A WEEK AGO...
"Muzan's blood act like a poison.. There's gotta be an antidote here for that." Y/n was looking through the notes written by Shinobu. Searching for the antidote in case he got injected by Muzan.
Kanzaburo watches him work himself. "Quirk?"
Y/n glance at Kanzaburo and shook his head. "I'm not sure if my Quirk could decompose Muzan's cells.. I'm not risking it. I need to make an antidote."
Y/n leans back on his chair and stretch his arms out.
"Y/n.."
"Hmm?" Y/n looks at him. "Is there something wrong, Kanzaburo?"
The crow was silent for moment as he stares at Y/n. "They.. would be.. proud of you..."
"Who?"
"You're mother.. and father... They are proud... You've grown well.." Kanzaburo said.
Y/n was surprised by this. He turn his head and looks at the photo frame haning on the wall. It was a photo of his parents. His mom was carrying him when he was an infant. Of course, Kanzaburo is there, resting on his father's shoulder.
"I'm not really sure if I'll survive this fight or not... But if I did die-"
"Live.."
"Huh?" Y/n glance at Kanzaburo, confused. "Kanzaburo.."
"You.. must live.. on... Live your life.. in a world... without evil Demons..."

PRESENT
Over at the fight, Y/n and Michikatsu battle Muzan at close quarters. Y/n had switched his attacks with Breath of Sun.
"Sun Breathing, Solar Heat Haze!"
Y/n charges forward, attacking Muzan with a haze covered slash.
"Moon Breathing, First Form: Dark Moon, Evening Palace."
Michikatsu follows it with a singular slash, along with crescent blades.
Muzan regenerates his wounds while deflecting a the crescent blades with no difficulty. He fights back by releasing an insane flesh tendrils.
Michikatsu cuts through it but Muzan's arm tendril knocks him, and crashed to the wall.
"Michikatsu!" Y/n yells before he jumps away when Muzan was targetting him. "Whoa! Wah!"
Endless attack from Muzan has been keeping Y/n to counter it. He runs around the area, doing nothing else but dodge.
His leg was caught up by Muzan's tendril and begins to swing him around, crashing him to the ground and wall. Muzan tossed Y/n away and falls to the ground.
Y/n groaned as he tries to push himself up. Muzan takes a step forward but soon sprint towards him. Until Muzan noticed a silhouette and looks up.
"Huh?"
"Detroit Smash!!!" Deku unleash an air force from his kick, down towards Muzan. It pushed the demon down to the ground.
Someone jumped in the air and a light charges up on their palms. "Die!!!" Y/n immediately recognizes it as Katsuki blast his explosion firepower at Muzan.
After that, the two of them made it to the ground and Deku rushed towards Y/n, helping him to stand up.
"Please tell me no one else is coming here." Y/n said.
"No. Just us." Izuku replied.
"And that's my second question, why are you two here?" Y/n asked.
"You've been sacrificing yourself to fight these things! Didn't we told you you're not alone on this!" Katsuki answered him. "Now quit it and don't you dare doubt us."
Y/n stares at the two childhood friends for moment. He closed his eyes and takes a deep breath before his gaze turn to Muzan, who was now recovering from Katsuki and Deku's attack.
"Think you two can keep up until dawn?" He asked them, whipping his nichirin blade to remove the blood on it.
"We're not sure. But we'll do everything we can."
With that, the three of them charges and confronts Muzan.
Using One for All, Deku instantly dashed to Muzan's side. He reels his arm and charges it before going for a punch. The Demon king sees this, whipping his tentacles to slice him into pieces.
"Sun Breathing, Waltz!"
A flaming slash cuts all of it. Y/n protected Deku who proceed to send a powerful punch at the demon and sends him flying.
Katsuki leaps onto a tree and extends his hands forward. "AP SHOT AUTO CANNON," He yells, spamming explosive blasts which fly at Muzan, "DIE! DIE! DIE!"
Deku and Y/n were heading towards their enemy but the green haired hero decided to give Y/n a boost.
"Y/n!"
The Tomioka glance at Deku who was in position, clasping his arms to launch him. Y/n understood it and jumps on his arms before getting launched towards Muzan.
While the smokes from Katsuki's blasts begins to dispersed, Muzan turn his attention at Y/n. He swings his arm tendril at him but the swordsman went past through him.
"What?!" Muzan was surprised by this.
"Sun Breathing, Fake Rainbow."
The demon takes a look around to find Y/n until a blade pierced through him from behind.
"Sun Breathing, Sunflower Lance!"
With Muzan being immobilize, crescent moon blades headed towards them and slashes through Muzan.
