Tanjiro:
Your extra plush was what helped you through what turned into a horribly miserable mission through a wintery mountainside. While the rest of your team shivered uncontrollably, you were far less cold - and eventually you rounded them up in a group hug to help them warm up.
Tanjiro blushed red-hot the entire time he was pressed to your back - he already liked you, but having to hug you for warmth was almost too much for the poor boy to handle. Thankfully the blizzard passed not long after and you were able to find an inn for the night, but it gave him a lot to think about. Even now he blushes like a maiden when reminded of that night, much to your amusement.
Nezuko:
You intrigue her - she's not used to seeing someone with your body type.
At first, this makes you feel even more insecure - Nezuko is so tiny and adorable, you tend to feel your own body dysmorphia come back when she stands next to you. You have no idea how she realized this, but somehow she did - and one morning you wake up with her using your body as a pillow, holding onto you tight enough that you couldn't pry her off. She loves snuggling up to you in the night because you make for a nice body pillow - and if that makes you feel just a little better about yourself, it makes her all the more eager.
Zenitsu:
He. Is in. Heaven.
Zenitsu is in love with your body, even more than you are. Your soft thighs, your warm chest, all of it is just so irresistible. You're already so pretty and smell so nice - the fact that you're so mind-meltingly soft is just another plus. He's very quick to assuage your own insecurities about yourself - if he loves you, he will not let you forget everything that entails!

He already likes to hug you, claiming that you're just too huggable to resist - so when he caught feelings and his embrace became more longing, you figured out pretty quickly that he was into you. Kyojuro lives for your thickness - whether it's your thighs as a pillow or squishing you to his chest. He just can't resist you.
Muichiro:
You're so warm that he doesn't even think twice before leaning against you for a nap. The first few times this happened, you were so flustered that you went rigid, not wanting to disturb him for fear of him being upset. Now it hardly phases you, but you still can't help but wonder why he's so keen on napping on you. (You're pillow-soft and warm as a blanket... the perfect futon - or at least, that's what he would say should you ask. Shameless.)
Shinobu:
She thought you were just adorable at first, but slowly she grew to adore you. Your physique is just so attractive to her - from your chest to your thighs to your backside, she can't get enough. She would spend hours reminding you of just how she feels if you'd let her.

He appreciates not needing to worry about accidentally hurting you sometimes. If there's one thing that works in your favor, it's having some meat on your frame. Akaza may be gentle with you, but at least he doesn't have to worry about hurting you. Sometimes he has a hard time remembering his strength - whether when he's upset, or when flustered - and it takes you an awful long time to speak up about pain. (Though you'd never admit it, you sometimes withstand it because it's just so nice when he hugs you.)
Douma:
He's just so fascinated by you. You're new, both in face and physique, and he could spend hours just exploring your body if you'd let him. Ironically, he's the one worshipping you - but neither of you would have it any other way.
Kokushibo:
In his day, women were dainty and petite - not like they were required to do much outside of the home. In your career as a slayer, he came to find that he liked your body more than any wife he could have had before you. Your full figure was a surprising spark of desire that added to his growing affection to you - whether you knew it or not.
Muzan:
You were kind. Almost annoyingly so. That was what he first noticed about you. Though you hid your true figure under baggy clothes, the first time he saw you in something more form-fitting he couldn't deny that he was very interested. Then when he found out you could handle rough, he was delighted. Finally, someone who could withstand his strength! That very fact makes him boil with jealous rage whenever other men even deign to stare at you for too long - you're his, and he won't let you forget that.
Yoriichi:
Your fuller figure had meant for the longest time that most marriageable men turned you down - and when you began traveling with Yoriichi, it took a very long time before you were able to accept that he loved you, mind and body and all.
You were beautiful - unfairly so - and he had no issue reminding you of how he saw you once your relationship took a more serious turn. He may not be a very outwardly-passionate man, but Yoriichi knew what he wanted. And what he wanted... well, besides you, was to use your thighs as a pillow for as long as you'd let him.
