute. Get prepared"
Hearing this she shuts her mouth finishing wrapping my hands and walks away.
"Good timing icecube"
Steve looks at me confused and I just shake my head and close my eyes waiting to land...
A few minutes later
We're now at... I don't know where I just know it's a rich place. Actually, outside a rich place.
There is the Loki guy, trying to make everyone kneel before him but an old man is giving him problems.
We're all positioned in different places so everyone has a way to put things under control.
When Loki trays to strike the poor man, Cap jumps Infront of him with his shield, protecting him from the blue ray.
"You know, the last time I was in Germany and saw a man standing above everybody else, we ended up disagreeing"
Old icecube knows how to make an entrance.
"Get ready to strike Shadow. It's your time to shine"
Hearing this in the earpiece I smirk and shift in my wolf form.
"The soldier. The man out of time."
"I'm not the one who's out of time"
At this Natasha lowers the jet and points the cannon at Loki.
"Loki drop the weapon and stand down"
Meanwhile I move behind Loki, without him seeing me, to intercept any kind of escape plan.
When he tries to strike the jet with the blue ray, Cap throws the shield at him and the crowd moves exposing me.
Cap tried to punch him but it didn't work and Loki pushed him away easily. Seeing this I run towards him and tackle him down positioning myself on top of him to trap him. I'm growling at his face but he smirks and throws my body out of the way and on the ground.
I have to say I underestimated this guy.
I get up again and lounge at him but before I get to take him down again Tony blasts him out of the way, making me stop abruptly and roll on the ground.
"HEY! I HAD HIM"
"Sure you did. Now sit like a good dog and let the grown ups handle this"
Tony says sarcastically and I glare at him.
Now me, Cap and Tony are standing in front of the Loki guy making him lower every weapon.
"Good move"
"If he tries anything I'mma rip his head off"
"You did a good job kid now let's move on"
"Stop treating me like a child. I'm nineteen!"
They both snicker at this and get Loki to take him in the jet.
"You're just both old, that's why you're laughing"
I roll my eyes and get in the jet sitting myself Infront of Loki.
While Tony and icecube have their own conversation I keep staring Loki down.
"Need anything... Dog?"
"I'm not a dog"
"I know but it infuriates you. I'm curious how can you talk?"
He leans his body towards me with that stupid smirk on his face.
"How can you not shut up?"
"Don't be disrespectful now"
"Why? Cause you think you're a God?"
"I am a God"
"And I'm a ballerina"
"I'm serious!"
"I know but it infuriates you"
When I say this he laughs and turns to the others who were looking at our interaction.
"I like this one"
"Too bad I like women, sorry buddy"
"Anyone in particular?"
"As if I would tell you"
"Oh, so there is one. Good to know"
He smirks and I roll my eyes. Feeling the mood actually being quite calm, I shift back into human.
"May I ask your name shifter?"
"May I tell you to shut up holy piece of shit?"
"Whoa, that hurt my feelings"
"At least I said holy"
We both laugh and I have a weird familiar sensation. Not a bad one but I can't put my finger on it.
"Y/n! Stop familiarizing with the enemy"
"Come on, he's funny"
"Thank you wolf"
"He killed eighty people!"
"I know but it's not like I'll take him out of jail because he's funny"
"I agree with them"
"Thanks Tony"
"Of course you do"
I laugh and get up walking towards Natasha, who's sitting at the pilot seat.
"What's wrong? You're tense"
"I'm always tense"
I chuckle and put my hands on her shoulders.
"You want company while driving this thing?"
"If you don't mind. Maybe you prefer being with your new friend"
"Come on now. Be nice. Not to him but to me at least"
"When am I not nice to you?"
I give her a look that says everything I need to say.
"Teasing you doesn't count"
"Oh it does darling. It does"
She blushes and looks away, hiding her face to me. At this I laugh and walk back to sit in front of Loki that's giving me a smirk.
"What Stickman?"
"Is she the girl?"
"I don't know what you're talking about"
He laughs as I turn away to not look at him.
"Why are you a piece of shit exactly?"
"As if I'm gonna tell you"
"Fair enough..."
We stay silent for a few before he talks again.
"Now I know your name"
"As if that's relevant"
"You look familiar, you know?"
I look at him confused and I see Tony listening in the corner.
"I think you will find out more about yourself than you think"
"And what should that mean?"
"You have great powers Y/n, but I'm not gonna say anything more. You have to find out yourself... Hati"