"Argh!" Muzan turn his head and spotted Michikatsu, rejoining the fight. Y/n lift up his blade with Muzan and toss him away.
The four of them begins to overpower the Demon king. They got each others back to avoid being inject Muzan's poisonous blood. Things are faring and gets hope that they might hold out until dawn.
Somewhere from afar, there was flickering light, shining in the dark and then...
!BANG!
There was a loud gun shot echoed throughout, a unique bullet blitzing so fast, towards the unaware young Tomioka.
"Gahh!!" The bullet strikes Y/n from behind and caused him to gasp. His eyes widened and coughs out blood.
Izuku and Katsuki looks at Y/n's direction, confused.
"Hey! What's wrong!?-" Katsuki was shocked when he saw Y/n's situation.
"Y/n?!!" Izuku yells out.
The swordsman drops down on his knees to the ground. He place a hand down to keep himself up while his head stares on the ground, eyes widened.
'What the... What happened?' He begins to wonder, panickedly. 'Did someone shot me..? Why? W-Who are they?!'
Y/n grunted in pain and search for the person who shot him. As he was doinf so, he tries to heal his wound... However, to his surprise, his regenerative ability is working. It's like the bullet negates it.
'What the- Why can't I regenerate?! What is this bullet-'
"Y/n look out!!!" Izuku warns him.
Y/n snapped back to reality. He looks up and he saw Muzan's tendril arm was coming towards him.
He wasn't able to move out of the way to dodge it, and he got pierce through by the tendril on his shoulder.
"ARGHHH!!!!" Y/n cries out in pain.
Kanzaburo watches in horror as Y/n got stabbed by Muzan's deadly tendril. The Demon king smirk at this and begins to transfer his poisonous cells on Y/n.
"AAAHHHH!!!!" Y/n screams in agony.
The crescent blade cuts off Muzan's arm. This set Y/n free as Muzan's arm dispersed into ashes. However, he suffers from the huge amount of his cells that was injected into him. Y/n falls down on the ground and suffers.
Muzan saw this the opportunity to strike him and used his other arm tendril to slash Y/n.
Katsuki quickly acted as he used his explosion to propel himself towards Y/n and grabs him. He used his explosion again to dodge the tendril while carrying Y/n.
"Hey! Are you okay?" Katsuki looks at Y/n who was in pain, enduring the poison. Katsuki cursed under his breath and looks for a safe area.
Michikatsu takes Muzan into battle to distract him from going after Y/n. While he fights the Demon king, he wonders who shot Y/n and what kind of bullet that negates his regeneration.
"It would seems that kid has more enemies than you thought." Muzan said. "His Quirk is not strong enough yet to destroy my cells. Soon, Tomioka will die."
Hearing that enrages Izuku, "No! He's not going to die! Never!" He yelled at Muzan.
Izuku dashed towards Muzan using One for All at 30%.
"Oh don't worry boy. You will see him soon in the afterlife!" Muzan swung his whips towards Izuku.
While Michikatsu and Izuku fights Muzan, Katsuki had brought Y/n far away from Muzan's range. He lays him on the ground.
"Hey, Y/n!" Katsuki looks at Y/n's condition.
Y/n continues to writhe in pain, grabbing his throat with a tumor malevolently growing on his shoulder. "A-Agh..!! It hurts..!"
His body begins to weaken as a result of the venom he has received from Muzan's fatal attack. Plus, the mysterious gunshot wound that somehow prevents him to heal.
"Dammit! Y/n, do you have any antidote for this?" Katsuki asked.
Y/n shook his head in respond. Unfortunately, he forgot to keep the antidote he created before the mansion exploded.
Before Katsuki could say another word, one of Muzan's tentacle whip was heading towards him. Katsuki quickly dodges it, leaving Y/n alone.
Then Muzan kept striking Katsuki to get him away from Y/n.
"Y/n! You gotta move! Don't just stay there!" Katsuki yelled at him before he propel himself towards Muzan.
Y/n could only watch as Izuku, Katsuki and Michikatsu takes Muzan on. He's frustrated that he's letting them fight his battles. Y/n continues to whimper in agony while trying to use his Quirk to heal.
"Arghh..!!"
Hearing his cry, Kanzaburo remembers the day when the Demons returned and murders everyone in the Demon slayer corps... Including him.

TAISHO ERA...
"Kanzaburo! No!"
The crow lays on the ground after getting hit by one of Akaza's attacks. He's at death's door. Giyuu was trying to get to Kanzaburo, but Akaza prevents him to do so.
Giyuu could only watch his crow slowly dying at the back.
The crow was about lose his life until a pair of hands gently holds him and lift him up.
"Hang in there little one."
