"Damn that boy!" Alice yelled going to her way to the car. 'Granny, this marriage and feeling is not made for this grandson of yours,'" she mimicked exactly his words in his tone with frowning face. "Everything will be known once when she will get married to another man in front of his eyes, then I will see him and his words," She muttered sitting on the car, and looked at Edward who was tapping his fingers on the steering wheel looking lost in his thoughts as he didn't noticed her presence near him.
"Edward, he's fine!" She said seeing him distressed.
He nodded his head still tapping his fingers on the wheel.
She continued looking at him, "But you made the right decision to bring me here as he really needed someone."
"I know, mom," He said igniting the car engine.
"What were you thinking now?"
"Mom, I saw my son's eyes moist today for the first time since he grew up," He said looking at her.
"I felt that I should be with him, but since few days our relationship is not the same like before and I can't bring Meera here as I don't want she knows that Ernest has come to know everything which she was hiding for years that's why I brought you here with me."
"Don't worry. He is alright now!" She patted on his shoulder.
"Mom, you were right," he added, looking straight towards the road.
"I already know, " she said nonchalantly and took out her ear pods from her luxurious clutch.
"Won't you ask on what matter?" he asked looking at her.
"I am always right on every matter." she said with smirk on her face. "So what matter should I ask?"
"I have decided that after Ernest will come back to India. I will announce his engagement."
"What?" Alice looked at him with wide eyes, dropping her ear-pods which she was about to open it before. "With whom are you planning to get him engaged?"
"Ava, daughter of Duke Morris who is completing her internship at Ryan's hospital. She will be a right choice for him."
"Damn Edward! have you lost your mind?" She yelled looking at him abruptly.
"Why?... Mom?" He asked stopping his car.
"Edward, as far as I know she likes Ryan and who did put about her in your head?" she asked looking at him who was looking straight at the road with expressionless face.
"...Don't tell me Lucas or Marco told you something about her?"
"Mom," He looked at her, "Morris himself came over to Lucas's house today for this proposal."
"Whew..." She sat comfortably on the seat and looked ahead. "Morris has lost his mind somewhere like you. He didn't even know her daughter likes Ryan nor Ernest" She said and picked her ear-pods.
"So should I talk to Ryan about her?"
"Of course, you have to convince Ryan as Ava is really a nice girl and as for duke I'll see him," She said engrossing in her phone as she was connecting her ear pods with bluetooth.
"But Mom...Ernest?"
"Edward leave him for now. He is not ready for the marriage," She said looking at him.
He nodded looking at her and started the car again towards his way.

It was 6 in the morning and Ruhi was pacing around her room since night, she was getting very tense for Reema and thinking that she would have to betray Davis for Reema, but her heart was not testifying for this.
Apart from this, she had no other choice as she was afraid that bindu might stop Reema's treatment and if she also refused Meera, then her choti maa... What will happen to her? Her heart was breaking at the thought of this.
So she decided that she would get Davis's signature at any cost but she would avoid giving those papers to Bindu as long as possible.
But now the question is how will she get Davis's signature when he is not even here.
Thinking this, she searched her phone and found that her phone was on silent mode and that Davis and Noah had several missed calls in her phone, and then she read the message of kavya...
"Ruhi I am always with you. I know that my Ruh is very strong. Whatever you have decided I am with you but I will say one more time please think once more for me...Please!!!"
A tear rolled down from her eyes reading her message.She clenched her phone, "Kavya, I don't want but my life is not in my hands anymore because here everyone is taking decisions of my life themselves and imposing their decisions on me. I am being blackmailed because of my choti maa as she is my weakness and I am doing this marriage and the signature both because of her only. For which maybe Ganpati Bappa and Chhoti Ma will never forgive me."
Davis sir... when he will come to know about this. I don't know what will he do with me. Maybe that day will be my last day and Perhaps he won't wanted to see my face ever. " She wiped her tears and took deep breathe and continued, "But I will do this for my choti ma. First of all, I have to rejoin the office and ask Noah Bro about Davis Sir, when will he come to India. Because I do not have the courage to call him myself and ask when he will come here but I have to get his signature at any cost."
Thinking this, she frantically made call to Davies instead of Noah.