Kanzaburo's eyes looks at the person who was carrying him. It was their demon ally, Yushiro.
Yushiro went somewhere to a safer place. He place Kanzaburo down before he takes out syringe.
"This should get you healed.. and possibly give you a long life-span."
The crow's eyes were fueled with hope as Yushiro injects the syringe on him. Then his surroundings begins to blur and hears familiar voices.
"Kanzaburo! Is he alright?" That voice belongs to Giyuu as he immediately rush towards them.
"Don't worry. He's going to be alright." Yushiro said.
"Thank goodness..." Giyuu was relieved to know his crow friend is going to live. "I need to find my wife.. my son.. and the others."
After Giyuu said that, another voice spoke and caught Giyuu's and Yushiro's attention.
"Giyuu.."
"Tanjiro! I'm glad you're alright. Where are the others?"
"They're gone..."
"What...?"
"Kanao.. Nezuko... Zenitsu.. Inosuke.... All of them are gone.."
"What about Shinazugawa.. Uzui.. and Aoi?"
"The demon who can use breathing technique killed them.. Aoi is somewhere in the village.. safe."
Giyuu was shocked to hear that Sanemi is already gone and it somehow felt hopeless for them. Until...
"Papa!"
Giyuu turn his head and sees his 4 year old son.
"Fujihiro! Where's your mother?"
"She was with a man with blonde hair... Mama told me to come find you.. B-But when I left... I heard her screaming.... and mama is..." The child couldn't finish his sentence as he cries.
Giyuu immediately hugs him and comforts him.
"Hey! Those Uppermoons are gonna be here any moment, we have to get away now!" Yushiro warns them. "I can't take your child with me. Those Uppermoons will be able to track me and kill me."
Everything went silent for a while. Tanjiro looks at Giyuu before he takes off his hanafuda earrings and hand it to him.
After taking the earrings, Giyuu crouches down in front of his son and hold his shoulders.
"Son, listen very carefully. I need you to be strong. You must go as far as you can from here and look for your auntie Aoi. I'm sure she's gonna take good care of you." Giyuu place the hanafuda earrings down to his son's palms.
"Hey little one, would you do uncle a favor?"
"S-Sure.."
"You see these earrings? I'm gonna have to need you to pass it down to your children when your time comes."
"W-What about you and Papa? Papa.. are you not coming?"
"Papa and uncle had to stay here for a while and... take care of something."
"No. No.. Papa please.. Don't go.."
"I'm sorry.. You have to live on."
"Please just come with me Papa.. I don't want to lose you..!"
"Papa always love you, Fujihiro.. Don't ever forget it, my son."
"No.. Please.. Please! Papa! Papa!!!"
"Kanzaburo.. Please, watch over my offsprings... And I hope one day, my descendant could save humanity from Muzan."

With that, Kanzaburo did not hesitate as he takes flight while holding the antidote in his talons. He made his way towards Y/n who continues to suffer. Muzan's cells is spreading through his body, killing him slowly and painfully.
Meanwhile, Michikatsu and the two young heroes resolves not to back down and to keep fighting till Y/n recovers.
'They are more resilient than I had expected.' Muzan admitted. He looks at Michikatsu. 'Even if you're the twin brother of that monster, you are nowhere near as strong as him.'
But it became unconcerned to Muzan as it is only a matter of time before his venom kills Y/n, and then the others will follow, long before dawn.
'Struggle as you may, in the end... Human always die.' Muzan smirked.
Until his demonic eyes caught a sight of a crow.
'A crow? What is that its holding? Don't tell me... That's a vial of antidote..!'
Muzan growled before he viciously swipe his tendrils around, hitting Michikatsu, Izuku and Katsuki.
"Ahh!!" Izuku got hit on his back.
"Arghhh! Dammit!" Katsuki's arm got hit as well, almost getting cut off.
'No! They got hit! Muzan's cells is going to kill these two!' Michikatsu thought as he regenerates his wounds and endures the poison.
Y/n is getting weaker and weaker as he vomits out his blood. 'Shit.. I can't... do anything... I'm gonna die.. I'm gonna... die..'
His vision were blurred and darkness starts to take over his vision. He couldn't move at all. However, he soon felt something inject on his neck which caused his to grunt.
Y/n turn his head to his side and his eyes widened. "K..Kanza..buro..?"
Kanzaburo was standing beside him, his beak releases the vial that was injected on Y/n and leans back.
'Wait..
Why are.. you here..?
You have to go... Away...
Kanzaburo..
Before.. Muzan notices you...'
Y/n tries to get those words out. To warn Kanzaburo. Muzan already looked furious and he was heading towards them.
'Kanzaburo..! Get out of here.. Please..!'
However, Kanzaburo stayed beside him, staring into his grandchild's eyes.
"Little Giyuu, live.."
Suddenly, blood splattered on Y/n's face as his tumors and constant pain vanish. He even regains his regenerative ability. Everything happened in an instant. His (E/c) eyes widened at the horrific sight before him.
Y/n couldn't do anything in that moment as he could only watch one of Muzan's spiked arm tendrils had struck on Kanzaburo, swiping him away. Blood scattered as the crow crashed violently to the ground.
"K... Kanzaburo?"
Blood start to leaks out as Kanzaburo now lays on the ground, motionless.
"Tch. I was too late." Muzan cursed himself that he was too late and the antidote had recovered Y/n. "Nevermind. I'll just have to inject him again."
"N-No.. No, no, no, no.." Y/n stands up and hurriedly went to the crow.
Once he reaches him, Y/n falls on his knees as he stares at Kanzaburo. His hands begins to shake and his heart ached. He slowly holds the crow in his hand and lift him.
"No you're not dead.. You're not dead.. Please.. Please.. Kanzaburo.. Please.. Please.. No..! No!" Y/n cries and begged as he cradles the crow's lifeless body in his hands. Refusing to believe everything that happened right now.
He shakingly lift one hand and see Kanzaburo's blood stained on his hand.
He heard a chuckle in his head. "I told you... you will lose something or someone precious to you."
Y/n slowly lift his head. He found himself in different area. He's inside of his subconscious realm and face-to-face with his demon, Akujin.
"Why are you crying? This is your doing. You refuse to use your own Quirk properly. Now, look at you. Unable to fight your own battles. Protect your love ones." Akujin looks over in the distance with a smile on her face. "In the end, everybody loses."
"..."
"See what happens when you refuse, when you still hold back."
Y/n looks down at Kanzaburo. His hands were trembling as he remember how he lost his mother, and his father. Tears continue to fall from his eyes.
"This will go on if you still hold back." Akujin turn her head and looks down at Y/n. "You cannot save everyone you love."
"You win, Akujin... But that doesn't you get to tell me what I do. I'll show you, your Demon prince you've been seeking."

Izuku and Katsuki hears the cries from their friend. They watched him lose someone important to him.
"You.. How dare you!"
Muzan turn his head towards the two who had anger on their faces. "Of course. You two are next." Muzan instantly send his tendrils towards them to end them. Izuku and Katsuki tries to move out of the way, but the poison begins to affect them. Preventing them to move.
The tendrils was about to slash them. But someone stepped in between and block the tendrils with his flesh blade. Muzan used his other tendril and swipe at Michikatsu, sending him flying and crashed to the wall.
Michikatsu grunted. Before he could get up, Muzan kicks him and he used his own flesh blade to stab it on Michikatsu, pinning him to the wall.
"You save these humans instead of saving yourself. You bring shame upon your image, Kokushibou." Muzan said. "No matter how many humans you save, it won't benefit you good. Those who you killed before, their bloods are stained in your hands."
"You don't.. have to tell me that." Michikatsu said and grabs the blade. "I am more than prepared to go to hell once this fight is over... And I'll be seeing you there."
Muzan begins to laugh. "Ha! Really? What makes you think I'm going to die?"
Michikatsu didn't say a single word to answer Muzan's question.
A tremendous and menancing aura coming from behind the Demon king. Before Muzan could turn around, he was suddenly blasted away by a white-blue flames, and crashed to the ground.
"AARGHH!!!" Muzan painfully lets out a roar when the flames were burning his flesh. Once the flames died down, his regeneration slowed down.
A figure lands to the ground with white-blue flames scatters around, and he coldly stare at the demon. Muzan turn his attention away from his wounds and finally looks at his assailant.
"You took everything from me."
"Persistent. You, demon slayers are always persistent, and it sickens me from the bottom of my heart. I'm already tired dealing with you and I'm the one who really wants to put an end to all this." Muzan said as he looks upon Y/n who remains in his cold and enraged expression.
"You want to be with your beloved family, right? Just surrender and die, then you'll meet them in the afterlife. Nothing is going to defeat me and send me to hell."
In respond, the prince's sclera turns black with (e/c) veins across the eye and into the skin around the eye.
"You will."
Y/n rapidly generates enormous white-blue flames in his hands and hurls it towards Muzan. The demon king attempts to cut through the attack, however, he was overwhelmed by it. Y/n's Blood demon art become stronger than earlier.
Muzan was getting pushed back as Y/n continue to blast him with powerful Blood Burst.
The descendant was clearly sending a message to Muzan. The demon king did not break the prince, for he is still fighting.