"Ring ring"
There, Ernest was sleeping on the couch holding pillow. His phone was continuously ringing on the table.
While closing his eyes, he picked his phone and kept on his ears, and going to shouted on that person but got stopped hearing her soft voice.
"Hello..."
Hearing her voice, his eyes got opened and he sat on the couch blinking his eyes, keeping phone on his ear, and looked at the wall clock on the front wall.
"2 o'clock"
"Hello," He whispered still looking at the wall clock.
Hearing his deep voice, she looked at her phone and saw his name on the phone call. Her heart started racing and she hurriedly disconnected the call in flex.
When he heard bip sound, he looked at his phone for while and thought what's wrong with her as why did she called him this time and if she called him so why did she disconnected the call suddenly after hearing his voice?
He made call to her to know the reasons, but there Ruhi was trembling in fear that how did she call him instead of Noah.
Seeing his name on her phone, she picked it without delaying as she knew about anger and whispered with very low voice, "He..llo.."
"Hello, Ruhi. Are you alright?" He asked in his deep husky voice. But concern for her could be seen in his voice.
"Ye.. Yes sir... I am alright." She said holding the chair of her study table while looking down.
"Okay!" He stood up and moved towards the balcony, "Tell me why did you call me at late night?"
"Woh..."
"Yes?"
"Woh..."
"Ruh," He gently whispered her name making her gasp, "Any problem?"
She hold her stall near her neck, and licked her lips in nervousness, and asked abruptly, "When are you coming back to India?"
He smiled hearing her and changed his phone location his right ear to the left ear as his hand was paining, "so you are missing me?"
"No.. No..." Words were not coming in her mouth, she looked around and saw stuffed bear on her bed which kavya had given to her on her birthday, "No sir, I am just asking and your dog bruno, he is also here. So..."
"Okay! Bruno is missing me and he would have told you to ask me when I am coming here to pick him. Right?" He asked while smirked.
"Yes!" She replied hurriedly and realised what did he speak to her and shook her head in no while saying, "No... Woh I am just asking..." She started stuttering in nervousness.
Ernest can felt her nervousness on the phone. He continued to calm her, "Ruhi, calm down. You can call me anytime because have the right on me as you are my special friend. Remember?"
She felt happiness hearing right word from his mouth but the next moment hearing friend word she felt some uneasiness in her heart which she didn't know why she felt that whenever he says friend word to her.
"Ruhi, are you hearing me?" He asked when he was continuously calling her name but she was not responding.
"Yes... Sir. I am hearing you."
"Ok, I will come there till late night... After all my business partner and family friend Siddharth's engagement is tomorrow. So I will attend his engagement."
She hummed, "Sir, I want to ask you something else too?"
"Yes?"
"Sir, can I rejoin your office from today?"
His brows furrowed, "Won't you join your college?"
"No sir. Actually my college has still not opened yet."
"Okay. I don't have any problem if you want to join again as you are my hardworking and loyal employee." He said with proud smile on his face.
"Loyal," she whispered softly and a tear rolled down from her eyes.
She looked at those papers which she was now holding in her hands but Ernest didn't hear her.
"Ruhi, how are you feeling now as you are suffering from fever that's why you were not picking anybody's call?"
"Now, I am fine sir. " She replied while wiping her tear.
"Great, take rest today and you can join from tomorrow and Welcome back."
"Thank you, sir." She smiled.
"Take care of yourself, bye. " He said and disconnected the call while Ruhi was still staring at those papers which were going to change her life ahead.

Bindu's Room
Sarees and jewelry were spread on her bed and she was trying each and every piece of jewelry on herself while whispering some songs with wide smile on her face.
"Even today, looking at these clothes, jewelry and luxury, I cannot believe that all this is mine, " she said when she was trying a expensive necklace around her neck.
Meanwhile, she heard someone's voice behind her, "your thinking has not changed at all, you still have the same middle class thinking. Mrs. Bindu pratap!"
She turned towards that person, and continued with evil smirk on her face, "Don't forget that you are also getting married to a middle class girl, Mr. Abhimanyu pratap Rathore."
"What Do You Mean?" He emphasized each words coming towards her.
While she was shocked as he didn't know anything about Ruhi and her family's background.
